How organised you can be with it - helps to communicate tasks with other team members

A Really Useful Addition To Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly, can be dynamically amended, and can be used to update and share detail very easily, even with remote colleagues. We looked at several different systems before selecting Monday.com and we know we made the right choice for us. We continue to enjoy the flexibility, and dynamic updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything which we dislike about the system. It offers us all the functionality we need, and in a simple way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to track progress across the numerous brands we operate as well as the individual cases within each brand. It has the flexibility to allow colleagues who are working remotely to interrogate and update real time.

The features are great and super easy to understand. Plenty of uses for a basic user but then when you get to grips with the more advanced stuff, it opens up a whole new world.
What do you dislike about the product?
No recent big issues and been relatively happy with everything I've need to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management is significantly easier, quicker and more easy to keep track of. Keeping track of projects as well as creating dashboards and forms for clients has been a godsend.
Setting up boards and projects across the team and with partners has also been very helpful and removed the need for shared spreadsheets, messy e-mails, chats,etc.

Highly Customizable, Perfect for Varied Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ultra-customizable nature of monday Work Management, which allows us to tailor the spreadsheets to our specific needs, making it an ideal tool for managing our diverse real estate operations. The user-friendly setup was a breeze, ensuring a smooth transition from our previous workflow. I'm also thrilled with how comprehensive and beneficial each component is, from transaction logs to associate logs and creative workflows. It has become an integral part of our workflow, ensuring continual efficiency and compliance, while fulfilling all our operational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to note that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to maintain a reputable database and track employees, simplifying audits and enhancing workflow efficiency across our brokerage.

Customization and the ability to project manage and discuss details in one platform. My team integrates Monday.com with Slack, and the board automations help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization is a non-profit and it can be time-consuming to modify existing templates for our type of work. Would like to see more ideas for non-profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team grows and our financial goals grow, it's easier to see the big picture of where we are all spending our time. This allows us to adjust and talk about better managing our time and resources. I believe this will ultimately make our organziation better!

Really do your research on how to use Monday.com to its fullest. Be upfront with your team about committing to learning and using Monday.com so it's an asset to you.

I love the automations that make connecting different departments and boards so simple. It really saves a lot of time in my day-to-day. Monday is much simpler than other project management platforms in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love using Monday! Some people who aren't used to an online project management system have a bit of learning curve, but I've never run into a person that just doesn't understand. It makes everyone's jobs so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves project management issues and really improves accountability between and within teams. I love how you can see when people viewed, updated, or ignored a task you sent their way. I think our projects get done much quicker and more accurately using monday.com.

Monday.com Will Change the Way You Work for the Better
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's dashboard is the stuff of productivity dreams. There is frankly no limit to what you and your team can schedule with Monday.com suite of tools. Once your team is used to the level of control and persise detail offered by Monday.com, it would be a compromise to go anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the highly customizable nature of Monday.com, getting your workspace exactly the way you would like it can take some work. Luckily, Monday.com has more than enough resources to teach you the best way to make your Monday yours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is game-changing for teams that run several projects sequentially. If you are releasing new products or have several projects planned to come out at different times in the same month, Monday.com is likely the best productivity tool you could ever use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switching productivity software can be a massive undertaking, so gradual change is often the best approach. Try running Monday.com on your own and slowly roll it out to your team; the level of control and user experience-tooled features will likely make switching less of a chore and more of a relief.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to organize projects with all the boards and single tasks for every project I'm working in. It's very useful to always have the tasks under control and don't forget about the smaller ones (I have bad memory) so it changed my work-life. I can organize my week with the estimated time for every task and avoid work overload. Another useful feature for me is the ability to organize other people's workloads: I'm responsible for junior employees and with monday I can organize their tasks too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; sure it can be improved because sometimes it's blocked/not loading for hours. Other than the tech issues, I think it would be useful to have the possibility to fill the next weeks with recurring tasks without creating new ones, for example, I have a task every week, during Friday I move it to next week (Monday-Friday long, 10 hours total, 2 hours day). But until friday next week feels "empty" when I know I have to leave free 2 hours/day: it would be nice to have the possibility to occupy the space with a place holder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Burnout, overload, forgetting stuff, not knowing "what exactly I have to do today and in which order", organizing other people's work. The benefits are so many, I'd like to use a monday board to organize my wedding.
Another feature i love is the possibility to analyze how am I spending my time and optimize on that basis.

monday.com is very powerful and versatile. I'm using monday.com for my day-to-day operation.
Everyone in the team can cooperate with each other on monday.com.
We can tag team members and assign tasks on certain boards. The team members will be able to view and change the status of the project, so that everyone on the team can get the updated information.
The customer support is awesome. The representatives are patient and knowledgeable. They have helped us with a lot of problems.

It's a little bit difficult for our senior software engineers to import and export projects from other management tools. Some detailed tutorials for advanced users would be great!
