A huge help for company productivity and deadlines!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and communicate through Monday has made remote work more personal. We have the ability to know where each other is at on tasks without the need for constant emails back and forth. Monday has also made setting deadlines easier than ever! This has been a huge help to make sure tasks are completed on time by all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that took a little to get used to was the various tabs within Monday. At first, it took a little extra time figuring out which tabs had the information I needed. However, after a week or so of learning the interface, it felt much more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues in the beginning with deadlines and making sure we all stayed on the assigned tasks. We have many projects that are due a month or more away, so having the ability to mark the urgency of the task has been beneficial to get reminders as the due date approaches.

Great for Organizing a Team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own workspace that is separate from the main team workspace to better organize my tasks. It's a great way to keep track of the entire team's progress and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many different email reminders that pop up, that it's hard to tell when I actually have a task that's due. I would rather get emails only when I have a task coming up that I need to focus on. Also, there are so many different ways to set up Monday, and since everyone's brains work differently, sometimes it gets confusing. Overall I think it just needs to simplify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us realize just how much we have going on, and how to best distribute all of the tasks we are attempting to do. It's a great tool to organize a team of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for small-large teams, but does take some time to set up. It's too much for just an individual.

What do you like best about the product?
The customisability and automations, and the seemingly endless ways it can be used (I have a personal to-do board, we use one as a ticketing system, one as a marketing calendar, another as a basic ATS for our recruitment).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are very basic (HubSpot is one example) and so are limited in their usefulness. It was a source of some frustration for us that the sub-items feature remained in beta for longer than expected, so some of the functionality we wanted with this feature wasn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With team members in 5 different time zones it's really difficult to align on core elements of projects and ensure pace of decision-making, capturing everything in Monday makes this easy. We also use it to track completion of processes which require an audit trail for our compliance team which is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is very intuitive, and on each board, we can customize the type of view and what is a priority to see.
The color code of the labels makes it easy to see, and assigning tasks, as well as removing assignees from them, is a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, one thing that bothers me is that I can't move a sub-element to another board.
I also don't like not having an option to duplicate a task to another board automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage my team and tasks, track the details of each project and present my work directly from monday.
The organization makes us productive and fast, and everyone knows what everyone is working on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop thinking, get it and see how planning changes everything!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has the best and easiest User Interface for ANYONE! Even if you arent as tech-savy; Monday has the most innovative way for explaining and giving each user the tools and options to use it. We started using Monday since 2019 and until now, we have 0 complains and 0 reasons NOT to use it. It has helped shaped our company to what we are now on how easy it is to manage, assign and coordinate our workload to each of our employees.

We went from being confused to which project we are working on to coming to work knowing which or what project each of us are working on. It has provided our company with ease and it continues to get better.

We are now managing and controlling our workload and we are reaching our deadlines due to the underlaying support of the software gives to us.

I love Monday, our Company loves Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some work, it seem slower compare to the web browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The assigning of work, it was very hard before using monday. Now its just a few clicks and everything is done

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of monday. It's important to me to be able to customize my boards however I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features-- a messaging area, a white board, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using monday.com my team is able to work remotely and be on the same page. We use Monday.com to distribute tasks and help each other out when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which we can interlink different parts of the business and various aspects of client contracts. Notification reminders have also been invaluable. We have also managed to make Monday work alongside our hire software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike here, I can't think of any features we've needed that have been missing so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team members, instant updates, and notifications when changes are made to a contract. We also use Monday.com as an internal instant messenger of sorts, with conversations all tied to the contracts they relate to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As soon as we started trialing the product, we could see how it would benefit the business. From keeping on top of quotes and communication with clients to managing in-house jobs and communication between staff. It works a treat.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and add changes in specific categories. Monday allows me to organise everything under specific headings and add the specific characteristics of where that job is in terms of competition or necessity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of dislike, I suppose what I dislike the most is the fact that things often get quite cluttered. A more obvious searching function with key words would be terrific and help to avoid this problem in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally the problems we solve are in terms of communicating with the team, tagging and tracking all tasks and assigning them to the right party. From Monday we can see exactly what the job is and who it assigned to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is great for organising all your tasks and communicating effectively with your teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is one of the best project management tools where it is not only easy to collab but also the templates make it effective to use daily, establishing itself as a great productivity tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the initial stage, it's a bit complicated to understand the productivity tool. So accordingly free trial period needs to be extended to help users understand the usage before purchasing the services on monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has proved very productive for me. The proper task management through monday.com has helped me to stay productive and deliver the best out of my efforts in the least time possible.
