What do you like best about the product?
I love it! The upsides of monday.com are the work area, tasks, and all customizable elements. You can set up everything you want to schedule all your workflow. All is extremely clear and easy to find!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think nothing is missing from this product. monday.com is the best solution for managing workflows and is very easy to use by you and your team members, increase your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can observe all the status, timelines, deadlines and I can share the workflow with my colleagues and team co-worker. Everything is under control and nothing will be lost!

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ''customisable'' project management and CRMs before and this is by far the best one I've used. It has great features but to be honest, my favourite thing is how slick it looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't exactly say I dislike anything at this stage of my journey, as I haven't really come across anything that I haven't been able to build or use. Perhaps more integrations?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a remote environment, we often struggle with collaboration and or communication, but out of all the issues we have are dramatically decreased due to monday.com's excellent communication software. It's almost like social media for your business and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth using. I think it would be ideal for a new company, but I think you might have issues as an established business making the switch from a different piece of software

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features that Monday offers, but if I had to choose what I like best, it would be the organization. Before Monday, all requests were coming via email, and it was hard to keep track of the workload. With Monday, my entire team can see what is on the docket and know what stage each request is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the response time to get assistance were a lot faster. At times I will have an issue that disrupts our team's workflow, and it won't get resolved until the next few days. This is most likely due to only email correspondence back and forth. If there were an option to chat live, fixing issues would go by faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of issues that Monday has solved for my team and me. The biggest one is communication. We can communicate more efficiently using Monday. All changes are made live, and all correspondence to a particular request is kept together. It eliminates unnecessary emails and allows our entire team to view anything artwork-related all in one space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to improve your team's organization and communication, Monday is an absolute game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
The dynamics of the boards make it possible to create numerous structures and adapt to each type of situation! From project management to process documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox for me is the least used! Because of the notifications area and being able to interact from there by liking or going to the place where the action occurred more quickly, the inbox is practically invisible to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of daily activities, time control, and projects. By providing a visual and interactive structure, the team becomes more engaged and can share information more quickly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those looking for a tool to manage activities with the possibility of integration with other tools, Monday.com is the right choice!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link boards and have information to your fingertips. Also not having to move things and creating automation that do this for you is great. Its great where I am able to instant message team members and they update the board with the update, rather than having to copying and pasting email updates. Also using the the baords for managing and communication anything from planning, recruitment and governance processes
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have anything i dont dislike.Its a great tool for a variety difference areas. Feedback from team has been nothing but positive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probelms - Managing a number of boards, but the benefits are that you can link boards and the ability to manage areas within boards is excellent. This is also managing our several recruitment campaigns and being able to create boads where information is very clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for planning several project areas and manage tasks within every project.

Great way to organise tasks

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of assigning tasks to your colleagues. Also, the possibility of integrating the different types of boards (Kanban and so) comes very handy when dealing with complex clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the task is marked as complete, it goes all the way down to the huge pile of tasks, whereas it is slightly hard to get back to and find the specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly distributing taks to the teammates and giving it the priority, as well as setting the deadlines and adding possible links to the related files from the google drive.

Great for real time collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for project collaboration and status updates. It helps save time across team members asking for updates, and it means we all have uniformed updates and are all clear of terminology used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly only have minor comments, it's really good and so simple to use. The exporting of Excel sheets create an outline around the cells, then when you move them around it formats really strangely. In the conversation functions it's not so obvious what the main update is vs the comments back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unless you have a project manager, managing the status of projects and product development can be really tricky. Monday.com also helps us collaborate internally and externally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get all of your teams onboard to begin with, get them involved in the set up and help them all feel invested and listened to.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing day-to-day operations for a small business, Monday.com has been a lifesaver!

Previously, we used spreadsheets to communicate and keep track of orders for our cabinet company. The spreadsheets were visually overwhelming, and it was easy to lose information. We then shared the information with other departments and vendors through emails and phone calls. The system was clunky and wasted company time.

We use Monday.com boards to share information between departments by adding teams and individuals to line items and using the @mention feature. The comment feature helps us track conversations in one easy to refer to place—no more sifting through hundreds of emails to find one response.

We have recommended Monday.com to our vendors, which has resulted in shared boards and better communication across companies.

It has been a clean, organized way to keep track of open vendor orders, invoice status, and customer order status. Our day-to-day operations run so much more smoothly. Thank you, Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, Monday.com table columns would be easier to navigate in and out of. We often find ourselves accidentally editing a line item when trying to click out of an open edit screen.

The calendar function could use improvement in that it automatically resets end dates when you select a start date and immediately sends a notification based on that change. It takes two steps to correctly edit a date, which results in two email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is more straightforward and visually appealing -- resulting in minor mistakes. Departments no longer need to reach out to each other individually to collect information; it is all in one, clear, easy-to-read place.

Management can track progress at their convience, company saving time and resources.

Vendors can refer to shared boards easily, without requesting information regularly.

Experiment with its capabilities! You'd be surprised how much you can accomplish in one place!

Everyday is Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to keep a birdseye view on all tasks assigned to our team. I love that communication, status updates, documents, and progress can all be shared via the platform. The ease of creating new boards and the time-savings of pre-made and customizable automations are top features. With Monday we keep the day-to-day streamlined and the long-term under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, messages made in the threads can be overlooked as the chain builds downwards. IMHO thread messaging should be updated from the bottom up with new messages stacked on top of old messages. Otherwise, no real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we keep our contractors aligned and provide our clients with progress updates in real-time. This time savings is one of the most significant benefits of the platform.
