Project Management Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great resource for streamlining our various projects. It allows for easy follow-up and teamwork. Monday has allowed us to track the deadline and current status of different parts of many of our projects. It facilitates the team with access to files and must-have information while working on a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can say against Monday. My only improvement would be to be able to create different topics to track within the same group. This will allow for a more in-depth review of the stages or needs for each part of the project. Having the ability to create topics that do not carry to other groups will allow us to have a more concise control of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having more than 50 projects running can become complicated as they all have so many moving pieces. Monday gave us control over all the aspects of each of those projects and provided the team with one place to go when questions arise regarding the status, deadlines, or documentation required. It provides a great tool for teamwork while promoting the independent nature of each person related t the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go over the videos and help that the page provides. Doing so will allow you to really enjoy all the perks that the software has to offer.

The mobile app needs some work, a lot of funktion from desktop version is missing.

Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that at a glance you can get a feel for an overall project. I also like that you can have multiple boards. I use these for different reporting groups.
I demoed different PM software but Monday's ease of use got me.

Too many emails, a digest option per board/updates would be great!
I would also love to see Gantt charts.
It needs to be more affordable. I have a large team and after I added them I wanted to add the various stakeholders so they can see progress, but cost-prohibitive.

Project Management for my team and reporting to my stakeholders. There is a time-saving element to having information on projects all in one place.
Because it is also intuitive and easy to use (with help options), it is easy to add team members to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to insert and link any number of steps of a process, keep track of any of them, share with others in the teams or across teams, and very large and flexible ways to filter any information or status you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any other tool full of features and possibilities, for some, it may take some time to get used to, but the tutorials help a lot. But certainly, it will be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we are saving a lot of time since we have mapped different processes, and now we can easily track all of them over the fly, check the status of each step and take action on the right spot. Using Monday, we also can notify the area where rates are not as expected and advise the propper area or responsibility to act.

Use tutorials to get acquainted with the tool.

The way the let communicate with my coworkers and manage every brand project as a team and do not lose time with pointless converstion. I have worked with asana, and this one is more friendly for the user.

Besides my communications on my remote job, now I can have a better balance between my life and my work and thats the most wonderful part of this tool i can complete my deadlines and have a time for myself

AMAZING TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface that makes the day to day work effortlessly. it really has become a must for a company to use this tool to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isnt much to dislike about Monday. instead they keep integrating new tools and add-ons to help you work better. it will make the interface better if the app for Mac was so much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my whole company works with Monday, so we are solving everything with it. the benefits or using Monday are virtually endless. the business performance has increased with the team using this tool.
Brilliant and Flexible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A hugely flexible tool that adapts to projects or business needs. The automation features and integrations allow monday.com to do the hard work for you. Whenever I've had a question or query, customer support has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile and iPad apps don't offer the same ease of use as the desktop app but they're continuing to improve them. Despite the support, it's a little overwhelming as it offers so much freedom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to visualise projects and deadlines easily and as I have grown to a small team we all know what we're working on at the same time. It saves time and questions that are answered on the boards

Commit the time to learn it and it will pay you back. It takes time to learn and understand but it's worth it.
Monday is the perfect tool for keeping organized and on track
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to color-code and create multiple steps for each project. It helps myself, as well as the rest of the team, keep on target. Compared to the previous program we were using, it's a huge difference. Multiple members of the team can make updates, and that way, everyone knows the status of the project. The ability to assign tasks to people is great for a team and has been really helpful during the work from home periods where the team can stay on track and understand where the status of each project is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a pretty big learning curve to learn Monday, and it can be pretty intimidating to get started. Also, it's a little confusing to find certain workspaces and dashboards as the menu can be hard to navigate between dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the steps in a process is made very easy and straightforward with Monday. Whenever we started working from home the process management software we were using started to cause a lot of problems because it was not detailed and easy to understand. Monday has solved a lot of problems and has helped us stay much more on target while remote.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to get everyone on board with using it to maximize its effectiveness. Group training could be very helpful with this so that all team members are made aware of the extensive tools that Monday offers.

What do you like best about the product?
As our agency began and continues to grow, this platform keeps us all in communication and organized for minor and urgent projects. Between status filters, the subitem feature and the ability for multiple boards and groups, our efficiency has never been better. As the tasks build up, the ability to archive and not lose our history goes much appreciated. All around, we are all very grateful for this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any features we dislike. There was recently an update that added a few clicks to the process in moving an item from one group or board to another, as opposed to just selecting "move to group" or "move to board," but as I got used to that change, it hasn't been difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and efficiency has improved because of Monday.com. For a small and growing company, this has kept the team in communication company-wide. It allows us to continue to grow without losing track of the big picture.
