What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has adpated and changed over the years finding better solutions to help keeping businesses organized and functioning like well oiled machines.
I really appreciate that when I came to them with a question about a feature, they politely let me know this feature wasn't available at that time and they were working on it. That feature is now available and makes how I use Monday more efficient. Thanks for being open to new things!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that have been removed that were absolutely necessary to how we organized files within boards. The Info Box feature is greatly missed and we haven't been able to find other solutions to replace this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team with communication issues. We can keep all information organized and available to everyone at any given time, allowing us to answer questions between departments without bugging others all day. All the info is at your fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
I work at a company of just under 20 team members. We use Monday to track all our call notes so they can be moved to each designers board. Then when the designer is done with the task they are able to archive them.

Monday does it's job for us exactly how we need it to!!
Thank You to the Monday team for such a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is basically perfect all the way around for what we do: Creating tasks for designers, being able to label where the task is in our processes, collect info and go back to search it later.

There are some ways we'd like to tailor it more to what we need, it's just not there yet.

But every other aspect is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep track of every call/note taken by our front office team members, inlcuding updates to the notes, phone numbers, when the note was taken, etc.
They keep on creating new ways to utilize it in a keep what's working, get rid of what's not style of evolution.
It's fantastic to know that it will only keep getting better!

What do you like best about the product?
The tech features and how I can build out an entire system that works for my whole team. I love the integration and tech you can embed. also the new sharing of google docs in the system is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things will go missing for the google docs even tho no one deleted it. It just vanishes. Id love to reply on the google doc feature but our business can reply on deleted and missing stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the operations manager for a real estate company and I have built out our own custom stockist in such a detailed manner. It has allowed me to see micro and macro at the same time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think like a whiteboard section that the whole team can use when your on your morning meetings explain stuff that would be cools and a place for notes to be taken so they can go back to it instead of watching a video its actually embedd in Monday

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps keep me on track and organized with some of the features and automations they offer. I like that you can automate something to move to a different group or board.
What do you dislike about the product?
paying for different subscriptions ... there should be one solid plan because every time you upgrade and try to use something new it tells you to upgrade again ... also maybe more integrations for instance constant contact / meruscase / goto connect ..... and more templates for Lead Generations or Potential new clients for your business... maybe more law firm friendly templates think of businesses that don't necessarily have a product to sell but a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of potential clients is what I mainly use this platform for so I love that it has reminders and times and all these options to add on to your boards. Then the other main usage is for Social Media Management which i love that i can save all my files together and see what has been posted and what needs work

Great for nonprofit management

What do you like best about the product?
My organization has been using monday.com for about 4 years. We had been using it before the pandemic to manage projects for our advancement team (nonprofit fundraising, marketing, and communication). But since the pandemic, our team and much of our organization have utilized Monday for essential business while many of us work remotely. I love that Monday is flexible for whatever we need, that it is constantly coming out with new features, and that it automates a lot of processes. My favorite function is the ability to turn boards into forms - this has been a game-changer for our team to collect, track, and automate requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to utilize data for exporting. This may be a function that exists, and I just don't realize it! But it would be great to be able to transfer things we track into power BI or other programs to help us analyze our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, we are a small team that serves a large nonprofit. We were constantly receiving email requests from program directors to help with marketing, fundraising, and other events. It was hard to track, prioritize, and get a good view of the entirety of the work. With Monday, we are able to turn our request board into a form that directors must fill out. It automates a review for our team, so we can see it, review it, and begin to work on the project right away.

Monday.com Has Helped our Team Immensely

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is visually appealing and how much it helps with organizing your team. We were looking at AirTable, but it looked so much more daunting, simply because of the lack of visual appeal.
What do you dislike about the product?
My #1 complaint is that there isn't person-to-person training. My questions are much too complex for an email, and we have to hire an external consultant. I would love to see more hands-on customer service, whether it be by phone or zoom call. I barely know how to communicate my questions and issues while speaking, so when I am asked to clearly explain my problems via email, I give up. In that case, we have to spend extra money to hire a consultant from places like UpWork to answer our questions and help us build things out on Monday.com. I also wish Monday.com had a lot more colors to pick from when creating boards and statuses - we are in need of many, many, more colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping communication in the same spots, prioritizing, and keeping all tasks organized. It is also great for eliminating the need for 1,000 excel spreadsheets. The automations on Monday.com are also great, because it eliminates the need to put in so much extra work.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple projects and tasks can be overwhelming, and while many tools are available to help, not all of them deliver on their promises. Over the past 10 years, I've tried many project management tools and found that finding effective ones can be challenging. However, I recently discovered Monday.com, which has made my life much easier.

One of the things I appreciate the most about Monday.com is its ease of use. Adding new columns and tabs that are already formatted correctly for your board is as simple as clicking a plus sign. Checking a project status is simple and easy, not to mention many other features that simplify the follow-up and communication process. This feature has made tracking new items on my project effortless and efficient.

If you struggle to manage multiple projects and tasks, I highly recommend checking out Monday.com. It has been a game-changer for me and could be for you too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have some ways to improve the organization of the Inbox. Although I appreciate a lot having updates that are relevant to my daily follow-up and project execution, I also would like to have the option to sort my inbox or tag the inbox notifications in order of priority or somehow translate some items to a 'to-do' list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I started using monday.com, coordinating and tracking multiple tasks across my various projects has become much easier. The platform has helped me save a significant amount of time and effort, allowing me to focus on other important aspects of my work.

One of the features I appreciate the most about monday.com is its ability to facilitate adherence to deadlines. With customizable notifications and reminders, I can stay on top of all my tasks and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

Another aspect of monday.com that I find valuable is its simplicity. Tagging and assigning tasks to my peers and other team members is straightforward and intuitive, making collaboration much smoother and more efficient.

Overall, I highly recommend monday.com to anyone who needs to manage multiple projects and tasks. It's a powerful tool that can help you streamline your work and achieve better results.

Monday simplifies the entire workweek.

What do you like best about the product?
This program, though surprisingly simple, has become an incredible asset. I am impressed with how it eliminated spreadsheets and brings everything to one complete system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing is not to overcomplicate the program. There is so much flexibility to it that you can add anything you want but will find it getting to grand that it is hard to keep things simple for the staff. It would be interesting if Monday could suggest ways to simplify it as you go (eliminate redundancies)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the team come together to collaborate on the workflow process. Before, everyone kept their own piece of the work to themselves, now we have an online flow that we have history and able to see the entire process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep an open mind, there is a bit of a learning curve especially when using the Automation, but once you get it it will be hard to give up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com prioritizes ease of usage, and takes the time to gather feedback and look for input from their customers. Monday.com has been a lifesaver many times, it keeps me organized and my team on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to create a personalized board where I could view all of my tasks from all of the boards my team has running. It can be difficult to search through notifications to make sure I don't miss anything, but I may just not know how to do that yet! Monday.com has a lot of features I haven't yet explored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me and my team overcome inefficiencies and communication mishaps. It allows us to streamline our organizational structure and processes, and ensures nothing falls between the cracks. Thank you Monday.com!
