Wonderful tool for managing remote teams

Live updates on projects and the ability to collaborate with remote team members

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday Work Management I can manage the timeline of our projects to determine what I can do to benefit the business and ensure that all of my teammates are performing their duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that having a better mobile version would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work management helps us by directing the team to establish the best environment and workflow for our project creations, which eliminates the need for group work, which can be challenging.
A great software for accountability and time management.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize the program to suit the needs of our business for our day to day operations. I also like that the software can be used anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Monday does not have a user-friendly interface for CMR. The current shared workspace in Monday is complicated and would require to teach the end users how to navigate and operate it.

Monday work management is helping our business hold our management team accountable for task that are to be completed.
Intuitive, multi-use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan out marketing content with personalized boards/items and being able to collaborate with team members It is easy to use. I use it for work everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
No additional sub-items beyond the first one. It would be good to have further tiers available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily scheduling marketing activities all in one place where all team members can see any updates, the content etc. Being able to tag other members is great for collaboration and the approvals process too.

Reporting is more easy with Monday.com. It creates automatic dashboards
Great system but has limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create processes and workflows on the fly and the ability to give clients access and communicate directly, we use as our system to run the entire bsiness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow and buggy, enterprise plan pricing only as a yearly cost with no option to pay monthly, you need to find your own way round the system such as learn how to create automations and cross board links, would benifit from a new user training program, customer support is lacking.

Easily distrbute team tasks, very helpful for marketing campaigns especially longer projects
Monday has been great for project management and building out standard project workflows.

The automations are very easy to build out and follow standard board setups.

Integrations with other platforms is challenging or costly. Monday is only effective when the full team uses it, which is preferential at times.

Awareness across projects and assigning project tasks for completion across groups.

We can assign tasks, track their status, attach links—overall, the pipeline has really been simplified for us. On the other hand, to analyze the costs of each project, we were able to create a section that pulls from the menu we’ve built, allowing us to make more informed decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue we often encounter in all regions is when the platform is unresponsive. Sometimes it's due to updates, bug fixes, etc. Other than that, we haven't had any issues

Since we have a team in different time zones, tasks are clearly outlined through Monday. The progress, the corrections—everyone knows exactly what to do and when
