Business Flows Better With Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is our lifeline, simply put. The ability to map out an idea, and then build upon it has been amazing! To start with a project, put a date to it, assign it to a team member, add sub-items, drop in links and other files for reference - I can keep listing things but you get the idea. The ability to then view this information in other project management tools like timelines, calendar, and Kanban view adds an easy-to-use versatility that helps convey important projects to other team members. We fully enjoy utilizing Monday.com and will continue doing so!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an RCI capability would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization within the team. It's nice to have an overall view of what's going on, and then specifically everyone's role. It also helps with storing braindumps, so even if a product or project isn't fully fleshed out I have the ability to store the development process which I believe is key.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready to learn the platform as it can be overwhelming when first starting out, but also be excited for the possibilities. It has all the app integrations so chances whatever you're in the market looking for, Monday.com has it.

What do you like best about the product?
Indisputably, the fact that they are constantly updating and bringing new applications and updates, in addition to being completely adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We miss having more video content about the platform in Portuguese, as part of our team is not fluent in English, but we manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many!!! Before, we used a competing tool, very complex and rigid, with Monday.com, we were able to evolve smoothly in what we needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Without a doubt, we recommend Monday.com, as it is undoubtedly a tool that stands out from the rest. The only regret we have is not having known about Monday.com earlier. We are in our second year and have no intention of terminating the contract. We even have a second company in the group and are reviewing the budget to proceed with a second subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools to help in a user-friendly and visually appealing way to organize tasks. It is very CLEAN - so many software i have tried in the past are not aesthetically pleasing and hard to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be nice if they kept on adding new integration features and options - i just started using OpenPhone - if they could somehow interface with software like that, that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a rather lengthy task list per week, month, location, department, etc. Mondays helps me organize everything in a clean way by whichever group i create so i can keep on task and see when i am ahead/behind/on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you have alot on your plate and need a tool to help you focus and organize, this is a great software. The fact that it is cloud-based is also very helpful because you can access it from anywhere with wifi

Best Task Manager for Teams

What do you like best about the product?
• User-friendly platform, easy navigation
• Ability to integrate with other services such as Gmail and Slack
• Ability to break out sub-tasks and assigned multiple team members to complete or follow.
• Necessary features such as Time tracking, setting up reoccurring tasks, and being able to download reports

Overall, Monday.com has been more easily integrated and adopted than other platforms such as Accelo and Asana
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer an easier way to copy items with sub-tasks across multiple groups. When you click to edit the name of an Item, the Updates window auto-opens while typing creating an odd experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Partnering cross-department (creates a central source for direction)
• Project management / Tracking deadlines
• Determining time efficiencies with Time Tracking

Recommend watching a tutorial for Monday.com before creating a board to understand full capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Once you begin to understand its function, imagination has no limits, you can do whatever you want to improve your and other teammates' work. I have not seen any other platform that works like this one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to figure out how something works cause maybe you don´t have the time to ask and wait for an answer. In my case, it would come handy that the ubication column and the map work in real-time. But on the other hand, the forum is very active, so any doubt you might have, they will find a way to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily work basics, I create a table where my colleagues cooperate to make things much easier in a specific task. And I enjoy discovering how I should adapt things to make it easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You might get lost in the first steps, but once you get the work flowing, you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Monday.com and the intuitive UX design. It's fairly easy to learn and then deploy for projects. It helps me keep track of tasks, progress, and many other business-critical applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major downsides or issues with Monday. I have yet to encounter something that would be a hindrance in our day-to-day usage of the service. Thanks, Team Monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management. Enabling effective co-working with remote employees. We use Monday for sales, marketing, some tracking, and mainly to share information within our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best UI/UX designed project management and co-working tools I have ever tried and used. I can only recommend you give Monday a whirl and I am sure you will fall in love with it.

A Project Management Must Have

What do you like best about the product?
Boards and pulses easily allow teams to organize, update, and keep track of all projects. With these two things, our team is able organize boards by designer, large events, and other legacy information. Within our boards, our pulses can be organized in many ways, but for us, the most helpful is by due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about it is lacking; it's a wonderful tool. If I had to add one criticism, it would be how the answers come in on the form. But this is a minor, minor dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team keep track of our many projects and their timelines seamlessly. We always have projects coming in, big and small; we can handle them with ease because of Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team or office has too many ways of tracking projects, issues with timelines, or unclear goals around projects, Monday is an incredibly useful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows our company to be macro and micro organized all the way from specific team projects to individual tasks. I often also look at the history of prior tasks which help me understand reasons behind certain engineering changes done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Monday so far and I have been using it for 3 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lead production meetings between engineering, production, and procurement using Monday since it allows us to organize goals for teams into individual tasks.

Perfect Tool for Peace of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and super appealing to the eye, this platform helps me guide my team with our everyday tasks. With it's completely customizable sections, one is able to tailor program to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub groups were added last year, However, I would love to see these subgroups go even deeper. At least two deep. I would like my task to start with SEASON, then the first subgroup ACCOUNT and finally PROGRAM. The program as is, is great, but extra subgroups would take it to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my team, we handle so many different types of projects across at least 3 seasons at a time. Monday.com has been that peace of mind that I need to know the status of all the projects, what season they are, which designer has them, due dates and any notes needed for the specific project. No project gets lost!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want peace of mind, go with Monday.com! Easy to use. Less headaches. All projects managed.

Monday is the best!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has streamlined our entire process at our shop. From order to production to billing, everything is all in one place for our entire team. We could never see ourselves going back to the old paper work orders we used to use to track items. Being able to add notes to every pulse and being able to refer back to them has been the best thing we ever did for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit wonky sometimes and slow to refresh. Not all functions are available, like the checklist. All in all it works well and we can at least reference the notes while we are away from a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems we have solved with Monday.com have to be the fact that orders (and potential orders) no longer fall through the cracks. Everyone can see where a project is at and collaborate to complete it. We can ensure orders are being billed at time of completion and add notes and photos of every job. Being able to better track what we are doing and being able to see our production schedule all in one place has really changed the way we operate our business. We realized that with the integrations we can tie in more services we use and they flow seamlessly with Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on the fence about whether this will help you or not, try it. Give it a shot. It's a little rough at first trying to figure out how you want to set it up to suit your needs, but try it. That's what we did. We tried it twice and we were hooked. We've not been on the platform for a few years and will never look back. I can't imagine our business without Monday to keep everything straight. Our business has gone up over 300% in the past year alone and that would not have been possible without this software to keep us on track and on the same page as a team.
