What do you like best about the product?
The ability to just start adding and manipulating the data without having to formulate every single column and row. Just enter your information and go. Also, how easy it is to communicate with the entire organization instantly about the data. And how wonderful the customer experience has been! I feel like Ernesto just got me and our company right away and has been the greatest person to deal with at any software company we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still just need sub-items to be fully functional and then it would be absolutely perfect. We find creative workarounds so it is not a con for me, just a slight inconvenience. I know when your developers do crack that code, it is going to be better than I could have imagined!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to actively track how much money we were leaving on the table every week. We also realized how many more people we need to be involved in all of the aspects of the organization and to be able to delegate Monday tasks to them has been a complete change for us. We have gotten about as efficient as a group of Cannabis professionals can possibly be and put us miles ahead of our competitors. I get thanked by my coworkers daily for bringing Monday.com to them.

Do it. We have not regretted it for 1 second and are just looking for more ways to expand with Monday.coms help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can update team members on any changes or notes. It is very easy to communicate with my team within their projects. Once Monday.com is setup, it is easy to keep track of clients, projects, and team notes. Being able to keep all communication in one place has been so helpful and it saves me a lot of time. It is also easy to access via web or through the Monday.com app. I also love the Map view! It was been gamechanger for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing at first, especially to set up. I know there are templates, but there wasn't a template to best fit my business needs. Setting up the layout took some time. After creating a layout that seemed to work best, there are still things I wish that were different. It's not a problem but the only thing I dislike from Monday.com's platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving communication problems within my team, and Monday.com is helping my team and me keep organized. Monday.com has helped keep my business orginized and that has help to see what each indiviudal client needs. It has also helped me see how my time is being used with the tracker.

I would recommend other businesses with teams to try Monday.com

Easy to use, lots of features

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has saved our team so much extra time by helping us manage a hugely busy workload. As a small team, we're spread very thin, so having the right tools to help us effectively manage our time and resources is paramount to our success. Monday is easy to use, and the UI is straightforward, making it easy to navigate. More importantly, we're able to customize the boards to the various needs of each project, ensuring that we have a way to track a variety of different completion and progress metrics. We've also made great use of the automation to automatically move tasks to new boards, keeping work moving so no time is wasted waiting for someone to click a button to reassign it. Finally, we have that the ability to tag and alert people to changes, needs, or other vital information on tasks has helped ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to convert items to subitems and vice-versa, and the failure to move things (along with their sub-items) across boards. This is an important capability that has cost us time. Unfortunately, we had to restructure some of our boards, and not being able to do this with one click cost us time as we had to go in and re-create each task one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we are solving the challenges that come with tracking many simultaneous projects with subsequent actions under each one. Most of what we work on is not a single task. It is layers of tasks, with dependencies and simultaneous workstreams that must progress in a metered and calculated manner to ensure the final product has everyhthing it needs. Rarely do we operate with deadlines months in advance, so being able to track everything quickly and easily is very important to our team's ability to complete our work. Add to that the challenge that we are not currently in an office, and not being able to walk over to a collegue's desk adds major challenges for communication and clarity. We are actively looking at bringing our sales team on to monday.com to try and even further eliminate the communications gap and ensure that our teams are working even more effectively. Generally, wev'e benefitted from greater communication, enhanced teamwork and likley a copius amount of time saved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research the other tools, try them out for a few days. You will likely see that they are not as flexible or intuitive in use as Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Tenho usado o monday há alguns meses. A principal utilidade tem sido o controle de um projeto onde existem entregas continuas de versões de software.

Começando pelos pontos positivos. Migrando para o monday, vindo do costume de organizar atividades utilizando o kanban, experimentei uma facilidade muito grande em migrar para a visualização padrão da plataforma. Observei que conseguia me organizar muito melhor entre as atividades, ainda mais pela quantidade de opções de personalização como, especificar quem criou, quem é o atual dono, o progresso em porcentagem, qual o tipo da atividade, seu status, etc..
Apesar da opção de visualização do modo kanban, me adaptei muito bem ao modo padrão do monday. Facilitado ainda pelas opções de migrar atividades da plataforma antiga para nova.
What do you dislike about the product?
Único ponto negativo que tenho para citar é a visualização em modo timeline, que apesar de muito boa, não consegui me adaptar ainda, porém não vejo desvantagens apenas falta de adaptação em alguns aspectos.
Alguns feedbacks para melhorar a plataforma:

Todos do meu time gerenciam suas tarefas pelo My Week. Nós trabalhamos no modelo scrum, no qual cada Board é de uma área da empresa (consultoria, vendas, conteúdo) e temos squads - ou seja, existem pessoas que trabalham com tasks (pulses) distribuídos em diferentes boards.

Para nós fica muito difícil controlar se estouramos o número de horas das pessoas ou não - precisamos ficar entrando em diferentes boards e somando as tarefas.

Se tivesse um contador do número de horas de cada task no my week, seria AWESOME!

Monday.com deixou meus negócios mais simples e melhor gerenciados. É objetiva e simples, e a curva de aprendizado muito rápido. Deu fim a outras soluções burocráticas.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy for our small company to communicate via the boards and has created a HUGE reduction in emails. It's great to have the history of comments as part of the boards instead of digging through a million emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation capabilities are amazing but difficult to understand. There are many help videos to support but it is time consuming so I find I push it to the side. I also would like to use a vehicle where as I am building the automations I can stop and ask questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to better manage our sales progress, marketing intiatives and understand who has had the last contact with our clients. We also have been able to better engage with our contractors on work they are completing for our teams internally and externally on their projects. This will greatly help our performance review process we plan to build in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you haven't budgeted for this, put it on the list. It has greatly helped our growing business and the customer support team is so helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface and evolving integrations and automations across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is like any amazing program, you have concerns that you are only using a small portion of what you could be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhanced team communication and monitoring, enhanced client communication visual management dashboards, kanbans....basically it integrates a number of different systems into one place.

It is really a fantastic product and the more you want the more it seems to be able to deliver.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizable boards that can create a straightforward workflow and Team assignments that can support a lot of business models. Plenty of useful automation that can support follow-up and also potential integration with other platforms. I love how much reminders they've built around the system. Also one of their list columns that's integrated to excel has been an amazing tool with computation for my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably just refine some new features like the subtasks to be included in reporting. The Dashboards can be laggy and wish we can change the colour of the graphs to more neutral colours since they can be too colourful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our companies Design Department had to recently scale and an influx of projects have gone through and our current backend system isn't designed for Project Management but mostly for ecommerce ordering. Problems were just keeping track of our remote Teams Pipeline and communicating across different departments which helped and also produce easy reporting
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend monday.com to any start up company that's looking for a simple but robust system that can meet your operational needs and manage different departments. I mostly use Monday.com for Design (Interior Design Projects and Email marketing/designs and Event Planning and it has been a great collaborative tool that's kept us accountable and on-track of our deadlines. I've used other tools like Asana and Trello and find this to be the most user friendly packed with customizable features.

The web app fits perfect for my daily job
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile and windows app not works correct in my devices.Likewise, the customs revolution requires us to analyze the required financial and administrative conditions. Dear friends, the phenomenon of the Internet can no longer dissociate itself from the impact on decision-making agility. Evidently, the growing influence of the media positively affects the correct forecast of strategic knowledge to achieve excellence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can in only one software concentrate all information off my conpany. Easy communication with my team members, remebering us that we can add some notes, files and other things. Easy finding documents and working in a flow of information. The web app fits perfect for my daily job. The effort to analyze the perception of the difficulties points to the improvement of the preferential directions in the direction of progress. However, we must not forget that the consensus on the need for qualification has a tendency to approve the maintenance of the procedures normally adopted. In this way, the growing influence of the media leads to a process of reformulation and modernization of the methods used in the evaluation of results. We can already envision the way in which the valuation of subjective factors must undergo modifications regardless of the investment in technical recycling.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Little to no learning curve present. A simple way to build out your processes. The platform as a whole is beneficial and assists our team in saving time and energy when working together
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. As mentioned, there is a slight learning curve, but I believe most users will have no problem with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficiency. Less time spent on building out processes. Effortless collaboration from coworkers and less notifications that require time and energy to deal with.

If you are looking for an easy to use and efficient platform to manage workflows, cross departmental projects, employee vacation days and more - Monday is the right platform for you. Saves Time and Energy, allowing me to focus on my clients needs and not processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Monday is Boards and its tags and notification features. The timeline is one of the best and organized features that I've ever seen. Its ease of use is phenomenal. It really helps us to plan and organize our process. I definitely would recommend it to our partners. Another excelent feature is the file manager. It's really helpful when you need to acess the last files uploaded on the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say what I dislike about Monday. But I think that the least helpful feature is workspaces. In day-to-day use, we only need one workspace to get our job done. Sometimes it feels laggy too. I would like to see a light website, as fast as the mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me diminishes unproductive meetings. All we need is to make a good report on Monday, and we are all done, avoiding those long and time-consuming meetings. Also, Monday is helping us to gather all information in one place. It's the best tool to get things organized. Other than that, Monday solved files mess of Google Drive. We gather all files of respectives projects in just one place, with every person responsible able to see all files.

Use as your primary task manager and scheduler.
