What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most with regards to Monday.com are the usability and mechanizations. We don't have to furnish clients with broad instructional exercises, simply a little demo and they comprehend Monday.com really well. Going onto computerizations, they can set aside some effort to the arrangement, yet once done, they are definitely justified and saves a huge load of your time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Programming reconciliations - Monday.com actually needs to catch up concerning programming incorporations. They are still a ton of reconciliations that are absent. Also, every joining should be endorsed by an administrator and it's absolutely impossible to wind down this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trello is quite restricted with regards to project the executives and cooperation. In view of our testing, Monday.com was likewise simpler to utilize and has an excessive number of components contrasted with Trello.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy way to check the status of my projects, the active components of the team members and to communicate any issues or needs that we are having.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a more significant learning curve than I expected, and it takes some effort to learn all the different tools and options for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to track project status, improve communication between team members, store essential files and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend giving it a try. Be patient and go thru the video and training information. It is a great system

An abundance of features bogged down by a poor UI

What do you like best about the product?
The labels that Monday.com provides give a clear sense of the status of any task. Customizing the labels is also lovely, and it feels efficient to mark items as done and move them automatically to a completed section.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too much going on the screen at once. An over-abundance of colors makes for a stressful viewing environment. Monday.com also needs to make it easier to duplicate boards and projects; everything is a bit of a headache. It's also not cheap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using Monday.com, we were able to track the tasks of everyone on our creative team. Whether it was the production status on a video, a graphic, a social media post, or a press release, it was easy to separate all tasks instead of throwing it all into a document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very organized but do not go crazy with the labels and color markings.

What do you like best about the product?
You can take in quite a lot of information about multiple projects at a glance, but you can also go in-depth into each project for more info on the status. It really reduces excessive check-ins for updates but still allows room for communication. There are even apps you can add to it to increase its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of the software is very intuitive and pretty easy to learn how to use, but there are still parts of the software that don't feel so obvious at first, and if you really want to get full use out of it with the apps it can take quite a bit longer to get the hang of it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't use it to keep track of primary duties but the various managerial duties that are easily forgotten or left behind for whatever reason.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the kind of software that can really reduce the need for excessive meetings so if that is a problem you face I think you should consider giving it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a project management software that helps me to manage my projects effectively. Personally, I love that it enables me to have an overview of all the essential tasks my team and I need to complete for a certain period and gives me a straightforward overview of the progress. Besides, I can also keep track of your time using the software. Many other features make Monday.com an excellent tool for project managers everywhere. It has several features that simplify complex tasks, so they are easy to understand and work with; this includes organizing resources, milestones, and progress bars that make it easy to see what needs to be done next to reach your goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons of Monday.com are mainly related to the pricing and plan flexibility, where users are unable to change their account type once they've signed up for Monday.com, which means that if you're not happy with your plan, you have no choice but to cancel your account and start over from scratch again (which will cost you money).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, there are various tools that organizations can use to help them manage their teams and workflow. But, it is Monday.com that has provided me with the best experience to date. Monday.com has simplified how we set up and manage your projects, team members, and tasks. In Tourlane, Monday.com is not just a project management tool but also a communication software to keep all stakeholders on the same platform.

It has a very user-friendly interface which makes it easy for beginners to start using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's usability is simple and quickly learned. I love the color schemes, and creating new tasks is a breeze. I love the functionality of the boards and how my entire team are in the loop on each job. We also use this platform to track our opportunities, pending and paid cases. Each of my team members have their own access and can update the task as items are completed. The board allows you assign a team member or multiple team members to the task and you can sort by team member once you are in there. These features are so helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more accounting types of boards. There might be, but I haven't figured it out just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks were unorganized and never had any follow-through. Monday has eliminated that issue. I can track each job in real-time as it is completed.

Monday.com helps us ship content on time and at scale. It ensures projects don't fall of the radar, and everyone knows where each item is at during every stage of its life. It provides an always up-to-date view of all our campaigns, helping us know where we've been, where we are, and where we're going soon.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most about Monday is that it is easy to use, and unlike other project management tools, it is very visual and friendly. At a glance, you can have information regarding the stage of the project you are working on. You can also add people involved, assign tasks to your team and determine different project stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did suggest a modification to Monday when I used it. I think that the structure within groups was very rigid. I wanted to add a column in just one group of the structure, not in all of them. At the time I was using Monday, it wasn't possible. For example, if my project had groups marked as months and I wanted to add a particular column just to "October," it will be added in the other months. It would be great to have more flexibility among sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not using Monday right now, but I used to use it for project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday has built in templates for various projects, and you have the ability to build out projects into sub-items with their own specific teams and delivery timeframes, which helps when building out a full production calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time-consuming to update each individual line item in a project (for example, if one date shifts, then the rest of the dates need to be manually updated).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has helped solve the problem our team had with tracking many deliverables and allows us to make sure none of them slip through the cracks. A definite benefit of monday.com is the fact that you can tag/assign line items to each individual person, and monday.com will notify them when things are due, which helps keep things on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
monday.com is an excellent tool for tracking workflows, project deadlines, and resources. However, monday.com is a very detailed platform, and it can be hard to learn the most efficient way to use it on your own.
