Efficient and organized - Monday saves me time and lays out my work in a helpful, visual way.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations - the ability to seamlessly trigger functions without additional manual work is such a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing work across multiple boards is difficult once they've been customized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clear way to shape our work around schedules and tasks at the same time. We love how Monday appeals to multiple learning styles.

I use Monday.com for task and resource management and it keeps the team on track.

The only thing I don't like is that it is hard to search and find Archived items.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can update m progress on my projects and instead of a bunch of emails flying around, my boss and teammates can just check status on there! This is my first time using a program like this, but so far so good!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike (and it could be that I don't know how to use it) is that other co-workers can see progress without being a part of that board. But again it could be that I haven't learned how do that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that I benefit a lot from the organization of the app, and it helps me with keeping everything and one place rather than carrying notebooks and misplacing them
Clean design with powerful tools
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Monday to manage the development activities of an IT team, considering the Scrum Framework. We tested several available tools, and Monday was the one that pleased us the most, meeting all our needs. We have four teams, each managed by a board, in which the groups represent the sprints and the items represent the stories (tasks). We can switch the view mode to kanban, when necessary, and monitor the Llama farm's progress on a big TV screen in our office. There are many resources that we use to increase the productivity of our work, and every day we learn a better way to organize the process using the same tool or a new one. An example of a tool that helps us a lot is the voting function, which allows internal customers to vote on the most critical tasks, facilitating prioritizing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only fact that we think is harmful is the price in Brazil. Our currency has devalued a lot, and the cost of the system is still restrictive for us.
A point of attention is that due to many tools and resources, initial support for use is essential for a suitable configuration of the work process to organize the use process in the best possible way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool played an important role in increasing the productivity of IT teams by about 77% in 2021. With the system, we were able to manage tasks better and track progress in real-time, reducing the time for problem detection and resolution.
Monday Makes Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to tailor Monday to my needs the most. My job requires a high level of detail and rapidly evolving tasks. With Monday, I can keep track of all of my projects, communication, expenses, etc in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't really come across anything that I dislike. It works well for what I need, and I know that the more I use it that I will become more familiar with everything that is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit for me is keeping myself organized. I can manage my time and tasks more efficiently. It also allows my team to stay updated on what I am doing. The mobile version of Monday also allows our team to make updates on the road and keep everyone informed.

Monday is a great place to collaborate with your team, and keep track of your projects.

Easy and Powerful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com platform allows for group progress and trackable tasks organization to be quickly created, referenced, updated + status tracked. The best feature is the cusomization of the board type, the categories within the board & how they are displayed. Percentages, numbers, general text, drop down menus all can be switched and swapped as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could use a prominent tool to allow users to suggest future product integrations and enhancements. And provide an intuitive way to provide illustrative examples. Seeing the examples would undoubtedly enable the developers to extrapolate other valuable features for all industries & use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration + tracking multiple project sub-task status. It has solved the general update notes scribbled onto a notepad and allows a history of the item task, reviewed later.

Try the demo version first. It offers many features that would give a good insight into the platform.

Monday.com allows for co-workers to keep in constant contact with each other during the production of a project. Keeping a strong communication is key in getting the best outcome for our clients.

Monday.com helped solve the problem of employees being responsible for their projects and due dates. This program makes all of us 1000% more effective and on track.

I would recommend monday.com to anyone that is looking to boost their company's overall output and efficiency. I worked for a company that did not have any type of application for work management and when I came to my current employment that utilizes Monday.com it was night and day. Everything is organized and easy for everyone to communicate and produce the best work possible.

At Book of Beasties Ltd. we appreciate the customisable and automisation available through Monday. Given our sector, we often find regular business platforms do not match our needs but with Monday we have the flexibility to make it work to our requirements

We would appreciate a clear course of webinars to bring a user from a complete beginner, in terms of interaction with Monday, to a position where they can fully manipulate the system to match their goals within their particular strand of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organising clear workflows across our business from lead management to marketing workflow, development prioritisation to board-level communication and document storage. It has become an integral part of how we work as a business.

If you need an open and customisable solution for the organisation of business tasks that is not met by out-of-the-box solutions, Monday is probably for you!
Great Platform for Task-Based Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com for a couple of years now for our business. Last year, we decided to change how we used Monday.com internally. These changes helped us stay more organized as a team and set up up for scaling the business. The time tracking feature has made it really easy for us to track individual tasks for our clients to ensure that we're billing accordingly.
In addition, being able to discuss particular projects in one thread has made things significantly more organized. Although we sometimes receive feedback from our clients via email, our team uses Monday.com internally to discuss all projects and tasks we're working on.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'd like to see improved is more functionality for exporting the timesheets. It would be nice if there was a way to export these as a PDF, as the information exported as an excel file doesn't look very visually appealing, and includes more data than we need to share with our clients.
The other feature that would be very helpful is a notification for a team member when they're running two timers at once. Sometimes a team member will accidentally start a timer for a new project while another is already running. If there was a feature to notify a team member where their timer is already running, that would be very helpful.

As mentioned above, this has significantly helped us when it comes to tracking time better for our clients. In addition, it gives us insight as to how long particular projects/tasks take so we can price out our projects more accurately.
