What do you like best about the product?
I like the general look of the tables, and the fact that its very "drag and drop" in the sense of building databases for use. I like the fact that I can use a template or build my own tables and also link them (although this could be better than single clicking everything) I love the easy filters and sorts and the fact I can have different views. Also like the charts and graphs that are availble and the fact that I can easily add to my task list or update anything on my mobile out of office hours. We have a lot of external contractors checking the live database I built and being able to update this for all at any time has been amazing. Love the status column and also the automations on my task lists and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent been able to find a way of using this for finances as such so far, there is a grant section for tracking which is great but there isnt a way of replacing say an accountancy system with this. We would ideally like to use this for everything and have the subscription covering all business areas but until there is better carrying down amounts etc for columns its not possible so we still have the cost elsewhere for this.
Also I would say that the word document and forms process seems a little tricky to me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the whiteboard section as a shared ideas board and for planning. I built a workspace to replace all spreadsheets for project and campaign planning. I am also using separate section for my own time tracking and task lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think if you are using spreadsheets for any sort of data or project management then definately move to Monday as there is a lot of leg work removed when using the system. The fact that it is live and online means that there is no issue with lots of people using the same system (corrupted copies on shared drives etc) I have no database building experience and I have found this extremely easy to set up.
We are very happy with our experience with monday and all of its services.
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager I love being able to track the activity of my colleagues on projets that they are managing and still be able to have a complete oversight on the client experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy enough about the app's speed when opening long sheets. It s not a as reactive as I would like it to be. Now we are trying to build shorter columns while we are waiting for an upgrade from monday;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams are required to be transparent about their work processes and assignments. When there is a high level of transparency in the team, team members automatically show more responsibility and ownership of their goals and roles. monday.com aims to bring more transparency among teams so that everyone is on the same page at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is intuitive and very easy to use and navigate. Tutorials are available but not necessary to get started or to enter your projects. If you're proficient on Social Media platforms, Monday should be a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. From the minute our team signed on to your platform, it was well received and utilized. I'm really not sure what I'd do to improve monday.com...maybe add more characters for the Project Description. In Environmental, Health & Safety, brevity is the norm, and some titles or descriptions need additional characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a bit "long in the tooth," and my memory is not what it was in my 20s, 30s, and 40s. mondays.com helps jar my gray matter to remember what projects I am working on, what I have accomplished, and what I can't seem to achieve. I find mondays.com invaluable at cataloging my workload and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked Monday for its ease of use. We use it for project management but also for planning and HR topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to improve the timesheet report. It's not a major flaw, we manage our time easily. But we could have a clearer view for our financial friends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We coordinate a team of 15 people on dozens of projects. The project managers communicate easily with all stakeholders. Monday is a true collaborative tool. We have gained time, efficiency, and above all, more enjoyment in its use.

Take the time to discover and test the many possibilities of the platform. The blog and resources help you create your own work environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for all of my HR tasks and keeping me organized despite my ADD!
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be an issue with the time for tasks being due. it automatically adjusts itself by an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was challenging for me to stay organized with scheduling interviews before. monday.com keeps all info at a glance. During the holidays, monday.com helps to keep everyone on the same page with multiple deliveries.
The best system for me to keep on with my workflows and to do's
What do you like best about the product?
The way it structures my mid-long to long-term projects. We can operate as a team in the same board and witness our progress together, and the automations are really easy to set-up. We use it everyday to keep track of our projects and I have tried a lot of different a-like systems, but Monday is by far the most convenient for our team. The integrations with Slack is extremely satisfying as this is our main communication system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the system keeps improving and adding extra features to it. If there are any issues, the support is sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started a cooperation between my moderator team and the buyers of our company. In this way they can communicate directly and solve issues without interference of me.

I like the option to have multiple workspaces! It allows me to separte my various roles and ogranize my postitions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish templates placed in subitems would move up when a board is copied.

My team is solving many organizational issues with Monday. We are able to see what deadlines are approaching as well as keep track of who is doing what work.

Easy to use project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to deploy the solution, requiring minimum training to implement across the team. "My work" is a brilliant feature that pulls all my tasks into one place and arranges them by the due date for ease of use. In a world where remote working has become more of the norm, Monday.com allows our teams to have greater transparency on multiple projects without the need for manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing process could be better. The total annual cost is currently renewed when changing tiers, which doesn't help with budget management. It would be great to fix the renewal dates and ensure billing is based around a fixed date.

The tool has allowed us to improve communication and transparency within the teams. This solution has improved our ways of working and holding action owners accountable for delivery.
