Monday Helps My Business Succeed!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps keeps my organization on task and tracking the thigns that we need to do. It's great for helping me and my team input orders, work orders, production numbers all in an easy to manage, organized format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about Monday, to be honest. Sometimes it will sort things into the wrong area but otherwise pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great Tool for Geographically Spead-Out and Remote Teams

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest value Monday provides is a single centralized space to track all workstreams. It's great for my team that is located across two states and that adheres to a hybrid work setup. I especially like the ability to track all workstream correspondence in a single place as opposed to it being spread across multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are lots of features we are not taking advantage of and I'm not sure where to start in understanding what would be beneficial for us. The dashboard setup looks great, but daunting to get setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overseeing multiple contractors and an inhouse team, I can use one tool to track all project progress in a single, organized space. The alerts and reminder function is helpful in remembering follow-up tasks.

User friendly [desktop and app], Color-coordinated sub-items on projects, many integrations making it easier to share work with team members, and love their on-demand training videos

Better project status meetings with supervisors and improving team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Boards are easy to use.
Boards are easily customizable depending on needed information.
Sharing, managing permissions, teams and configuration is a piece of cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices for Latam users are expensive due to exchange rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday for everything, sales, purchases, customer services, and logistics.
We have also created boards for quality control, production and maintenance (TPM).
Our team efficiency is performing much better with Monday and is a complement of our ERP (SAP B1)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how robust the system is. We can collaborate, edit data, and link all sorts of data streams to our boards to make our business more efficient. I love the fact that everyone can see everything on the boards we want and workspaces can be separated with different projects. This has been an absolute game-changer for us by helping us eliminate our paper spreadsheets and antiquated systems. We house all of our important files and have even created customer boards to share so that important links and data can be accessed by our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be honest; there is not much that I don't like. We have seen Monday.com grow exponentially over the last year and a half and I love the fact that they do care about their customer base. The only downside would have to be the price, but for the features and benefits, it is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a number of communication breakdowns within our small company and able to track messages. I can set up automatic emails, movements from groups, and pretty much anything needed. It integrates well with other programs, especially zapier and integromat. This helps with the webhooks and other information to land directly into monday and totoally eliminates the human aspect of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a powerful platform that can help transform your business with robust features, workflows, and automation to track, manage, and see where you entire business is, Monday.com is the way to go!

Excellent for Internal and Customer Communications

What do you like best about the product?
I personally use it to track vendor order due dates and shipping information so that we stay on top of deadlines. My team also enjoys using this as a personal task organizer for prioritizing projects as well as integrating Gantt charts. Another great feature is making a board specific to a project/customer that we can invite the customer to and provide updates all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to work fine for what we're needing at this time. I haven't heard any complaints as of yet, only trying to ensure all employees make use of all its wonderful resources. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with order due dates and shipping information to track customer products and meet internal deadlines. Monday.com has helped keep us on schedule with both vendors and customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for internal company communications, order tracking, task/to-do prioritization, customer communications, deadline/due date tracking, and archived information.

What do you like best about the product?
Just to highlight the top favorites, I like that:
- Monday.com is constantly improved, new features and fixes are added on a regular basis. If you couldn't find a solution for something a few months ago, you might have it now!
- We can collaborate with external colleagues and clients via our internal boards, so no additional channels are needed (good for e.g. sharing timing and process step-by-step, or sharing project details). We can also moderate how much external people see, so we still have our private space in this case
- It's intuitive to use and has a modern feeling, just like a social media site (ok, for a bit more complex and work-related things)
- Every information of a project and its related communication thread is at the same place. Before monday.com we mostly shared information via email, which required a LOT of energy to follow and process on a daily basis… So this is definitely one of the biggest and most helpful for me in monday
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some more complex functions that require special attention to set up (for example Mirroring columns function is in this category), and it took time to use them in a way that's perfect for us. Some short "how-to" guidelines or videos, or simplifying the function would have been useful for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I can brief multiple teams/departments at the same place
- Transparency between different teams/departments: anyone can see who's working on what
- It's easy to look up old information about a project, even if it was managed by a colleague who's not available at the moment, or is not with the team anymore

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the Monday team is always looking for ways to improve and add on integrations to make everything work smoother and more efficiently. In the end, they do save us all time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pros of using Monday far outweigh the things I dislike about the system, and since they are constantly adding new tools and integrations, it's bound to have a few hiccups. I would say that sometimes the system lags before setting an automation in motion or it will not update right away but that is the only thing I can mention, and it is not even a complaint. Love Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our company processes! Maintenance, Marketing, Customer Service, new client induction. We are using Monday for everything. It truly is a very versatile and adaptive tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to try it! It will become something you depend on and count on for everything. For sure!

What do you like best about the product?
How we can Organize our job with our teams, the best thing we can manage it and mention each other for any task we need, also I can as team leader see how my team is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's good but if you can make the rules more strict for the employee, for example, if we have a tech guy we need him just to see his tasks and he cant remove anything, we can add to him only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my memory :), because I have a lot to do and most of the tasks I forgot, Monday.com works as a reminder for my self and I can write everything here and I can make them as a Check list.

What do you like best about the product?
The use of boards to manage transactions as well as the ease of adding additional subitem tasks as needed when issues come up to ensure they do not come up again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few instances when we have tried to move information between boards, workspaces, and/or othe programs via Zapier and have been unable to make the transfer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to work sysinctly to accomplish goals and get tasks/projects completed in a timely manner.
