What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, it isn't easy to understand the tool and how to plan projects.
The UX UI should be a bit simpler for less experienced users.
It is not easy to find things
Within the same boards, you cannot add other types of tables for different functions within the same project.

The Black UI it's good for resting the eyes when you dedicate a lot of time to the app.

If you have a team, this is one of the best apps to manage projects.
Monday.com makes my work much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly. I love to use colors, status and be able to edit the labels according to the project or task. I like that I can have different views (such as Gantt, dashboard) of the same information I have in lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have sub-groups besides sub-items. Sometimes we have different levels of groups inside of the same workstream and it doesn't help much when I have to put separate folders or boards. I understand it's the business model, but I don't like that 'viewers' can't interact. For example, if we are using Monday.com for a project work plan with external partners, we can grant them access to view it, but they can't even comment on anything. So it makes the usage of the tool limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track implementation plans, budgets, contracts. It helps me to keep my to-do list updated. We also use it to track vacations and report calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface easy to use. The App is also helpful when on the go. As the team is quite young, they are more receptive to using technology based solutions to help enhance their productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more training for less tech-savvy individuals. The team is not used to working with online based tools, and therefore they needed more time to fully adapt to using Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of the deals pipeline and what each team member is working on. It helps with better allocation of resources. By keeping a log of the work that has been completed, it also helps with performing year-end reviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify the needs of your business and try to understand if it meets your requirements. The more staff you have testing the product will also help provide the feedback you need to make the right kind of decisions.

Not a Perfect System, But a Very Good One
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Monday is that it provides a central hub for project tracking where all people involved with a particular project can provide details and updates that everyone else can readily see.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one of my colleagues creates a subtask and assigns it to me, the email notification I receive tells me that I've been assigned a subtask, but the name of the main task to which the subtask belongs is not given (just a project number), so I have to then go into Monday and see which main task the subtask is related to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem or challenge that Monday solves for is bad communication—when people rely on email or in-person updates, inevitably something gets missed, but if everyone is properly using Monday, things don't get missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you and your organization need to implement a project tracking system, Monday is an excellent option.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the price is affordable and that one can work on it with 10 as with 1000, it is just as easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of the boards can be a bit hard (but because I made complex boards), except if we have simple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we aim to save time and have daily benefits in customer relations. All our clients, from all sectors, are connected to the platform. Our teams as well. We have 50 users.

What do you like best about the product?
If you need a project management platform, turn to Monday.com. With plenty of ways to integrate with other apps and services and very quick setup, Monday.com is a great choice.

I would like to see my flexibility with setting up automations.

Monday.com has empowered my teams to execute together with speed and accountability, driving to successful outcomes faster. Also, I can manage projects, portfolios, and resources with a holistic view across all lines of business to increase flexibility and agility while we deliver value fast to our customers.
Amazing tool keeps our team working from anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
Automations in Monday.com keep us up-to-date on weekly tasks. They auto-generate each week, saving us time. We can communicate effectively as a team and send documents to each other in the comments though all of us work remotely. Filtering makes it easy to see what's due now and what's due later, how much work each team member has been assigned, and notifications let us know if something is approaching a due date and there is something missing from the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
If dollar values could be displayed with 2 decimals for cents, that would make the program more visually appealing, plus we are using an integration to create sales contracts from the data in the fields, so the output of the columns would then display properly on the contract if that issue were fixed. A very minor complaint, to be sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our workforce went remote 2 years ago, we have managed to completely shift our production process to Monday.com. We are an audio production company, and the copy department uses Monday to assign voiceover work to announcers, who in turn mark their projects complete, letting producers know that the project is ready to be mixed and shipped. As a manager, I can oversee the entire operation from a dashboard and be automatically alerted when a project is falling behind. We have now started Monday boards for things like collecting overdue payments for our accounting department, and assigning monthly, weekly and daily tasks for administrative assistants.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is like a spreadsheet on steroids. It's an incredible project management tool that has changed the whole workflow of our company, especially since moving to remote and individual offices. We juggle thousands of clients' projects simultaneously and have a clear view of where productions are at each step of the way. The customization and integrations aren't only easy to use, they make work faster and more efficient, and the system makes employees more accountable for completing tasks on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to collaborate and include deadlines and trackable accountability is highly valued in any organization. I have yet to see any other tool that offers the quantity and quality of features that Monday does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has so many Monday pulses that it gets difficult to find the one you're looking for when you need it. Is it possible to automatically tag the user and everyone connected to each pulse every time an update is given? I shouldn't have to tag everyone (@name) every time I make a comment in a pulse to ensure that they get a notification of the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, the ability to track comments and hold people accountable to deadlines is super valuable to each department in our organization. Setting deadlines and receiving auto-reminders is a great feature as well. I also like using Monday for meeting agendas and adding the timer feature as a column to keep us moving forward in our discussions promptly.

The various templates available make it easy to track any project. It is also easy to build your own custom board with this intuitive software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default columns can't be removed, so they end up taking space on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team mainly uses monday.com to open new clinics and stay on track with the various tasks inherent to opening a new site. It allows us to communicate better for each task and know when to move on to another part.
