Seamless, easy to use and adaptable to every use
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is how it's so easy to use and adapt to every use case. From basic follow up Project Management tasks to complex processes integrating multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing makes it sometime diffcult to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We achieved transparency and clarity every step of the way.
Great for organization in my IT Support Specialist and Facilities roll.
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many benefits: handling team tasks, self-note taking, being easy to convert to a Word doc, and most of all, being very easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to research apps to improve any of the processes that I might need to improve my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep in on track and provides me with my creation of material I need for reporting and accomplishing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday.com for two of our businesses now. It keeps our employees informed, organized, and our processes streamlined. It is so versatile, and easy to apply to any type of business and industry. New employees find it very easy to use. It takes a lot of the "guess work" out of our employee's daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything I dislike about the Work Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of information, autonomations, and streamlining processes.
Extremely user-friendly and great for organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations to keep all the tasks organized and keeping the team on track. It is simple to add guests from other companies to integrate them in to the workspace and stay on top of client work. Our team uses Monday daily to coordinate daily tasks and prioritize work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you don't get more features with the basic plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the issue of disorganization and team separation. Since we are a remote company, monday helps us stay in constant communication with each team member throughout each project.
I can be a bit scatter brained but this platform keeps me in check so I can see my work load.

I like the way the platform is setup and it allows for easier task management and organization.

There is nothing I dislike about the Monday platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep all of our pertinent tasks in one platform. It sets reminders and reminds you of project deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is extremely helpful in streamlining communication and collaboration between all our internal departments. Boards are connected so we don't have to wonder whose statuses are at what point, and updates are consistent for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating some automations and integrations isn't as intuitive as one might hope. Basic automations are easy, but often I have to have someone from our team who is more proficient in Monday boards help me with building the automations I need to keep my boards clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At any given time, I have several projects going that need varying degrees of attention. Without monday Work Management, I would have a very difficult time keeping everything straight and updated properly. It makes it easier to keep notes and deadlines prioritized, especially if project updates come only once a month or so, and I have much less mental work to do to recall where a project is at.

Programming automations and tags can be time consuming, depending on their complexity.

Collaborative communication between departments.
Customizable in a variety of ways - accommodates different Project Management styles
What do you like best about the product?
There are a wide variety of ways to customize project tracking. Projects can be tracked on a high level as well as granular. There are labels and color-coding for quick references to over-all project and individual line-item status. You can add users to the overall board or line items. Email can be integrated to automatically track communication between Project Managers and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The export template is the same each time. It would be helpful to be able to edit how a board is exported so that the editing doesn't have to happen after each export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for easy collaboration between multiple stakeholders with differing roles on a project.
Great for Organization, but Could Improve Task Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, monday.com Work Management is an excellent tool for keeping teams organized and on track. It’s user-friendly for the most part, which makes onboarding new team members fairly simple. One of the standout benefits is how it helps us manage multiple projects efficiently. It has also proven invaluable when someone leaves the organization or goes on PTO. We’re able to seamlessly take over their responsibilities without delays, keeping project progress uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great in many areas, there are some limitations that could be improved. Setting up recurring tasks, especially for mid-month schedules, is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of having one simple task set up, I frequently find myself creating two monthly tasks as a workaround. Additionally, setting up a reviewer column isn’t intuitive, and often requires resetting the entire task, which interrupts workflows. Addressing these issues would make an already helpful tool even better.

monday.com Work Management has been a game-changer for our remote team. Best tool to stay on top of tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday are the automations, first they were a little tricky for me but once i learned how to use them they have become a game changer for me to stay on top of my tasks and get keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and certain automations will just simply stop working.
