Monday Platform For Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
On Monday you can create calendars for your team to use for a variety of projects. It's really useful to communicate, hold people accountable, share files and see what stage certain projects are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the dashboard cannot be ordered per person. If you'd like one project, let's say "Email Calendar" at the top, everyone else's dashboard gets arranged "Email Calendar" is at the top and you cannot put something else there without everyone's being rearranged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has solved a lot of who, where, and when for our brand. We can see, by tagging specific people, who does what, and the file column is a convenient place to hold content we need, and the calendar makes it clear when things are expected to be done. It holds everyone accountable and makes things easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has superior project and recurring task management capabilities. I have found it easy to use; it gives users an overview of everything, the dashboards help you quickly intuit the subject matter of everything, members, and ongoing activities. There are established boards that clients and my colleagues can use to discuss or exchange various items and points.
I highlight the following features of Monday.com:
-Smooth and efficient calendar integration.
-Fast and reliable notification system.
-Sub-task support.
-The change of views and the variety of them. The most practical and valuable for us are Kanban and Timeline, which give us much more flexibility and ease of tracking.
-You can move from one program to another, or from one client to another in a simple way thanks to being able to group by workspaces, facilitating the management of these.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I have no complaints. I'm an average user, and I'm part of a few groups along with my colleagues; I give a regular use. Monday.com has served very well for what I require. If I must mention the customer service, I have not needed to contact them because there are a lot of tutorials and forums to solve doubts or learn how to use certain functions available to everyone; that is another advantage of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solved the aspect of being able to collaborate, connecting our chat tools with Monday.com
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it for collaborative, participatory, and transparent tasks and project management. If your needs go another way, I consider Monday.com one of the few project management tools with good Time Tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
At our company we were facing some organizational challenges, and before purchaising company tool, I started using Monday.com. It ended up that we did not implemented it at the company level, but I am using Monday.com for personal projects and it is really helping me to achive my goals. Thanks Monday.com!! I didnt imagine using this for personal use, but it cannot be even better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt left out when the company did not decide to implement Monday.com, maybe they thing that it something less complex... I think it is a great tool for young companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am placing all my private projects and linking them with activities. Myself is working like a company, very efficiently with Monday.com. I am keeping it alwazys up to date.

You can also use it for personal projects! Not only at a company level!

For me it's the Inefficient Workflows - we often have complex workflows that involve many different people and stages.
Monday.com allows teams to create custom workflows that suit their specific needs, which helps improve efficiency and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has many great features. The boards are super dynamic and allow for infinite customization, automation, and integration. My company is all about automation, and Monday allows us to be unhinged in our processes while seamlessly collaborating in the same beautiful UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is much to dislike about Monday.com. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the feasibility to integrate and automate within an item. There are many automations based around creating an item, but not many that allow you to update a column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for engineering backlogs, invoicing, data collection, form submission, team collaboration, organization, and so much more. Monday is a universal tool that's only limits are technology itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows easy organization and ability to track due dates. You can link boards and different items in order to keep track of the same client on multiple boards. The sorting feature makes it easy to see tasks that need to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Monday has great functions and is very user-friendly. The different colored cards also make it more appeasing when completing tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving various problems such as task management, collaboration, and time management. Different employees conduct different functions and it makes it easy to coordinate when and how those functions are done.

What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of the ongoing activities and the team's progress is complete and does not confuse you, which is an important point and is one of my favorite aspects of Monday.com; in addition to the configuration of the views allows you to customize different approaches to the dashboards.
We can highlight elements and have statuses, links, tags, updates, among other functions that can be classified.
The boards are very well structured and integrated with each other; it acts as a synchronization, it is excellent.
Thanks to this tool, I manage and invest my time more productively; I am constantly updated and notified about everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
*The reports/metrics are not the strong points of this software.
*The mobile application is not as good as I thought it would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything located in one place and being able to organize each thing depending on the subject, whether it is a project, activity, event, or client, and working collaboratively on it makes it an exceptional work tool and platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is full of many different functions, such as automation, integrations, and so on, so if you want to get the most out of it, you must learn, it is not a complicated learning curve, but you must dedicate time before you intend to start working with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
You can add as many categories and columns as you need, which makes it so much easier to look at deadlines and upcoming projects. I love how it's so easy to use and it's a beautiful interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into many issues so far. The only thing I wished it has has already been integrated as beta, which was a place to look at ALL of my projects across different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for the entire team seems to be the thing we are solving and learning. Everyone is able to keep themselves responsible over their upcoming projects and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Manage tasks, projects and status of projects. Assign tasks to people to stay on track with project deadlines. Streamline business projects. Manage intake requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like I have any dislikes right now. The only tricky part my company has been challenged with is governance of the tool and who should own and designate best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to have visibility into projects, the status of them, who is involved and what the next steps are. There is so much information just in one place, it keeps the whole team organized.

Stop waiting and just get the tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a handy and easy-to-use platform. My favorite feature of Monday is being able to update a board or add something from my email, which saves me time. I also love the mobile app because it doesn't consume a lot of resources and doesn't slow down, it works great on my Android; I can access projects at any time, stay up to date and avoid delays in deadlines.
The dashboards are customized with the views of our preference so that at a glance, we intuit quickly the course of each thing and do not seem messy, which can happen as more tasks and events exist.
In general terms, it makes my life easier. And last but not least, the integration center makes it very powerful and increases productivity to 100%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is not the friendliest point in terms of use, flexibility, and costs of Monday.com in my opinion.
But otherwise, I give it 10 out of 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of the projects I am assigned I have to do in a team and working between different departments; my role is mostly based on contacts, events, and proposals, so losing my head can be easy; Monday.com has fit me like a glove for the above mentioned activities. I have everything very well organized, which gives me satisfaction; having a real-time follow-up on the dashboards gives me a lot of peace of mind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is very flexible and really suits different groups, industries and so on, that's why I would like to recommend it.
