What do you like best about the product?
Items, subitems, timeline, creating labels for the process, assigning work to individuals on the team, easy to look at format, can add columns as we have new needs in the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, Monday.com works just as we need it to and we keep finding more and more features that apply to our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a wonderful communication tool between the team members without adding emails to their inboxes. We love that we can think ahead in the project and jot down our ideas for the future for documentation purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features if you need a platform to track the ever-loving heck out of your workflow. There are a lot of options to organize data if you are tech savy enough to figure them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more intuitive. I also wish it was easier to mirror tasks between boards, and especially mirror the conversations about tasks(which is not currently a possible function). At it's most basic level a system like this should be able to create simple to-do lists boards for each employee that reflect ALL details on a manager's board without so many complex linking automations, and some details are impossible to link(specifically conversations).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one-stop shop for each employee to get their to-do list and organize their workflow. It's pretty functional for this purpose(not perfect) and it has definitely helped to make the to-dos more clear.

Wonderful Data Base Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Believe it or not the color-coding. As a person with a learning disability, color-coding and filtering allow me to easily "see" what needs to be addressed in my sales pipeline and database. This makes it easy for me to move quickly on to the next task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel that I am using it to its fullest extent. There are a lot of moving parts and it is hard to know if I am getting the most out of the platform. Maybe more videos or tips on how to customize it. Would be really nice if it integrated with Zensell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database organization for multiple users. Clear record of sales inquiries again for multiple users. Easy to read use and produce reports from. Very easy to filter and keep straight whose clients are whose.

What do you like best about the product?
Mondays.com is a job manager, but it is not just any job manager that you get online. I can assure you that it is the best job manager, that's why I use it.

And starting with its cost, it is one of the best options on the market, and I love that, because at first glance you may even think that it is a bad product, because its basic cost is 8 dollars per three months. However, once you start using the service, you realize that it is an amazing service for such a low price.

I appreciate quite a lot about Monday.com that it has quite a wide set of features that makes it very easy to work with, plus it adapts to other tools you may want to install on your own.

Its interface is very comfortable, you can navigate in it without any inconvenience because it has an intuitive design in which it is quite easy to find your way around.

I also like the fact that I can share my boards with friends without the need for them to be affiliated to the platform.

I appreciate that I can adopt them to the needs of each project, as well as I can share them with the whole team and control how much I want them to intervene in it, controlling through the configuration what these people can do and what they can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent program, and I don't see anything so far that I don't like. In my opinion, it is a perfect platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The truth is that by helping me to organize my work, it has done everything for me, because by organizing my pending tasks I have been able to boost my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to take into account that sometimes the program slows down the computer, but it is not something out of this world that cannot be solved.

What do you like best about the product?
It has streamlined project management and task tracking for our team. It is easy to learn and use. As the Director of Operations and person responsible for keeping everything organized, I love this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit glitchy sometimes. For example, I will sometimes add a task on a board, and it won't show up in 'My Week' or 'My Work' right after the task is added. However, it usually shows up after I hit refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working more efficiently as a team with monday.com. We are able to see what's done, in progress, needs to be started, etc., without having to ask one another via Slack or email. The automation feature (we have it set up to send out a reminder when something is due but hasn't been marked as 'done') is also helping team members keep track of and meet deadlines
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We love it! I highly recommend monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable this tool is- It's great once you get the hang of it, but formulas and functions were very confusing at first
What do you dislike about the product?
The potential of this tool is incredible! The Subitmes to be specific are still in Beta, which is exciting and frustrating. They're great additions, but since they're Beta, they don't work with formulas and cause roadblocks for hours and cost tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking has become more clear and prioritized. It's very easy to ask for updates on a specific task, hours tracking is very helpful with calculating cost per task!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is intuitive and multi-functional. It's like a shapeshifting app that fits the varying needs of my company. They have continual updates and upgrades that prove to be an app worth keeping around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that when I first open the app it starts on the inbox page. I'm not sure if there is a way to change that view but I'd like it to open to the pages I use most frequently which would really just save me time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OMG so many. I use a to-do list to brain dump what needs to be done and then Monday.com helps me systematize it and visualize it in a way that makes my job run more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do it. the way monday.com seamlessly integrates with the other apps in my tech stack makes it a definite yes for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it so easy to keep my team's workload organized. I can get a quick overview of our entire queue and filter by any combination of fields (i.e., status, owner, etc.). Also, customer support has been very helpful with creating different dashboards to create a high overview of things for our executive leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features on my wishlist for the platform. I would personally like just a little more customization in the MyWork view. For example, being able to see multiple date columns vs having to pick one (we use this as some items may have multiple checkpoints. Also in MyWork, if your looking at a subitem, clicking to view the details of the parents kicks you out of the my work view. Finally, in automations, I'd love to be able to pull text from either board name or group name into the name of a "Create new item" automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Workload view keeps us from stacking too many tasks on one person, and My Work keeps each individual in tune with their tasks. Also, having all our notes in one place has made it easy to reassign the task to another individual to pick up where someone else left off.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com has some great templates for whatever I need! If I want a site for my design company, the template is there. If I need somethingfor my project management, it's also there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I connected my linkedin at first and it often takes a while to get through the auth step, and I wish it could do that part of the sign in process a little bit faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I have a template going for project management on a SCRUM template from the main templates it has. I am using that to track my performance and progress on a new project I started a couple of months ago
