Hard to master, but worth it once you do!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is super powerful and customizable. Any idea we have, we can engineer it to do. We use this to replace our time tracking tools, manage all of our tasks and workflow, and better collaborate by having shared spaces for things. Monday's dashboards allow us to have a place to view all of our client information, tasks, and what is going on for the next few weeks. They also feature cute llamas!
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is complicated to set up - it takes a lot of time to set up and get things in place. You need to watch tutorials and follow guides and tutorials to maximize your use of Monday and have it look like it does when you see others using it excellently. For an older less informed audience it can be complicated and cumbersome to go back and forth from Monday to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a shared space to view all of our outstanding tasks. Timelines and calendars show us everything we have upcoming across our entire team of 11 people. Monday is supremely helpful as an agency. We use it for time tracking as well, to see how many resources we output. As I said previously, the dashboards are helpful at seeing what your team is doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with an external vendor who will help set up the product in exchange for a fee. They are worth the investment. Take your time learning how to set things up, work on your flow and don't be afraid to start over from scratch.
Monday.Com - Brilliant, Efficient, and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The site is highly customizable and flexible and can be molded to meet any needs. I am not a naturally organized person and tend to be very forgetful, but Monday has allowed me to get organized and prevent things from falling through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not run into anything that I intensely dislike. There have been a few instances of commands taking a bit of time to process, but that could be my internet connection and not the Monday site itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an insurance agency, we write business through several different providers. Writing business with so many entities can make it challenging to keep up with renewals and track our business book with each carrier. Monday has allowed me to create spreadsheets that track all of our policies through each insurance provider, along with the policy numbers, premiums, and renewal dates. I can also link it with my email and set it to create a task whenever I get an email request with certain buzzwords.

This website is an invaluable tool that can assist any business in reaching new levels of efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Our staff's favorite Monday feature is the ability to assign tasks to one another and follow the progression of that task to completion. I this saves us so much time in staff meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll my only real complaint is that I would like to be able to add more limited users without the price going up so much. We have volunteers that it would benefit to access parts of our system but not enough to justify the cost per additional user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We plan our gatherings and events months in advance. Being able to make notes about something we want to do on Easter (months away) so we don't forget is invaluable. I cannot recommend this organizational tool enough!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be overwhelmed busy the amount of options and customization you have. I started by setting up a test entry so I could learn the system before building out our whole organization. Once you get the hang of it, you won't look back.
Brilliant System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that you can make the system whatever you want it to be. The collaboration with clients is amazing. I try to use a lot of tools. There is nothing like it on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that you cannot annotate PDFs, and its not really a sign of platform for graphic designers. Annotations of PDFs would be amazing as it was initially there when I started using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time management. I work with one main client very closely. Previously I had to constantly email files for approval. Now I have no need to. It just makes sence.

Don't look on MONDAY and think it's not for you. It absolutely is. You can change everything, so it works just right for any business.

Easy to navigate, good choice of templates, the platform is constantly improving/evolving

Some features that were once part of standard plan are now only accessible with pro plan...for example dependency feature

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tool. The user interface is nice and easy to use. The automations (which is what makes it so powerful) are easy to use, even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that you may want to do, and you may think a tool of this caliber can do, but every tool has some shortcomings. Monday is no exception. However, with its advanced integrations through tools like Zapier and Integromat or the custom apps in their marketplace or using their open API, you can pretty much make anything happen if you know how to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my projects for clients, my sales flow, and my support ticket process. Most of my clients are Monday users, and I support them in optimizing how to use the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The degree to which the field names and types, as well as the data you enter can be customised for your exact needs. The automations are fantastic as are the links to other boards, data and services. This all makes using the platform incredibly easy, rewarding and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is perfect. Occasionally we find a lack of functionality in a specific piece or style of data that would be 'nice to have'. The support pages are generally very helpful to identify if there are workarounds, or if the issue has been identified previously and flagged for future development.
One thing we don't like is the quota on automations - these are incredibly useful, save a lot of time and help to prevent errors on repetitive, but complex tasks. The quota seems to be set too low - it incentivises upgrade to a higher subscription, but we have no need for any of the other features of the higher subscription.

Maintaining an overview of our operation and providing tools to help us plan for the future. Monday.com is helping do work that we couldn't afford to pay a consultant to do for us.
A breeze to use and setup exactly how you need it to work for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create and modify groups and sub categories within each list so it works exactly as you need for tracking purposes

did lose a bit of data initally when not having the sub categories setup correctly when moving between groups but was more user error than program issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
been able to track all of our jobs from quoting to completion from multiple devices while also been able to uplaod documents for supervisors on site and them add photos directly to job files while on site

I went through several different systems before discovering Monday and wish I'd known about it so much earlier as it has saved so much time and double handling of information

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday is creating multiple groups for different business sections. It also enables you to assign tasks to employees with a due date. Our Monday is used across two businesses and allows them to flow seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite feature of Monday is the lack of different colors. There are a lot of similar colors, which can get confusing if you are trying to differentiate between lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a problem with organizing birthday parties hosted at one business. It benefits us by allowing us to record all the details of a party in one convenient place and keep it updated as to who has paid etc.

I would recommend Monday to others looking to make organizing their team easier through an online and mobile platform. Monday is live, and employees are constantly up to date on their tasks.
