Versatile System for Organization

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic system for working with all sorts of brains to organize tasks, projects, and all kinds of information. I love the color coding and the flexibility to create boards that fit all my needs. Using automations to have monday do the hard work for me has been life changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the flexibility is a huge asset, it can also be the biggest downfall. Sometimes it is hard to know where to start to organize information or projects when you have so many options available to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically everything. I organize my regular and repeating tasks and have monday automatically create new boards for me with these tasks at regular intervals,I organize tasks for my teams, projects, and some more field specific library information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this a great product, but be prepared to spend the time playing around in it and doing research to get it to work for you. There's plenty you can do right out of the box, but to really maximize the impact you need to spend a little more time setting stuff up.

What do you like best about the product?
It's constantly being updated, which means our usage can evolve at a natural pace. The integrations are super handy for the other platforms and software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately springs to mind...I think I'd really be reaching to try and find a major negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping creative projects relevant and productive whilst working remotely - also it's improved individual team members' engagment with their projects as they can visualise the scope in a way that suits them

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use. It's clean and puts everything in one place instead of many, many Google sheets. As one of my co-workers just said, "It's so much easier on the eyes that the Google sheet" ;) Some of my favorite features include: automations (for repetitive tasks) and tagging co-workers to advise them that something is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some more abilities for linking boards. There are some tasks that we currently have on two boards and we have not been able to come up with a way to link them so it only has to be entered in one place and will go everywhere it needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has really improved our team's communication and facilitation of our workflow. Everything is in one place instead of scattered over multiple different Google sheets. We can invite vendors from outside of our company as guests and they can update their own workflows, saving us time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at it, watch the videos and give it a try! It has made our collaborative environment so much better!!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's interface is spot on. The user experience in my opinion is flawless and the platform is very convenient. They have plenty of features which I'm sure I am yet to discover.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've had every need answered by the product and it truly makes your business life easier, especially for bigger teams. When the platform offers countless possibilities, even more than you thought you needed, that's when you know you got it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We communicate tasks solely through monday in my company. It takes away the need of countless emails and chat messages and puts everything in one place. My team is able to follow my work as I go along, and I am able to receive tasks effortlessly.

It's a perfect tool really.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking everything in one place, having a digital request form that automatically adds each new order into the log. I also love how Ican add each setting or detail into my request form and work log. I can track whatever I want and I can also open it up to the whole word to see what we are working on, what product we created, who is working on it, how much time we spent on it, how much it cost, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It won't remember the setting when I sort the requests in a specific order. Next time I log in, I have to sort again if needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to receive work orders from all over the place; phone calls, emails, verbal chats, things were all over the place. When needed, it was so hard to track and prepare a report about how much work we completed, how many orders were submitted late, how much time we spent on jobs, who submitted, who changed it. We couldn't have people follow our timelines, etc. When we started using Monday.com, and created our digital "Request Form" and when it automatically added all requests in a log with all the details I want, the change was like day and night!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a graphic design, marketing, or a similar company/organization and looking for an online tracking system that will track anything and everything you need, if you want your customers and or your leadership team to be able to see your workload, if you want a digital request form that automatically enters each new request to your request log, the way you want, if you want your customers and or leadership to be able to see your product images, photos, files, docs, etc. and be able to write. comments on them, send you updates or changes without changing the original request and making you look like you are crazy if you want to be able to track all the details about your workload and maybe use that info for award winning purposes or creating reports, etc. Monday.com is the site for you :)

What do you like best about the product?
This program is super easy to make and use. For those who are not computer program background, this program is very user friendly and easy to understand

Compare with appsheet this is very simple. You only need logical thinking and you will understand easily
What do you dislike about the product?
the automation usage is limited to 25k. After 25k we have to choose enterprise pricing which too expensive. and they dont have solution to buy optional automation credit only.

With monday we can simplify process from one department and other department. before use monday we have to manually with paper the production process

What do you like best about the product?
The way Monday works, it's super easy, and it has almost all the tools required for project management. Moreover, the support team on Monday is the best; they always reply on time, and they are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Monday; everything is working correctly. It can be better if there is a live chat that connects me to the support team immediately for urgent inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, it's very easy to keep track and be updated about all tasks that the team members are working on; also, we can invite clients to our boards on Monday, which makes everything easier.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been such a game changer for our business and for me- As a person who is classicly unorganised it has given me the ability to improve my workflow. They're also constantly making improvements to their set up that help make the Monday experience better for our team. Could not recommend enough
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the form builder to have more classic form options (multiple checkboxes, etc), but otherwise, I would not change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve project management, production boards, and Personal workflows with ease. It has allowed us to streamline processes, and communicate more effectively as a team

Watch the tutorials and make sure that if you have ideas for improvement to send them through to the Monday team :) They are listening.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com can be used for so many different needs in our business. We have used it for everything from project management to sales funnels, social media planning and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of Monday.com's greatest attributes can also be its downfall at times - customizability. Sometimes I find the level of customizability can be a burden when you want to make mass changes or updates to your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped to centralize a lot of our resources and workflows, but most of all we now have the ability to track and manage our projects in a way that meets our needs. We can track budgets, phases of projects, or deadlines (and their reminders) in detail but in a simple, user-friendly way. We can easily see an accurate picture of where our projects stand and employee workloads.
