Great Tool to Track Project Activities

What do you like best about the product?
I've had invited to this tool by my client, where I get all of my assigned tasks. It's an excellent tool to see all the project activities like what all team is working on, status, and everything. It's easy to use, and there's nothing complicated at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I didn't like about this tool, only a few unnecessary Email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting all of my tasks assigned here, and it's easy to track everything.

Monday offers nice suite for small scale companies

What do you like best about the product?
A good alternative for JIRA for project management. Currently, Monday offers a freemium model which was best suited, not only for trial, but also for regular projects for small scale companies like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far, I am having a good experience with this application. May be after a while I may reconsider based on my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the application mainly for assigning and managing tasks, also to upload the documents and track the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything. However, if I had to choose one I would say the awesome team behind monday.com and how they constantly improve and apply the feedback they get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I like everything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling the whole team to see progress for every active project. Organizing and categorizing tasks for each project and connecting them to a central board. Managing workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed. You will love it.

Easy-to-use software to organize and manage projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated feature set appeals to me. You have a simple method for integrating additional technologies. Another feature I appreciate is that you can share boards with non-members without having to create an account, and you can control what this person can and cannot do. Monday is straightforward to use and browse, with a basic user interface. More significantly, we can tailor the boards to the specific requirements of each project, guaranteeing that we can measure a wide range of completion and progress indicators. We've also made extensive use of automation to transfer jobs to new boards automatically, ensuring that no time is wasted waiting for someone to reassign them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that the website occasionally slows down. It also contains certain illogical constraints, such as the inability to transfer subitems of an article when moving it between boards, ensuring that you won't have to conduct this type of migration anytime soon. The inability to convert items to subitems and vice versa, as well as move items (and their subitems) between boards. This is a critical capacity that has taken years to develop. We've had to reorganize several of our boards, and not being able to do so with a single click has lost us time because we've had to go in and re-create each job individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're primarily addressing the difficulties that arise from tracking many projects at the same time, each with its own set of activities. The majority of what we do isn't a single task. Layers of jobs, with concurrent dependencies and workflows, must be progressed in a controlled and planned manner to guarantee that the final result has all it need. In our project management, we use Monday as our primary source of truth. Our team can maintain track of the elements of our job that are not involved on a regular basis since we construct numerous workstations for various sections of our business. Monday is assisting our team in integrating and working together as its automated capabilities allow our teammates to cooperate and document all of our work when we are in the thick of a pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a great option for anyone looking for a simple project management solution with automation features to make their job simpler. We tried other firms, but none of them provided all of the tools we need. Investigate the other tools and give them a try for a few days. As of Monday, you'll probably discover that they're not as adaptable or straightforward to utilize.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very ease of use and understand. The templates are a great way to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see a way to export graphs with the data exported to Excel. However, I am still learning the reporting features so the option may be there, I just have not discovered the correct way of doing the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track personnel on job sites. I can actively monitor dates and how long personnel have been on job sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for the trial. The trial we were able to use allowed us a full use benefit for 7 days.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to be collaborative when everyone is remote. Our company is entirely remote- in fact I haven't met the majority of people I work with- but monday does help track and accomplish tasks in a way that everyone can easily follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the interface can be a little clunky, I can get where I need to be with it, but it takes a moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative projects are much easier with Monday tracking things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really excellent way to track projects and tasks- either personally or as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the overall UX & UI of the platform. Monday.com continues to come out with new features and is always improving the product. Our marketing team loves using the tool to keep us organized and keep us moving forward on all of our projects and initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can be a little wonky at times. And some of the functionality with subitems could be better, but they're continuing to improve it so I don't have any major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our team on the same page, keeps us organized, and keeps leadership aware of what we're working on and how things are progressing.

Monday.com is a powerful project and task management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has three areas that have greatly benefited our company.
1. Resource Management, it's a natural rolled-up view that is applicable after assessing tasks/projects etc., and applies to individuals and teams. There was minimal additional work to take advantage of this view after learning the basics of how to track a project or task.

2. Integrations are simple and easy to use. Jira, slack etc., are a low code/no-code solution that makes the tool easy to understand for those who are less technical.

3. In app notifications, training, help, and support are the best I've seen in a software product. You can track what is new to Monday.com (and easily enable beta features if you'd like), setup training workspaces, react to new developments all in app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is a horizontal tool that expands left to right with very little vertical growth for items. This design choice is limiting, though the expansion of subitems will likely be a solution in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently solving the issues of resource management with Monday.com on a team level. With the capacity to link multiple boards with ease, it should be easy in the future to do the same to form a company-wide assessment of all ongoing projects and efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to assign due dates to specific tasks.

The main thing that comes to mind is the notifications. I wish they were a little more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize multiple people's days in the department. And even communicating tasks through multiple departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is flexible - my company will be able to use it for a lot of different processes. Also suitable for to-do lists. Monday won out over the competition for us because of its ease of use - I have little concern that our team will adapt quickly with such an intuitive solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I dislike. Little annoyances around lack of certain minor features, but they are constantly adding new features, so I can't complain!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com, we had a highly complex way of tracking project deliverables. We used Excel, and my team members would have to open multiple Excel sheets to see their deliverables. Monday has helped create a "one-stop-shop" to see what needs to be done that week. In addition, it has allowed for much easier visibility into project timelines and how they overlap.
I anticipate it being much easier to get people to update their deliverable status with everything so easy to access.
