Efficient and user friendly system!
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, highly integrated with other platforms we use, and there are many features that help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the app on my iphone. I feel like it's hard to view and a lot of the info on the screen seems jumbled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to get organized w/ tasks as well as get on the same page w/ co-workers and delegate tasks properly and clearly
The single best thing to happen to me as a social media manager
What do you like best about the product?
The daily emails that let me know what is on the docket every day first thing has been invaluable. Being able to have boards for each of my clients, the ability to drop in emails, share boards and keep everything in one location instead of trying to manage with a paper planner or just a lot of prayer and hope to keep things in order. I have used A LOT of different CRMs and this is by far the most user friendly, easy to learn and with endless features for every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn't as easy to manage but I spend 95% of my time using it at my desktop so this hasn't been much of an issue for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an entire client roster and being able to map out months of content in groups, drag and drop rearranging, and ease of updating and attaching emails directly to boards has been fabulous. The reminder emails of what is due each day has helped me out more often than not.
It's a good software for the price, but still has bugs
What do you like best about the product?
It has improved my workflow. As the owner of a bookkeeping company, it is imperative to ensure that certain tasks get performed on time and on a regular basis. For the most part Monday.com has been great for that.
Another feature I really like is the ability to attach documentations and links as training and reference guidelines to perform certain tasks. This gives me the ability to assign the task to another person and all the documentation needed to perform it is already in palce.

What do you dislike about the product?
When a task is completed, we set it to show up again for when is needed again (for example, a monthly reconciliation). There have been several instances when the recurring task did not get recreated for the following month. Or when it showed up again as needing to be done, when in fact it was already done. This is not yet fully functional. I have too much invested in Monday.com already and changing to a different project management software, but if I had to start again I would probably choose a different company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Making sure recurring tasks (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) do not fall through the cracks.
2. Allowing me to attach any needed training, documentation, videos, etc. to a recurring tasks, which can then be assigned to another person if needed, investing a lot less time training a new person on the task.

Great solution to manage projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The software's ease of use is excellent for motivating the team to utilize it frequently. I particularly enjoy how boards may be combined to create a whole project portfolio. The dashboards are also downloaded in a very user-friendly manner. I appreciate the opportunity to clearly arrange and observe the availability of others. Everything is created in a straightforward and simple manner for everyone to utilize, which I believe is fantastic. It divides it into days, weeks, and months, which is a feature I appreciate. I particularly like the options for displaying information when you're working on anything since it provides for more information than simply blank space. Allow people to see where you are with your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could prioritize my work, i wish I had the option to create a subcategory. In other words, one task can be divided into the following small tasks. The amount of work done in the project needs to be finer. Instead of working on a sliding scale that can display the stage, or with a written assignment, you might say-ready for review. Sub-elements are a little tricky to use. It would be nice if each task could have a different column in the subitem category. It seems that you may put too much information in the column. I also want to make the column formula more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Possibility of splitting up our workload. It's fantastic to be able to see all of my duties since I normally write things down and lose them, but this format is so clear and effective that I can communicate effortlessly. Using pre-made templates makes project management considerably easier. With the hundreds of trade events we attend each year, boards help us keep organized across numerous cross-functional teams and allow our staff to interact. We can also ask our vendors to collaborate with the team on our boards, which is quite beneficial.
Monday.com as a Lifesaver for Project Managers & Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Their automations and integrations have made it so much easier for me to do lessen manual, unfulfilling work in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike -- but more because it's still a young product, so there's still some features I wish it came with. But Monday.com always works on innovations anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility on where projects and stakeholder requests are has been resolved because of Monday.com.
Their forms also made it so much faster for us to sync requests automatically in a database.
Of course, the automations and integrations saved us a lot of time too

Pretty good, I guess.
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, multi-purpose project and process management tool. My favorite use has been to create our our applicant-tracking system during a hiring process. It worked well for that. I also like that you can turn pieces from monday workdocs (kind of like simplified Google Docs) into checklist items or tasks on a "board."
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't do full database-like functions or customize views of "boards" in all the ways you might want to (like, say, Airtable). It's terrible if you want to translate between project management and personal task management (e.g. Todoist or something like that). Other project management tools are probably better (e.g. Asana). Monday now has these simple "workdocs" (like simplified Google Docs) but you can't edit them on your phone! Kind of useless if I want to update a meeting agenda on the fly while away from my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building workflow templates and checklists for teams.
Loved by colleagues around, simple, intuitive and easy to join

Not identified so far. It's lovely to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing integration projects via agile methodology
Great product, versatile and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of project status, including only the necessary people on each steep, it is very versatile as it allows you add sub-items, upload files, comment and have specific notes directed to an individual, group and even external parties by linking an specific email to the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are time consuming, you can add them and be as specific as you want and if anything changes the automation feature will do as indicated; however, there can be time-consuming if you have multiple boards that need to be set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a workflow, PM system. It does allow us to involve the required people per board so that only that group gets notified and can act upon it. it has reduced the clutter on our emails as it keeps it on the thread of that specific project. We are able to invite customer so that they can follow up on their project and allows a flow of communication in a single place.
A management software solution I can't live without!
What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin... I love everything about this tool. It organizes, manages and allows team members to collaborate on jobs while keeping everything all in one place. Our teams know exactly who is working on what job, and when it is due and at year end we can run some KPI's to see how we did. I also love how easy it is to find sample boards to build from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes overwhelming to get all the boards linked together and running smoothly. There is a lot of flexibility and tools to use, I just need to find time to implement them. Not sure why it took us so long to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't have any problems. If I ever had a question, or couldn't find what I was looking for, a quick email and someone what prompt in finding me a solution.
By far the best PM software
What do you like best about the product?
Having used monday over the past few years in varying capacities, I can say without a doubt it is the most robust software you can find. The somewhat recent additions of subitems and automations have been game-changing. It allows for transparency across all departments and projects, and ensures clarity of ownership and next steps so nothing gets lost in translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent update is a bit more visually clunky, however it does make it easier to see smaller functional tools that were hidden before. It would be helpful to set reminders on certain items that don't necessarily have deadlines to ensure projects move forward even when they're on the back burner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency across departments, ownership, and next steps. Also having the ability to customize buttons based on the board is great. We've also found it super helpful that we can pull in data across different boards into a single calendar board for reference. Overall monday has been an integral part in overhauling and maintaining our project management processes.
