A game changer for those willing to dig in

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about monday.com is the sheer extensibility of the platform. Between the integrations with other services and the automation options, monday.com is easy to integrate into your existing workflow. I've tried competing products in the past, and they often required re-imagining your workflow to fit the product. Monday is configurable down to almost every last detail, which allows it to work for you genuinely. Of course, it does require time to fine-tune it to you and isn't necessarily perfect out of the box, but the effort to set it up how you like it is worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to dislike about monday.com is that depending on the other services you use, it can be hard to fine-tune some integrations to your liking. For me, a perfect example of this is Todoist, where I had to use monday.com's automation function to translate Todoist's number-based priority system to the written word priority system I was using in monday.com. It's a minor complaint, though, as you usually can create a workaround with monday.com's built-in automation tools. I also will say I'm not sure if monday.com is to blame here or the other services and what functions they make available via API calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed me to truly categorize and break down the tasks I have across the various domains I handle in the workplace. It also allows me to more visually highlight and compare the links between domains, which is incredibly handy when a lot of your work is intertwined. I also have realized just how much work I get done, and it has even helped me to realize when my most productive times of day are, allowing me to change my habits and routines to maximize my own productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps me on track and allows me to see the status of everyone on my team. I also like how versatile the tool is!
What do you dislike about the product?
So much to learn about how to use it to its fullest capacity but not a bad problem to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the team informed of what is happening on a larger scale. All the information is available in one spot.

Changed our entire workflow process for the better

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is one of the best platforms for bringing teams together and keeping projects on track. I implemented it for a travel program at a university and we've been able to streamline all of our travel programs and keep the entire team in the loop without the need for tons of emails and virtual meetings. The other amazing thing about Monday.com is the integrations and automation. This has been a game-changer for efficiencies and time optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Monday.com but one critique I have is that when mostly on Monday.com there are tons of boards and at times it feels slightly disorganized but I'm sure there is a solution to connect the boards more easily than just mirror columns/connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We so far have solved numerous problems with Monday.com. For example, our travel program was a trainwreck when the pandemic hit. We had canceled programs and no way of keeping track of who was working on what and where a particular trip was in the process of management. When we implemented Monday.com, we were able to share our progress of management with the whole team in real-time as well as organize the trips into a manageable board with clear action items.

A Delightful Way to Manage Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows me and my small team to stay organized by loading any and all tasks that need to get done. The drop down "status" feature of each tasks makes knowing where a project stands so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no real complaints at all. The reminders seem a little weird (sometimesssss I'll get a slew of notifications on my phone about what needs to be done for that day, but most days I get nothing? Could be user error in having no clue how the notifications work. Too lazy to look into it, lol.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, again besides the random onslaught of mobile notifications once and a while. Benefits are great and many. I feel so on-task. Gives me freedom. Gives me time back for ME.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast, helpful support

Flexibility to tailor the software to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs, however, are often sorted quickly.
Limited capability with forms, in comparison to something like JotForm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of information, and searching through it easily. Also, tracking of client and customer relations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can organise tasks and share a KB with all your coworkers. The various tabs and colour palet makes information easy to find and allows you to organise your work in a proactive manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
A mobile version of Monday Board would be great to be able to check tasks on the go.
Especially if you are travelling for work and need to have a quick glance at Monday Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information on clients is easily accessible via Monday Board and it allows this information to be shared between teams very easily.
It is also allowing me to track my team members' daily tasks and be more pro active.

Monday Has Changed Te Way We Do Business

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped us stay organized and keep track of tasks that need to be completed. We track services, orders, leads, and work orders for the maintenance crew. It is helpful that all necessary information is readily available for all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it is very easy to accidentally change entries on the iPhone App. The good news is that Monday keeps track of all changes and who made them so we can correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track leads and make sure that work orders and merchandise orders are completed and not lost. This has created better efficiency and increased productivity. Management can better track the team's progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a great platform to track our business. Monday has solved many problems and complications that we experienced before using Monday.

Best organizational program ever

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create different boards for different projects! In addition, you can personalize each board to fit the project, and then tag your team members on individual items. The notifications for this program is amazing too- the phone app is super user friendly and is able to notify me when changes occur, even when I'm away from my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike, but I would say that the program is a bit overwhelming at first use. This is fixable though, since there are so many instructional and training videos on how to navigate the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem that I solved was being able to track different task items for different programs. Now, it's easy to see which tasks are prioritized and due.

Check it out first and speak with an advisor if necessary. Monday.com is brilliant but has many features, some that will be relevant to you and some that may not. This will ensure you are on the right plan. Having said that, Monday.com is very intuitive and has a very visually simple interface.

Great Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is really easy to understand and navigate. My team loves that we can have different boards with project updates, as well as have documents and dashboards. We've used it for simple document storage, all the way to complex projects with multiple team members and tasks. Personally, I've used Monday.com at multiple jobs and each time it's been an amazing tool to utilize and integrate with teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday.com is that inbox and notifications area can get pretty cluttered really easily. It can be a little difficult keeping track of everything and making sure I don't miss something, so if there was a way to better organize that or present that information, that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has used Monday.com to schedule candidate interviews, house company information, have onboarding roadmaps, resources, and more. I've realized that there's no limit to what you can create in Monday.com, and I'm sure there are many other features and uses that my team hasn't even found out yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend thinking about where all of your documents and processes live now, and consider moving them to Monday.com in conjunction with using it for project management. You can have multiple workspaces, which has changed the game for how my team organizes all of our information.
