User-friendly and helps keep things organized

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can review the status of all projects at any given time. It helps me see if a team member is stuck and needs some assistance or if I need to get extra hands on deck to meet a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any suggestions for improvement. It ticks all of the boxes and functions the way I believe it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote workforce, and Monday.com has helped us stay connected and enabled us to keep track of not only our projects within the company but also projects we collaborate on with other vendors. It is the best solution I have found for making sure nothing falls through the cracks when we are making multiple changes at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - I know that a couple of other teams across our org use it as well, but it's great to see that there's much value in Monday - along with how easily customizable it is!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like an intuitive tool, but there are some columns and dashboards that have a bit of a learning curve. Surprising that there isn't a desktop app available, but I hope that is to come soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feature Pipeline tracking, internal task pipeline tracking, Revenue Pipeline tracking, leadership stakeholder dashboards, personal task management. Benefits for all of these things for me is that they no longer live silo-ed and can be relational to one another.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been an incredibly helpful tool for collaborating across departments. The user interface is streamlined and easy to use, with an incredible degree of flexibility based on the individual needs of each stakeholder. Customizing each board based on what it is tracking has been easy and effective. Even visually, the platform feels sleek, approachable, and modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many possible functionalities, there is a bit of a steep learning curve initially. Setup takes some time for any sizeable organization, and training takes quite some time as well. Because new capabilities are often being added, continuing education should just be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-departmental collaboration is the biggest problem that I am solving with Monday.com. The ability to keep everyone on the same page in one central hub has massively reduced the need for repeated emails and unnecessary meetings. This ultimately saves a lot of time, and spares myself and my colleagues from potential tension or misunderstanding. There is never any question about where to go for the most up-to-date information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a strong collaboration tool, I don't think there is anything better out there at present than Monday. The platform is constantly being upgraded, so be sure to experiment with their test labs, where you can try out their beta functions; often, you can find gems there.

What do you like best about the product?
The design, interface, functionality, how I can gather and collaborate with whole team at once, notifications, simply everything is great about Monday. Easily integrates with other platforms, brings colors to usual days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, all works perfectly for me and the team. There are sometimes delays while integrated with other platforms, but it gets fixed fast by authorized team. I would also like the drag&drop of multiple items at once fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my personal and teams tasks and goals, seeing all incoming deals and proceeding with them accordingly, see all the deadlines and overall all the necessary data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use all the filters and boards to organize your workflow. Besides, Monday has great access to all the statistics, so you can track all the progress and share details with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the quick way of adding records in this framework. The talk log and notes was likewise strategically placed with each heartbeat. I love that this is a collective device!
What do you dislike about the product?
I additionally wish I could type in the board name into the pursuit and afterward find the board. I don't know what else it is absent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm ready to monitor progress on numerous undertakings without a moment's delay. Very adaptable way of setting up each board.

What do you like best about the product?
I just started using the platform as a single consultant and primarily using it for organizing my client and internal projects. Easy & intuitive to use and quick to set up as a result. It is configurable to my workflow, which means I'm tailoring Monday.com to my business - not tailoring my business to Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm discovering new things every day and have found nothing so far to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is an excellent platform for getting organized for all my projects, both client and internal. It helps me to prioritize all my multiple task lists and easily visualize anything that I'm falling behind on or neglecting. I'm finishing what I started.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to separate projects and to-dos by individual projects/accounts. Instead of having all the accounts on one board, we can keep them separate and dig deep into the individual projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the task management, but I've been notified the "My Week" page will be receiving substantial updates. So this shouldn't be an issue in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps my entire team understand what is on everyone else's plate. We can help each other stay up to date and keep ourselves on track.

Monday is an amazing work OS

What do you like best about the product?
It can do anything!!!! Seriously all the features from Monday and plug-ins. What started as a 4 person monday account grew to our whole company now using it. For Marketing it feels like we have a Monday board for everything! Budgets, document control number tracking, projects, you name it! We love Monday.com and have moved so many of our old excel sheets into amazing boards and workspaces. I have seen a big difference in the orgination of our department, team collaboration... I could go on and on about the review process built in for our projects. I was a Monday.com fan 4 years ago... I am such a bigger fan today. I amazed that they keep adding more and more and find ways to make it even better!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't buy a single seat for personal use. I don't want to put my personal budget on my work account... but dont want to pay $18/month for an account only I will use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving organization, communication, review, just all our issues. people getting the updates they need to keep our customers and employees happy. They know where to find data, and that the data will always be there.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the first programs that started in online project management, with this you can connect from anywhere in the world and on any computer and continue managing your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high if you use it as a standalone, but it is worth it since you can use it anywhere in the world without having to transport your computer since you can connect from its website

You can use the program anywhere in the world and thus be able to continue managing your project, in this way you can be more productive and your project does not stop
