Monday helps us to be more organized and to feel les stressed out

What do you like best about the product?
I love to have a pannel where I can monitor the workload of all my team in just one place.
I also like yo have a bulk editing option that makes easier when I need to change many tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the monitor panel I have a limited number of pannels I can add.
I am using the google Integration but I cant find an option to select the time an event last, it is always 30min as default but I need 1 hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help us to organize projects and to assign tasks while mantaining a healthy woarkload with all the team members. By having a good control of the project we can have good profit.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a social media agency and the way we can organize everything it's just perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit too high for small agencies like ours. But it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not the best person at keeping productivity flowing. I need a big support system to keep everything on schedule. Plus I work with freelancers. So the timeline, workload and time tracking features are amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it reloads and doesn't save but I believe that will be overcomed in the future
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It absolutely crushed my lack of productivity. It allows me to manage all aspects of my business (I'm a disaster with paper trails). It allows me to stay on top of what my freelancers are doing, where they're struggling and to divide work fairly. It helps me keep my clients at ease because they can track the progress themselves, and so I don't need constant meetings and calls (thank goodness)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a freelancer consider buying a plan that allows unlimited guests. That way you will save a LOT of time in calls and meetings to keep your clients up to date. Even if you don't use all the seats available for team members, it's still worth it. My hourly rate is 20€, I pay 70€ for Monday, if I save 3,5 hours a month (which I do) it's already worth my money.

Working Life doesn’t get any better than this

What do you like best about the product?
Just brilliant! Iit is making a huge difference in the way we manage our funding, reporting and programmes. It is just amazing! I don't know how we managed before

It continues the most important app we have ever had. We haven't missed a deadline, our reports and proposals have improved and it's FUN!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot to learn, but Monday give you the tools to help you do that and once mastered it becomes second nature to use it

I would like to add notes more easily to each of the data lines, currently it takes a while to work out how to do it and then coming back to them is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have all our donor information in one place, we all of the management team can access when needed. Now our donor reports are on time, accurate and interesting!
It solves everything, almost! But one real difference it has made is gathering information and slides for Board of Trustee meetings. Using the different graphs or other ways to present the information is so easy and interesting to watch and listen to.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is a crucial tool for every organization or project, regardless of size or number of employees. It simplifies task management and organizes team relationships using a flexible framework that interfaces with many of the apps we use daily. The inexpensive subscription price helps add new members. I enjoy how monday Work Management simplifies building panels, transferring information and ideas, and updating workflow plans between colleagues, as well as automating workflow so we get updates on all start and finish dates and alerts and notifications about appointments at the set time. I love the visual depiction and unique view of workflow and changes, which engages all team members. monday Work Management documents all the notes, updates, and attachments submitted by team members along the project life cycle, making it an important database that plays a role and allows us to readily access it when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things about monday Work Management that I don't like, but one of them is that it needs to increase the range of applications that we need to integrate with. This would save us from having to enter the same information more than once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to contribute to a better knowledge of workflow plans and remain up to date with daily updated task schedules thanks to the assistance that we received from Monday.com. As a result, all members of the team are now aware of what they should be doing and when they should be doing it.

Solution to organize your entire workflow and allocate resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps organize the team and the whole process, this allows you to see who is doing what and what needs to be done. You can share books and accounts with each other to speed up the process, but the dummy layout is also a welcome change. He also connects to Slack on Monday to update what's happening in real time. Monthly.com allows you to instantly see the progress of your project to resolve the participant's situation. It also provides options to visualize project data and progress, such as Kanban system and Gantt charts. Templates help organize activities in each area of your business, are ideal for creating highly organized workflows, commenting on activities and the progress of all tasks are updated instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things don't work the way I want especially when linking parts, duplicate columns don't show up on your smartphone so you can't link two things to see both in the Related Items column. There are certain restrictions when using on Monday. Switching to the user interface can be difficult. It took some training to get used to the new setup. Monthly.com does not provide an internal form with updates or much-needed chat functionality to engage in team conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saves time on workflows as a way to keep up with work schedules, supports email connections for better data storage and time tracking, and enables options to keep flows structured work. The creation of several separate planning boards based on the same information, such as project planning and material planning, is more beneficial for project documentation and management. We obtain an overview of project/document management by glancing at the board and seeing how much green, gray, or red there is. This program increases productivity, decreases wasted time, and lowers misunderstandings by allowing us to see what is being done and what needs to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not sure if Monday will work for you I think the best thing to do is create a board for it, but experiment with different settings. As a result, it's a good idea to use a variety of approaches to view data through the tabs at the top of dashboards. Fill in your boards as much as possible. Monday is useful for quick and easy schedule management thanks to timeline views and built-in options for automation and bottom-up report viewing and an accessible API with good documentation for adding custom features.

Great automation and date tracking with easy assignment capabilities

What is our primary use case?

My office is a boutique immigration firm. We use Monday to keep track of our active cases from beginning to end.

It helps us organize our different departments and keep track of who had what case and how they are working on it. We use Monday to provide guidance on different cases from beginning to end. We also use Monday for administrative tasks and projects. We are able to organize our different departments and sort out important cases on Monday. The automation helps everything run smoothly.

How has it helped my organization?

Monday has greatly improved the accountability everyone in my firm has regarding cases. Case managers are able to quickly assign cases and we can keep track of the entire process on Monday.

We are able to see all the active cases we have on a day-to-day basis and quickly assign them if they are unassigned. We have been able to organize each department thoroughly and separate them as necessary. We also have used Monday to aid in administrative tasks throughout both offices. It aids in our office-to-office communication as well.

What is most valuable?

We thoroughly enjoyed the automation to help us see where our cases are going next. The entire visual aspect of Monday is also a great resource for our firm as it makes it easy for us to point out certain things and for our management meetings to go smoothly.

The ability to track dates and times we need cases to be completed has been of great use to my firm. Our attorneys are able to monitor and track our cases with ease every day as they please. It has greatly improved how we track out cases and hit our deadlines.

What needs improvement?

Having more integrations for different specialties that use Monday would be great. Monday is awesome as it is, however, expanding would also be helpful.

Monday should have people reach out to different heads of businesses in different sectors to see how they use Monday and create more templates and maybe even videos on how they use it so there are more ways for people who are just starting out to find more examples to see how to tailor Monday to their needs.

I met up with a specific immigration attorney who helps immigration firms organize and pull their business to more paperless solutions she introduced us to Monday and showed us how she uses it and we tailored it for our needs.

For how long have I used the solution?

My office has been using Monday.com for over two years.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We only used paper to "assign"/give assignments and Excel to track our cases. It was hard to keep track of who had each case and how they were doing with the assignments. The papers would also get lost in files or paper stacks, so a lot of assignments were falling through the cracks. It was hard to maintain and the switch to Monday was excellent for our case tracking. On Monday, we are able to notify those who are newly assigned to a case and track their work as well. All of our case tracking and assignments are easily visible to everyone in the firm so that nothing falls through the cracks if it is put on Monday.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Having someone from Monday work with you on your needs for Monday is a great way to get started. It helps you see the price you should go for.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We met with an immigration attorney who works with organizing businesses. She said Monday was the best one so we stuck wiith it.

Almost Perfect Project Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use Monday to organize projects and collaborate with team members who share those projects with you. The new addition of sub items also helps keep the length of lists under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to organize my boards either by time periods or projects but ideally, I would like to do both and the Gantt view is not what I mean. I want to toggle between them so that I can have different views of what needs doing and what is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me organize many complicated projects across several clients and several partners with ease.

This is probably the best project management software out there and they are coming out with new features all the time to make it better.
