Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows multi-project views and visualized format in Gantt Chart, Kanban like JIRA, or calendar settings. It also allows users from different entities viewing the project progress. The templates provided are also user friendly and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, based on user license. Task dependences seem to be limited (or may be I need to learn more about it). Support could be better if live chat is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work on multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Easy Project Management - Even if you aren't a Project Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it very easy for me to track projects that I am working on. I can create custom boards for each project or a sizeable omnibus tracker for multiple projects. The built-in templates are a great place to get started, and the built-in automations are not only intuitive but make the system fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great at making sure that you see when one of your collaborators had made edits or comments in a shared board. However it can be a bit challenging to get through all the notifications to find what is important. For example, if I'm overseeing one board, but don't really need every notification, I cannot customize when I'm notified of changes. This is fine when the board I'm on is one where I'm an end-user. On boards where I am managing the end-users, the notifications can get overwhelming, and it feels a bit like not seeing the forest for the trees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is vital to my recruiting efforts. In the midst of the tightest job market in a decade, I have to be quick and nimble when it comes to connecting with candidates. Monday.com allows me to not only track where I am in the recruiting process, but it lets me see where my co-workers are. It allows for any of us to assist a candidate who is calling in, even if that candidate is not someone we're actively engaged with. It allows for a seamless experience for our candidates.
This has helped me be more organized and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Monday is that it allows me to see all of the work assigned to me in one spot. It also splits it up into due dates. It is incredibly user-friendly and is not difficult to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that it is hard to see where my tasks are coming from; it will just show the task. I have to click it, and then it will take me to the workspace, which usually takes longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our company make deadlines on projects. It is also allowing us to see not only the big picture but also the steps needed to get there. We have been more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take advantage of all the features that this has to offer! My team loves using the calendar view; it is super helpful!
Organization and time management at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and ability to customize and revise on the fly. The extraordinary adaptability for utilization across multiple fronts (HR, Planning, Project management, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Have only been using it now for about a month and have to be honest, I have not found any flaws that jump out at me thus far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Presently we have been utilizing Monday as a Task Management system to keep our teams focused in the ever-changing Academic environment. We use it to stay abreast of (construction) projects that are both just starting, are in the planning phase, or are in progress. It has also assisted us in keeping track of the candidates coming to us through the campus hiring board to schedule and process new staff more efficiently and professionally. Finally, we have started using it for simple day-to-day tasks and appointments to ensure nothing falls between the cracks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that before you begin utilizing Monday, that you have a template for what it is you wish to use it for. Though it can support multiple applications, the ease in setting it up comes from having a solid foundation to build upon.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can streamline our assigned task, share feedback as we work on each project, object to changes, and see the times for each task, each in one place. Phenomenal at timesheet activity. Reliable with the organization and the interface looks very natural
What do you dislike about the product?
The only detail with which I had some difficulties is the application of the workspace that does not allow me to share some lines on certain occasions, and it would be great to get a report in case someone responds in a conversation about the project in which it is is working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for switched to Monday.com to deal with each of our projects. It is a very robust application to keep track of progress and time in each assignment.

It has been very reliable for us with the monitoring and activity of the entire work process in our team. We are more in sync as a team
Great SAAS PM platform which is always evolving
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, and constant stream of updates (along with development transparency) ensure this is an easy to adopt PM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some features I would like to see added; with that being said, confident they will be included in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes and moves forward a large portfolio of projects across stakeholders and teams. This has increased productivity and decreased the amount of time we spend discussing "Wait what did we say we were doing next." The level of complexity (medium/relatively low) and feature set have worked well for my team.
The only project management tool you need!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of monday.com are the automations. This function allows us to streamline our task management workflow. It works by automatically creating a chain of events that loop in the right team members at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with this platform that would be useful to my team and me. One of them is the ability to schedule repeating tasks without the previous week's notes/status updates. However, we've found some workarounds that get the job done for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are consolidating all of the different file and document sharing programs we use (ie, Google spreadsheets) and beginning to keep everything in one place (Monday.com). This allows less use of unnecessary technology and less confusion for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the more robust team management platforms I've ever used. Make sure to utilize the help center to understand the platform better and get the most out of it!

monday.com has been adapted to provide considerable time savings in each of the activities I perform in the department with my co-workers. It has quality support, a very fluid interface, and support at the height of an elite program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price per subscription is a bit expensive because it has many functionalities that must be paid for in specific ways; however, it has a free version that you can use without problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited from monday.com because we can leverage a fundamental tool for developing activities. It is exciting to coordinate social interaction between teammates, it works very well, and the organization is widely grateful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend monday.com for professionals who always intercede in improving the workflow. It has been exceptional in coordinatinga fantasticg work experience. It helps you to be more effective with simple improvement conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that there are templates to use so you can get to work right away or you can customize the templates or build from scratch.
The interface is pretty intuitive; technical support is top notch. One of my staff built a highly customized solution in a matter of a couple days.
It integrates with many apps. We used it with HubSpot.
Licensing is a reasonable price.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that Monday feels like it should be like a database, but it doesn't have some of the same functions as a database. Things like related tables, conditional fields. You can sort of build relationships on the boards, but its a bit tricky to make sure things work right.

Building a custom project management tool for web development team. It does allow us to break projects up in great detail if we need with tasks and subtasks.
It has been helpful from a project communications stand point as the team can leave comments on individual tasks for all to see. This has saved time and keeps everyone informed.

Great application for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of having a centralized board for coworkers in and interdepartmental collaboration on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was sub sub views to make the board a little cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to work on projects in the hybrid work model and have a streamlined area for collaboration on interdepartment projects.
