Love that it is now Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes the flow of tasks and projects very seemingly. There are two things I particularly like (1) the fact that I can build forms and the information just transition smoothly into a table, and (2) the automation and different templates possible. Once a task is taken care of, Monday via automation takes care of the rest for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not quite sure if there is anything I don't like about Monday. I'd say the one thing that I wish Monday could handle was sending emails out using Outlook. Our office heavily uses Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Microsoft Excel as a way to manage projects and tasks but then the actual file became just too big; plus, if it isn't hosted in a shared location, opening the file twice creates problems. Again, forms and the tabling of the information make things so much easier. We also love the fact that it is Monday is cloud based.

A Great Task Tracker for Design Jobs

What do you like best about the product?
I love that any task can be assigned or claimed by myself or my team, so we don't get double worked on anything. The fully customizable status labels have been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything about Monday that I do not like. If anything, there are too many features many of which we do not use or wouldn't even need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday.com to keep track of marketing work done for over 300 commercial real estate properties. At any given time we can see who is working on marketing a property or information regarding the last time it was dealt with.

I Really appreciate the Automation features that monday provide!

I actually havent really found any issues so far? Maybe lack of integrations to shopify flow etc?

Communication across various tasks that is split among multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
In today's world, regardless of your industry or role, things are constantly changing, and we need dynamic tools, not set it and forget systems that become outdated. I love that Monday always comes out with updates to make the platforms better and easier to use. It allows us to optimize our systems to provide better services to our clients. The updates are easy to implement yet have huge impacts on our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues in the past with processing times, specifically with the automations. However, those times have improved considerably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, everyone on our team knows everything that has, is, and will be happening as it relates to all of our tasks. We never use email to discuss our work anymore since Monday is our cental hub for everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail you can get into for planning out projects is excellent! They also have plenty of automations that can even be integrated with almost any platform you currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel the product is missing is the ability to add more automations in the sub-items, along with giving main items and subitems more functionality to work together with automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management at scale is the main thing that Monday.com helps my organization with doing. I cannot begin to think where we would be without such a fantastic tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the columns! To be able to fit it to our team's needs, make's it super customizable and practical for all of our projects. It is 10000% better than any to-do list I could ever make.
What do you dislike about the product?
MyWork can only highlight 1000 items. Otherwise, not everything pops up, which can get frustrating to feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team can use the boards & workspaces to highlight the areas they need most. Where I use it for checklists, my creative team uses it to send items to print and keep track of deadlines. It makes sure no tiny detail or date is left behind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Highly recommend personal use or with a team. It updates in real-time so very each to use cross-functionally
- Take the time to learn all the functions. They truly can only help you!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been able to help me with the management of project activities, giving reminders, sorting by importance or deadline, involving the whole team, automating a workflow allowing us to focus on the day-to-day work instead of organizing pending activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only detail that I do not like about Monday.com is the little control of the breakdown of activities that it could manage for project management and project portfolio, since there are not many options to track resources (money, personnel and machinery) assigned, spent and make balances by deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com, I have been able to streamline the activities by solving the daily sessions to organize who would be making each activity and the previous day's progress. In this way, we optimize the way we work with weekly sprints, and on a day-to-day basis, we add comments and evidence of progress
Recommendations to others considering the product:
analyze and create a workflow in stages, so that their activities go through the different departments adding value and work for each person who gets involved until they are finished, and all this can be automated with Monday.com to be able to make reports and Track performance statistics.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks. This tool has the availability of doing follow up within each task assigned. This is a great to-do list. Haven't used other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation from one board to another board, the PUSH DATE of a task was not working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps everything on track, well organized. It reminds us of missing details or tasks for some work-related emergencies that we need to assist or maybe follow up the next day. The performance incresead since it can be tracked.

It does support a good amount of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful - Colorful, organized, animations. I find this platform to be user-friendly, and easy to use. I am able to organize all my clients, and data so quickly. There is not one confusing part of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly cannot think of something missing. Monday has thought of everything, it is very inclusive, very colourful and easy to use. I guess the only thing extra would be to add even more colours to the board! There already is such a wonderful variety but sometimes it could be cool to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always hated excel and that is why I love Monday so much. I benefit from this by saving so much time that I would have wasted on excel sheets. This allows me to organize my clients, keep track of phone calls, dates and notes. We can collaborate so easily. It is a huge benefit because we don't need to utilize other platforms, Monday can do it all. I love that the updates come to my email!

What do you like best about the product?
The ammount of content and types of boards. Also subitems are super helpful. You can add infinite columns of all sorts of content in each column such as files and links so you never lose track on what you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a bit high. It charges you per person and if you have a large team it is hard to keep all inside Monday since it becomes very expensive. I would like to see more plan types with different prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling tasks with Team members, also making sure everyone is up to date with every activity done within the team and ask for requests of other branches of the company.
