Monday great for streamlining communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to tag multiple coworkers in project tasks, and then also being able to set up "views" so that only tasks you're assigned to populate on your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem i've experienced with Monday is when internally we don't have the process or workflow set up correctly in order for Monday to work efficiently. Once those workflow are properly put into place, Monday has always helped keep it moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, the biggest benefit has been figuring out how to make those "views" feature work for the creative department. Seeing a long daunting task list that you may or may not be involved in can be overwhelming. Once you are able to look at things that directly apply to you it is a great task list each day/week
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking a few online tutorials, some of monday's best features arent intuitive when first leaning the program

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for managing the workload for me and my team. The platform allows for customisation on structured boards which are great for time tracking, project management and reaching goals. Would highly recommend to all businesses big or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain automations must be structured in a certain way to work, and linking boards is a little tricky without help. Without the premium service, you don't have access to a particular Monday.com rep who understands your focus and goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, Effective project management, Cuts out time for lengthy emails and regular tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to set up and share boards with my direct reports, allowing me to have oversight of their workload, and ensuring they are supported and followed up efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially had some difficulties with the number of notifications and emails that I received from monday.com, but I found this was easy to change in my personal settings and so this was quickly rectified and changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team are predominantly working from home, and so the ability to share workstreams and projects quickly and easily online with updates in real-time has meant we are able to dramatically reduce the number of meetings and project reviews that are required for 'cathing up', thus giving my staff more time to focus on the work in hand.

Ensure that a variety of different areas of your business get involved with the initial set up of your monday boards to ensure that your entire organisation can utilise it and get involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it simple to track multiple products through the software development cycle. It allows for us to track the progress of the entire team and ensure alignment. We also use it as a way to facilitate team engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is a bit convoluted as it is difficult to quickly add new tasks and their details without going through menus after menus. Also, the pricing model is very limited with the features provided. For example, cannot create private workspaces unless we upgrade to the highest tier. This should be a core feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving mostly for product development and team tracking. Using the platform enabled our daily standups to be more efficient as stories and sprints are clearly spelt out.

What do you like best about the product?
It is highly configurable, simple to use, and compatible with Microsoft Office; I receive notifications when jobs or projects in which I participate are added. This program takes items from your project and allows you to allocate them to individual computer users or ask clients to engage in comments or approval along the route. Another intriguing feature of Monday.com is the availability of command frames, which allows you to keep track of your tasks in a more fluid manner, a tool that truly helps with meeting deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has issues with handling communications between computers and sends a lot of spam via email. Furthermore, it lacks the capacity to properly record job time, and you lack a lot of tool and service integration in your mobile version. When you change the date of a project or assignment, it appears that the program interprets it as a new project, and your work may be lost. Another issue with this application is that it immediately starts to exceed the number of guests allowed for your license and initiates a process to update you to a more expensive version without prior notice; it would be much better if at least a warning message or error message was sent to the user.

I've been more productive at work by empowering my team to handle tasks and projects; we developed a system that allows everyone to work in an orderly manner. I deal with a huge number of customers, and I use Monday.com to oversee what they do and track the success of their operations. He undoubtedly contributed to the reduction of the majority of the rabbit trail emails that clog our inboxes. It's a great tool for planning and communicating project timetables to teams and clients, as well as organizing a list of pending jobs or equipment duties.

The initial setup of boards especially when it comes to high-complex projects.
Lacks chat functionality over team members. This can be done though over comments and tags.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com provides an easy-to-use interface so you can enter tasks, delegate people in charge of tasks and assign deadlines with just a click. It also provides flexibility with organizable tabs that you can freely arrange to manage workflow. You can color-code tasks, which is great for organization. The interactions provided are quite intuitive since you can drag and drop items from one table to another. You can also remove items easily. I also find the Search function useful to find certain items, especially when the board has a lot of items. Transitioning between boards is also quite easy since you can copy and paste content from one board to another. I also find my Profile tab useful as I can see what tasks I have currently, in the past and in the future. Whenever you write an update to an item, you can also see who has seen your update, which is great if you want to know the people involved have looked at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no particular feature that I dislike, but I feel like there are so many features that I don't know about and I think it'd be helpful if monday.com walks new users through all these exciting features after they sign up and start using it.

monday.com helps me manage my workflow effectively and sees what my teammates are up to. It is a great way for me to keep track of deadlines and inform my boss of what's on my plate for the week.

Project Management at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
Templates were customizable with easy-to-use tools/resources to help me create a bespoke project management platform. I was up and running within hours. Monday.com is visually pleasing and unlike its competitors, my team was able to navigate the channels with little training. Monday.com is an amazing service that sets the gold standard of project management potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to think of one thing that could be improved with Monday.com it would be limiting access on channels, rather than boards specifically. Having to create additional boards to maintain security is time-consuming. It would be helpful if Monday.com had team members gain access to their particular channels only, rather than the entire board itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a very complex project across multiple mediums. Monday.com helps to organize all assets and gives me the freedom to customize my own filters. This is an immeasurable benefit to my company. I can run Gantt reports and have real-time access to where each project is in the timeline of development. The Channels also bring the bulk of communication off personal methods such as text/email and allow the conversations to be historically stored so other stakeholders can be kept in the loop.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is having all my tasks and projects in one place. I can even see what my colleagues are working on, and their progress. As a distracted, non-detail-oriented person, I was initially overwhelmed by Monday.com. I was introduced to it because my supervisor was implementing the use of Monday.com for our entire team, so I felt obliged to use it. I had no idea what I was doing. But with consistent use, it is now my digital workspace. The learning curve was quick!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I really dislike about it! The learning curve was probably the most difficult part. It is pretty intuitive, but there were certain tasks/commands that I needed to figure out (or have a colleague show me how to do).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having little post-it notes or ideas jotted down on a piece of paper I will forget about or lose, I have somewhere to park all my tasks and all those wild ideas that go through my mind! I can even keep track of my progress, and organize tasks by project or thought.
It is also creating a collaborative workspace for our team. I can see what has or has not been done by other teammates, which allows us to know exactly where we're at in the process.
