A Must Needed Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail you can get into for planning out projects is excellent! They also have plenty of automations that can even be integrated with almost any platform you currently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel the product is missing is the ability to add more automations in the sub-items, along with giving main items and subitems more functionality to work together with automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management at scale is the main thing that Monday.com helps my organization with doing. I cannot begin to think where we would be without such a fantastic tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the columns! To be able to fit it to our team's needs, make's it super customizable and practical for all of our projects. It is 10000% better than any to-do list I could ever make.
What do you dislike about the product?
MyWork can only highlight 1000 items. Otherwise, not everything pops up, which can get frustrating to feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team can use the boards & workspaces to highlight the areas they need most. Where I use it for checklists, my creative team uses it to send items to print and keep track of deadlines. It makes sure no tiny detail or date is left behind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Highly recommend personal use or with a team. It updates in real-time so very each to use cross-functionally

Organized and helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks. This tool has the availability of doing follow up within each task assigned. This is a great to-do list. Haven't used other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation from one board to another board, the PUSH DATE of a task was not working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps everything on track, well organized. It reminds us of missing details or tasks for some work-related emergencies that we need to assist or maybe follow up the next day. The performance incresead since it can be tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful - Colorful, organized, animations. I find this platform to be user-friendly, and easy to use. I am able to organize all my clients, and data so quickly. There is not one confusing part of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly cannot think of something missing. Monday has thought of everything, it is very inclusive, very colourful and easy to use. I guess the only thing extra would be to add even more colours to the board! There already is such a wonderful variety but sometimes it could be cool to have more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always hated excel and that is why I love Monday so much. I benefit from this by saving so much time that I would have wasted on excel sheets. This allows me to organize my clients, keep track of phone calls, dates and notes. We can collaborate so easily. It is a huge benefit because we don't need to utilize other platforms, Monday can do it all. I love that the updates come to my email!

What do you like best about the product?
The ammount of content and types of boards. Also subitems are super helpful. You can add infinite columns of all sorts of content in each column such as files and links so you never lose track on what you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is a bit high. It charges you per person and if you have a large team it is hard to keep all inside Monday since it becomes very expensive. I would like to see more plan types with different prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling tasks with Team members, also making sure everyone is up to date with every activity done within the team and ask for requests of other branches of the company.
Great Tool for Managing Projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and customize our Boards, charts for quick project progress overview, and automated notifications to our teams using MS365 and the ability to export using our Google sheets for spreadhseets

I have not found anything, really. We want more traing and tips type videos! We will let you know if we find anything that has not worked or has prevented the progression of any projects

Tracking Sales/Leads, customer service issues, planning & design projects. Benefits include more efficient sales, improving timelines, and better collaboration notifications with updates
For those who need to organize their work routine Monday is a wonderful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The main advantage of having the tool is certainly able to organize your parts and in this way you can provide a good service to the customer. The possibility to follow everything in real time is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that bothers me is the platform not being fully translated into Portuguese, an example is the automation part and the apps. But other than that, I don't have to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday has helped a lot with communication between all our team members, we have the functionality to be able to follow everything in real time, and to be able to update the customer about his process.

Learn how to use it, it will certainly be a tool that will help you a lot.

The level of customization allows you to tailor it for any use. I use it both for work and my personal projects.

There are some features missing that would be very helpful, like summing up subitems. It's not always easy to find answers for how to do things.

It makes it incredibly easy to collaborate with coworkers and I love the automations.

It is expensive if you need to use with a large group.
The acces limitations are very poor. It would be vailable to share a board and limit access according some filters for example.

It is helping to manage the teams, with task management and also to identify which tasks and projects are not achieving the due date.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use. I am able to create or alter various boards and workspaces to accommodate my needs and responsibilities.The templates have been a lift saver, as opposed to recreatomg the wheel. It has also been an instrumental tool in enhancing organizational skills amongst my department. Additionally, the Monday.com platform allow for us to easily capture and display data.

There's nothing that I dislike, I do have a learning curve as it relates to create various charts for data.

Data capture and analysis, Project management, and recruitment.
The recruitment template has been extrememly helpful due to my organization not having a HRIS. I am able to streamlining our recruitment easier and provide better accesbility for hiring managers.
