Monday is a fabulous asset for our company, making us more efficient and helping us reach our goals.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday is the progress bar, the notes section (helping us keep a clear record of what's going on), seeing your personal and collective to-do list, and keeping up with what the rest of the team is working on so you're all on the same page. It keeps everyone on track. As a project manager, it's a dream!
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is relatively easy to use, but I think the interface could use a slight improvement to make the tools easier to access and use, allowing your board to be more personalized. Our team needs to record our time on projects for billing purposes but finds that the "Time Recorder" is not functional and can be a pain to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that Monday has solved is keeping everyone on task. It's excellent for record-keeping as well, which is something that we utalize often. It's brought a lot of organization and task management into our lives!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a Monday calendar like Google calendar (if you don't have this already).

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and customize our Boards, charts for quick project progress overview, and automated notifications to our teams using MS365 and the ability to export using our Google sheets for spreadhseets
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything, really. We want more traing and tips type videos! We will let you know if we find anything that has not worked or has prevented the progression of any projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Sales/Leads, customer service issues, planning & design projects. Benefits include more efficient sales, improving timelines, and better collaboration notifications with updates
For those who need to organize their work routine Monday is a wonderful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage of having the tool is certainly able to organize your parts and in this way you can provide a good service to the customer. The possibility to follow everything in real time is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that bothers me is the platform not being fully translated into Portuguese, an example is the automation part and the apps. But other than that, I don't have to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday has helped a lot with communication between all our team members, we have the functionality to be able to follow everything in real time, and to be able to update the customer about his process.

Learn how to use it, it will certainly be a tool that will help you a lot.

The level of customization allows you to tailor it for any use. I use it both for work and my personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing that would be very helpful, like summing up subitems. It's not always easy to find answers for how to do things.

It makes it incredibly easy to collaborate with coworkers and I love the automations.

The possibility of customizing the frames according to the team's need. Also, the automations are very easy to apply. The charts are also useful.

It is expensive if you need to use with a large group.
The acces limitations are very poor. It would be vailable to share a board and limit access according some filters for example.

It is helping to manage the teams, with task management and also to identify which tasks and projects are not achieving the due date.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easily customizable for any team. I have now used Monday.com for a Learning and Development team and a Performance team. You can create labels to mark tasks however works best for your team, create main projects with sub-items, or customize the calendar!

Our teams are so busy and live in all different areas. It's been so beneficial to use one central board where we can post comments, tag others, or interact on each others boards so we are always up to date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test out the free version to review all the functions available. I have done this with a small business I am starting, and it's been great. There are only two of us, and we can easily interact in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use. I am able to create or alter various boards and workspaces to accommodate my needs and responsibilities.The templates have been a lift saver, as opposed to recreatomg the wheel. It has also been an instrumental tool in enhancing organizational skills amongst my department. Additionally, the Monday.com platform allow for us to easily capture and display data.

There's nothing that I dislike, I do have a learning curve as it relates to create various charts for data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data capture and analysis, Project management, and recruitment.
The recruitment template has been extrememly helpful due to my organization not having a HRIS. I am able to streamlining our recruitment easier and provide better accesbility for hiring managers.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing monday.com provides us is the organization, especially for projects with more than five people. I can organize all the tasks using automations features, and my team is notified, so we can get things done more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Monday, but sometimes I miss having more options to set and design the boards to make them more dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most critical problem we are solving is the team's communication when it comes to tasks management, so the benefits I have realized are:

Great for Design/Art Management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com to help track our creative projects with outside vendors. We're a smaller team but all located in different areas of the country. Using Monday.com has been a life savor. Getting us out of our inboxes and having one central location for job briefs, project specs, projects reviews and updates. I would highly recommend monday for any team needing to streamline a process. We also use for all of our content planning needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything is particularly missing from the platform but I think the task list portion could be a little better to utilize for remote teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content calendar, packaging projects, design projects with outside vendors that all need to either review, provide input, or make updates.
