Great for organizing your entire workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps to keep our teams and the entire process organized; we can see who has finished what and what still has to be done. We can share books and accounts to help each other speed up the process, but the fictitious design is also a welcome change. We also connect Monday to Slack to get real-time updates on what's going on. I like how you can construct dashboards in the same way that you can make Excel sheets, but with a few clicks, you can show this data in a variety of different ways that might considerably boost your insights, particularly the timeline plus Gantt view and chart views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things do not operate as I would want, particularly when linking parts, which may be a great feature. However, mirrored columns are not visible on a smartphone, therefore I cannot link two things and have them both display the other item in the connected items column. There are certain limits to utilizing Monday; for example, changing to the UI may be difficult; we needed some training to acclimatize to the new arrangement. However, after resolving the issues, we now have a functioning system. It may take a bit for changes/updates to catch up, but it isn't that awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and Project Management It is most helpful for planning to create numerous separate planning boards based on the same information, such as project planning and material planning. For project/document management, we obtain an overview by glancing at the board and observing how much green, gray, or red there is. We recognize that this interface improves productivity and reduces time wasted, and it also reduces misunderstanding since we can see what is being done and what has to be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're not sure if Monday.com will work for you, your best strategy is to design a board to use it, but test out several alternative configurations. As a result, it is preferable to use the many methods to see the data via the tabs at the top of the dashboards. Also, experiment with dashboards to present data in dashboards. Make your boards as complete as possible. Get assistance in setting up training on the UI and how to effectively utilize your time in the app for what your business requires. This will greatly assist you and your team in making the most of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the practicality of having my projects unified and organized. In addition to being able to upload all file formats and create cards for different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the My Work tab could be displayed in calendar format. I don't think it's very usual. I also believe that Apps could have user ratings for us to see the pontuation of each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I can unite my team in one place. In addition to being able to organize the workflow of each client by date, type and also by person responsible. My workflow gained a lot of speed with the automations. Through them we are able to carry out activities that previously would have taken a lot of time, in an agile way.

Monday is the best project management tool I've ever used. I recommend it to anyone looking for a complete tool in every way.

What do you like best about the product?
Among the features I love, the automations and integrations are definitely my favorite. There are so many automation options that make the routine much easier and make boards very independent. Also, it is very easy to integrate and expand the use of Monday with other tools that we also use in our company. I also love that Monday gives multiple visualization options for the boards, including the traditional chart, the kanban and the timeline. I think it's a very visual tool and that makes task management more interesting!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the investment we make on Monday is worth it for all the complexity of the tool, but I would say that the weak point is the high cost. It is not an affordable tool for every type of company. Regarding the functionalities, I'd only point out that it would be very good to have an easy way to get all the hours of an employee, on all boards, compiled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, we use Monday for integrated task management among all teams and employees. We are able to have a holistic view of everything that is happening in the company, account for work hours and manage demands and projects in an automated way.

There's not much I don't like on Monday.com, and the system is continuously updated, with a load of new features coming very frequently.
I think the only thing that holds me back is my own lack of adventure w the system.

Our team works remotely a lot of the time, especially since the pandemic. Monday.com allows us to keep track of where projects are up to, what needs doing and who is best to contact about any given item.

Monday.com is a great tool for collaboration. The best thing I like is colorful dashboard views which make it user-friendly and easy to work with.
Setting up users and teams is easy. as a team, we can share information and review the progress of various activities.

one thing I can say is that there is some learning curve when you start using it for the first time. with so many options, one may get lost where to find the data one is looking for.
the dashboard is one of the great features but it takes some knowledge on how to set it up properly.

A lot of time information is scattered around at different places. Monday.com helps with bringing all the data to one place in a well-organized manner.
It also simplifies the timeline view which is very important and makes the big picture visible to all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Project Management Tools such as monday.com provide utmost convenience in the ever-changing digitalization of almost all office tasks. The back and forth relaying of information through email, messaging platforms, sending of files, and more are made easier with an easy-to-use social media-like interface. It is also highly customizable so you are in control of what you want your interface to look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first time you use monday.com you have to be introduced to the plethora of its features first. Some features take time to get used to, especially if you're used to doing tasks in a speedy manner such as messaging apps. It's not much of a big downside because the benefit and convenience you get are worth it. Some of the features aren’t as polished as you would expect. It is a product that is developing all the time and updates are done by the people, and it is becoming an increasingly powerful project management tool. As with all systems, you get out what you put in. I recommend familiarizing yourself with it thoroughly before rolling it out to anyone else. Test everything as you can and make a video tutorial that others can use as a reference. Think about how you want others to utilize it and train them.

Project collaborations. With Monday.com we don't need to be sending files back and forth, and when we finish something our teammates could just start where we left off. This is one of the best things about using a user-friendly project management tool.

Monday's UI is way better than any other. It still needs more features to catch up with the competition but I am hopeful and confident that the developers will add more and fill in this gap.

I love that Monday makes automating tasks and deadlines easy, and gives the option to customize the program's interface so that it can work for a variety of business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is a fantastic program, but occasionally will glitch, especially if you have a lot of customization needs. Their team is very friendly and responsive, which is great, but it could be a little more user friendly.

Monday is allowing my company to keep track of our booking process and of where our clients' needs are. Monday makes it easy to set tasks and reminders, and keeps our business running in a smooth manner, ensuring that no client needs slip through the cracks.

It is a super complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, integrations with other applications and especially the details of the experience with some animations of the done buttons. I've had experiences with Asana and Trello, Monday has better usability than competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox part is a bit repetitive. I've also had problems updating the plan for more users to use. Having real-time support in my country would help more. They could also improve with more integration options in MailChimp, such as importing emails

We managed to make our manager have real-time access to our activities, which was previously a problem for us to pass on feedback. It's been great for us to set up our marketing plan and automatic e-mails that facilitate day-to-day communication.
