Business-Changing!

What do you like best about the product?
I can completely make my Monday.com account exactly what I want. I have created automations in my business that used to take hours a week for me to do. The time savings alone are incredible, but the follow-through and detail that it has brought to my business helps me sleep better at night and stop worrying about my business 24/7. I wish this would have been around when I first started my business, I know this will be helping me grow my business!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, do I even dislike anything? I have a couple small things that I would like the system to do, but I have reached out about that because I'm sure there is a way to do it and I just haven't figured it out, OR, Monday will probably create something to make these goals happen for me. I truly have nothing to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead intake and follow up - A new lead is automatically sent to the proper channels for follow up, and our follow-through is completely automated so no one falls through the cracks.
My team and I can all track our pipeline and complete updates in the same document - all the updates are pre-populated so they are filled in at the click of a button instead of having to type out a full explanation on every single item - another huge time saver! Not to mention, the sheet looks beautiful and is so easy to work with and quickly see where every client is in the process at one quick easy glance.

Impressive balance between simplicity and complexity

What do you like best about the product?
Many customization options, features, while maintaining a simplistic look and overview. The possibilities with automations are incredible. Many options to create overviews and reports as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do experience some bugs here and there. It also does some time setting up a proper, complex flow. I've had a hard time convincing my superiors to delegate time for this, and fully utilize the features we are paying for.
It is also a bit hard to get a complete overview of your personal tasks alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning/execution, general tasks and delegation of such, keeping an overview.
Employee overview, both from recruiting, onboarding and training, as well as keeping track of employees and teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a quick search for your use cases and check the possibilities. They continuously improve and add features, to keep making the platform better and better.
I would recommend assigning someone on your team to become the expert of this, or hire someone to set up your exact use cases (which can very well be worth the time and effort saved!)

Freedom to organize your processes

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is entirely custom made, and there are countless possibilities for setting up processes, interconnect them, communicate with team members, etc. It is like a central motherboard for everything and is visually pretty; through it our everyday work is enjoyable and organized. It is incredible how each board is entirely different depending on the data it contains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is very close to perfection, and the developers constantly work on updates and improvements, so even if something momentarily is not working it gets fixed super quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams to do's are super organized and we don't lose track of that anymore; our administration is connected to our sales and projections as well as our expenses and purchases in a very lean way, our data for all projects and status is now centralized and accesible, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com for all of my daily tasks in the office. The entire team uses the site, and it helps everyone be in the know about what is being worked on and what deadlines are coming up. Being able to set urgency for each task and have notifications set up for alerting everyone when deadlines are coming up is super helpful in the way that we are more confident that we won't miss any important deadlines for our clients. Everyone is happy in the end when using monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are many automations, it somewhat stresses me out, but I know that they help a lot of companies be even more organized. Our marketing company uses the software to create specific tasks from the start to end of a project and to time track how long each task takes in order to figure out pricing for clients and our work. When someone doesn't finish a task on time, our administrator will know and be alerted, which holds all of the team accountable for their work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning how to manage my time more efficiently and see an entire dashboard of what needs to be done for a project still. It's super beneficial for the whole of the company to work together on a board and get things done quickly. It has helped me solve the problem of getting of task and losing momentum with various distractions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a project/task management system, monday.com is the absolute best one out there. I've tried other project management apps and nothing has compared to how simple and effective monday.com is.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the interface and ease of use around the platform. It's very intuitive and its capabilties are expansive. There's many different things you can do with monday.com. It's great for task management, team communications, team responsibility timelines, setting goals and objectives, and other project management activites that are commonly done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming at first glance. It can look busy, confusing, noisy, and overwhelming, but once you get to know the system, it works great. Be sure to go through the learning material one-by-one and consult with their support so that you can fully understand the system before using it operationally. That will build your foundation of monday.com before any activities are executed. Consult with your team as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps with project management, accountability, task responsibilities, etc. It helps keep all responsibilities in one place for the team. It's great for task management, timelines, gantt charts, notes, community forums, team communications, file and documents transfers, idea sharing, conceptualizing, and progress tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn all aspects of the platform. Go through and learn all of the resources they provide to you so that you can most effectively execute your goals and objectives for your job role and company that you represent. Also rely on your representative from monday.com as they can help troubleshoot and answer the questions that come about as you and your team learn. Finally, take some time as a team to learn it together.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly and straightforward approach to keep track of your all updates and project throughout your team. Monday.com allows users to customize their boards to meet their specific needs while still having access to all of the features and resources offered. The automation is incredible, and they eliminate the use of manual board modifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't think of anything to mention. The problem is that, in order to keep things organized, the tool must be updated on a regular basis and appropriately utilized by the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now synchronize deliverables, milestones, schedules, and other information from multiple divisions all working on a common project. Because the board layout is so adaptable, I could design a template that can be used for a wide range of methods and sectors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're going to use Monday.com, find the time to register and set right away. Begin with a solid framework and taking into account your workflow is critical to properly setting it up and maximizing its efficiency, letting Monday.com get the work done for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday itself is an excellent tool for keeping track of tasks and managing projects! I am to stay on task with upcoming projects, team meetings, communicating and sharing ideas, and so much more. This app is incredible; it is something we needed for work. Even more than what we were looking for dealing with multiple clients and coworkers, keeping track of every single detail with the company.
Its very good to customize as your type of view and managing language
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about Monday; maybe leave a suggestion there should also be a Desktop version to operate from the office and features like PDF file report export That would be more sticky and compatible with this application or software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The confidence this gave my organization was already worth the investment, and the tools are easy to use and interact with Really cool. In this period of the pandemic, Monday has helped to increase the productivity of the members of my company

Keep track of your work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of monday, it is very nice, so it makes you spend more time in the application. Monday allows you to edit the status of different projects, and quickly check the progress, it is a great tool to get organized at work and increase your productivity. What I like the most is that I can create work groups according to my different projects and work together. It has many interesting integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints so far, but I do feel that the mobile version should be improved, it is quite essential, and I wouldn't say I like working on it that much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it primarily to organize the chaos at work, and now it is my mainstay for organization. I manage a high volume of patients and projects and sometimes overlook tasks, Monday has allowed me to see a much bigger picture. I created groups to share field research projects with my colleagues, and the communication is phenomenal, as it automatically updates progress and modifications, avoiding unnecessary messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it, I think it adapts to any work scheme, even for students.

Assign duties and track progress working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
I can assign a variety of duties using the platform for carrying out a wide variety of functions. Collaboration with the base of your team is also advantageous. Our team relies on all of these features to work remotely and complete each task and process. Aside from that, the memos you receive are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to format the column numbers in addition to match the data imported from Excel is inconvenient. The benefit of Excel import is that it is recognized automatically on Monday. However, creating subtasks for large tasks would be helpful if there was a straightforward method. In addition, I would like to share with my customer a project view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I manage most of the data, I have difficulty keeping track of all elements without the tool. Generating Excel tables to perform the same task increased my productivity on Monday and lowered my workload. I can delegate the assignment if it contains a great deal of knowledge and attachments. I am considering the individual, the week, and the day: Simple methods for the group to examine the responsibilities independently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you continue to use Excel spreadsheets, you will find that this application is much more efficient; it will save you much time and be readily available to you and your team throughout the day.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is highly user-friendly. With very little exposure to monday.com, I was able to navigate everything on my own. The team there is always willing to help as well. There are so many functions that we can use boards for internal department projects, issue tracking, development requests, and so many other things. And when we do use the system to share with our external clients, they are always impressed with how things work & the visibility they have into a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a pretty small firm, but our projects usually include many individuals, so I would like to allow those users to have a little more control without a cost associated. Similar to a Guest, where if invited to a board they can add notes but only on items they are assigned to. They wouldn't be able to add items to a board but be able to provide an update on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically for the Customer Support department, it's helped track customer issues outside of the various software systems we provide. It helps me as a manager to see what issues are open, who has taken ownership to resolve said issue & notes about where we are. Monday.com keeps me from having to request updates from various people & enter those manually into a spreadsheet for the leadership team. I also use it to track my daily activities, anything I work on gets an item.
