Easy and efficient work website

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tasks bar on Monday and how your whole team can view what you are doing. I also love that it is easy to use on both the app and the online website. I love that I can jump around to either site and get the same quality. I also just love the layout in general, it is very pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just took me a minute to learn it all! However, once I found online videos explaining things it became a whole lot easier to adjust to everything it has to offer! Now I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me focused on my work and organized as well! I love that you can push back dates or even add people to your tasks. This makes it so much easier as a business to work with one another and not step on each other's toes during it all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly suggest it because it is the reason our company is so well put together now. Since we are. a small business it is hard to keep track of all the many tasks we are all each individually doing! I now can see what others are doing and keep track of myself.

Stay Efficient & Organized - Content Management

What do you like best about the product?
Makes content management simple and easily accessible. Love the customization and ability to see team member's project updates. Perfect for streamlining your workflows and tasks - we use this as a small team and it works perfect. The ability to see deadlines laid out visually really helps workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't allow you to rearrange your tasks. It used to let me do it so I'm not sure if this is a new thing with an update?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and planning content for our website has become easier. Staying on top of deadlines and various projects is better to see visually in Monday. It's also great for seeing where you/the company is at for all types of projects. Allows you to communicate with your team in a whole new way - staying updated becomes streamlined.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in any type of project management, I'd reccomened this platform. Give it a shot and see how it will upgrade your results. They have a lot of support if you have any questions on setting up your boards, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from everything? I love how customizable the tool is. I can literally make it work for any process!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just a few small things that are on my wishlist for upgrades, like how you select dates and a few others. But the team is incredibly responsive to input!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, automation, optimization of all processes. I brought Monday.com to my new job week 1 and created a ton of efficiency for my team in time savings, organization and collaboration.

The best project management tool I've discovered in 15 years

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the tool is unparalleled. In my career, I've used many of Monday's competitors including Igloo, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, and others. I have yet to find another tool that is customizable and adaptable to so many uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification controls with regards to users "subscribing" to items have to be edited on an item-by-item basis. We wish there was a bulk way to do this or to set a default subscriber for each item that isn't necessarily the person who creates the item. This is the only main pain point we've found with the software. That and it is a bit expensive compared to many of their competitors. However, Monday is the best we've found and you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved everything from personal task tracking, departmental task tracking and reporting to department heads, to event organizing, to invoice and budget tracking. Our Digital team is using this for marketing email scheduling and website update calendars.

The best tool for the organization and planning of projects

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform for users, so even novices can utilize it quite easily. Registering and examining deadlines are uncomplicated and you may obtain a picture of all your responsibilities. Professionals can project cumulative grades and credit weight by including them. I'd rather the desktop platform, but it's nice as well. Every day, I use it to track the time and the state you spend on my chores. The platform is vibrant and much more fun to use. It's also fantastic to see my partner boards knowing what they're working on at the moment and what's the timetable you need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some fields, I can't copy and paste values. I must duplicate a job if I wish to add information comparable to the prior ones. The full row, but I have to remove the various information. I thus want you to copy and paste your data into other areas. This will simplify the work a lot. I suppose it's red, which makes it appear strange, if you forget to click on the time tracking and to enter it manually. I wish that's not how I would collect. The app needs to work on the platform. As the compressed modules are large on the desktop, this creak leads to shutdown and freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time to track is the most important. I hadn't ever known how much time I spent some jobs, nor did I know what was absorbed most of my day. I have a horrible memory, so I couldn't recall what I had done exactly after what had been seemed like a whole day. Now I can precisely determine the amount of time I spent and discover actions that most of the time are required to be more effective. We use this in my company for many various teams, so it's wonderful. The organization is resolved Monday, the qualifications are projected, the deadlines are projected and revalued. The platform enables customers keep their personal duties in the driver's chairs. It is a product for persons interested in timetables.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is also extremely clean and makes it quite attractive not just well designed for planning. It will be excellent if you want to utilize it to better communicate what everyone is doing and the status of projects amongst teams. In order to assist professionals with more sophisticated processes to construct mental maps that best match their demands, the platform is built. It is as complicated and straightforward a platform as you would want.

Easy to Use, Easy to Learn.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to learn and to use. The tutorials that are included were easy to follow and short, which helps with those of us that are easily distracted. I was able to dive into it immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that there is anything I dislike at this moment. Everything that I have done is what I need, so I have not found a functionality that was missing or needed to be simplified... yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I have moved away from the whiteboard in an office to posting this online. It's cleaner, easier to maintain, and quicker to update. In a remote world and even when I go back to the office, my current team is spread out in San Francisco, Berlin and Toronto. With monday.com, I can share my projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is extremely easy to learn and use. My favorite part is how intuitive it is to use. The UX designers are amazing!

Efficiency Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
Before I started using monday.com, I did a lot of project tracking and sharing of updates through a lot of Goolge docs. Switching to MDC has made things SO much easier for me and also much easier for all of those with whom I collaborate. I am easily able to track progress and look back on what I've accomplished, which makes reporting out to the org a snap. I also love the variety of templates for every need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is the inability to have one item live on multiple boards simultaneously. Although this functionality may exist and I just haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDC allows me to easily collaborate not only with my team, but across the org. It keeps me organized and allows. meto see all of my tasks/projects in one place.

Streamlined and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is overjoyed to finally have a space for us to plan out our individual and team projects while also have a fun and convenient way to communicate with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to schedule time to learn how the platform fully functions and how we can best use the space for what we as a nonprofit need. But, that is the same for most platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting to move information from several different platforms into this one as clear and streamlined tasks and ongoing conversations. We are finally experiencing some flow which is nice for a team that is scattered around the world.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you already have a project management system in place, transitioning to Monday.com will be much easier. You can upload all your data as .csv files and create new boards. From those boards you can distribute the data to much more specific boards that help you focus on the objective, goal or task for that specific board.

If you do not already have a project management system in place, expect to take 1-2 months in creating a full working system from the various segmented pieces that Monday.com already has available in templates. They provide a variety of videos to help walk you through the set-up process for a wide range of needs.

What do you like best about the product?
IT is very easy to follow and learn actions and processes. I also like the integrations that I have with typeform and mailchimp. That help me have a faster work pace
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe too many emails in my inbox sometimes due to the integrations and automations but that is also something that we can configure, so it is not very anoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and project management. I can see in a very easy way all projects in progress, their status, their next steps, and also contibute that with my team.

Amazing Time Line Ability

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize the timeline views and charts, depending who I need to communicate to. I know everything is up to date automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to time track processes to people in a more detailed mannor. The automation to the equation abilities to each team member is sometimes limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving workload issues, miss communication and scheduling changes. Helps clairfy the work types that our team and department receive the most and how we can appropriately staff or train for that type of work moving forward.
