Intuitive, quick to build and functionality that blows other workflow systems out of the water!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive and user-friendly that even non-techie people like me can easily get Monday.com up and running and providing tangible benefits in just a few days. We can now see all our customers and projects in one place and be confident that we're not dropping any balls when it comes to following up with clients or delivering what we've promised. The clarity it provides is amazing. The ability to sort data, filter to find what you need, and rearrange information as you need is game-changing. Integrating with other apps is straightforward and just WORKS. The ability to automate processes is also freeing us up to focus on business-building rather than admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything we dislike. The few things on our wish-list that Monday.com doesn't really do (for example, bulk marketing emails) are all covered by integrations with other apps (like Mailchimp) so it's not really an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility is number one - of current clients, projects, and also potential clients. We can instantly see where everything is up to without having to check in with colleagues, which is important for us as a 100% remote team AND it saves time and eliminates delays waiting for someone to get back to you with an update.
Reduced admin and handling time - the range of automations in Monday.com is sensational, and they are so easy to use. They are making our processes more efficient and freeing us up to focus on developing and delivering our services.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease by which one can navigate and use Monday.com is incredible. The program is so intuitive, user-friendly, and clean. My favorite thing about it is how one can drag-and-drop and organize so seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides to using Monday. I use the platform for my personal and professional organization. I am a Brand Manager, Actor, Creative Director, Producer, step-mother, fiancé, and help my dad with his business. With all the hats I wear, it's vital to have one place to house all my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create buckets of tasks for each part of my life. Doing so allows me to attack each compartment cleanly and efficiently. I have realized that having a one-stop-shop task list helps me keep my life on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This interface is so simple and yet houses everything one would need to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I highly recommend Monday because it's the best program for its price.

It's very easy to visualise your tasks and your teams' tasks

What do you like best about the product?
-- The fact that I am able to create automation as this would allow me for Sprint planning, execution and feedback. THis automation allows me to see how the item / tasks have moved from Planning, Execution to Completed without me having to manually move them from board to board
-- The fact that I am able to visualise my tasks / projects into kanban or Gantt charts. It has allowed to showcase the project timeline in a more clear manner and help me to prove the resources that I need for certain projects
What do you dislike about the product?
-- Subitems are not very supported in terms of visualisations in gantt chart. Gant charts have been really usefull in visualising my tasks. However the fact that subitems are not supported making me having to convert my subitems into items. Something hat i did not know before.

There are a couple of small bugs. When trying to migrate a few tasks from one board to another. Certain columns such as hashtags were tnot able to exported correctly. They did not recognise some of the hashtags

Another feature that would be good to have is to remove hashtags that I have just accidentally created. This feature is not available.. it's making me frustrated looking at hashtags that are created accidentally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-- I am trying to be able to justify the cost / resources needed to execute a certain project, with the help Gantt chart, I was able to prove just that

Monday.com has exceeded my expectations

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly this platform is. I look back on how we did things before we started using Monday and couldn't imagine going back to how we used to operate.
I really like how monday.com has helped us view the productivity of our team.
The support staff with monday.com has been amazing. we were building a board and needed specific automations that hadnt been created yet. i reached out to our representitive and within a few days the automation was created for us and is now used on a regular basis within most of the boards our orginazition has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app has some room for improvement, but I will say that the mobile app is continuously getting better. The app does take some time for your boards to update when you are loading large or complex the board.
Using monday.com and building boards can be a bit overwelming when you first get started but once you start to see how everything works it is a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a significant drop in email usage using monday.com
we also now can see live data and analytics
Monday.com also gives us the ability to have some of our data at our fingertips
monday.com has become a valuable asset to our comapny.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly consider giving monday.com a try. We find new uses almost daily. You won't be disappointed. W have seen significant cost savings for our company using monday.com

Great Tool for Project Management!

  • May 12, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and flexibility of creating items and notifying team members. The boards are easy to customize. They also include templates, so users can build a board easily. Another great feature is when you archive an item, group, or board, it is easy to try to find it again. A great benefit to this program is also the ability to export the board into an excel sheet. It looks very close to the Table view and has been a feature in case you need to hold onto any records of projects your team has completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you create a board, you can't change the structure of a single group. Also, the automation options are not intuitive, and I wish there was more instruction on how to use them. There are not a lot of downsides to this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has improved communication not only internally but with our clients. It helps everyone see visually where we are at with all projects. Especially working with a primarily remote team, having the ability to communicate right in Monday in the update sections has eliminated excess emails. This program has kept our team on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other project management programs in the past, and this is far superior. It has a lot of great features and is more intuitive. When we first started, it was easy to get onboarded.

Great way to Organize your teams

  • May 12, 2021

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this platform is so easy to navigate and show other how to use. We stumbled across Monday.com and have been hooked since. We use this to work service orders for a utility company. It is great to be able to get the order straight to the lineman when he is still out in the field working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have come across that I do not like is that I can not talk to someone on the phone about our account. I know that sounds sort of old school of me, but sometimes it would be nice to have an answer at the time you need it. Everything else has been wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble with our lineman keeping up with/ turning in paper orders. This platform makes it so easy for them to keep up with everything in one place and lets us know as soon as they finish a job. Exactly what we were looking for!

Monday.com got me through 2020

  • May 12, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive, interactive tool that involves an entire team in a big project. The project boards were integral in tracking all the tasks involved in a large-scale project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not experience any downsides using Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a church with five campuses that were closed for 9 months in 2020 due to COVID. Reopening them with new social distancing standards was part of the scope of my responsibilities. As such, our staff had to come up with an 8-week reopening plan for each ministry. I oversee two areas so I needed to come up with two 8-week plans in detail.

Once I did, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the following in relationship to Monday.com (a tool I had not used before):
-Each task in the plan was easy to copy/paste into a project board.
-It was simple to assign to other people on the team to interact with the project board and update progress.
-The status indicators (Done, working on it, stuck, not started, etc.) were super valuable in accurately tracking progress and raising red flags.
-Seeing the percentage completed, along with the color system, was useful for evaluating progress and reporting for performance reviews.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a comprehensive interactive project management tool that is easy to use for people who do not have high tech skills, this is your tool.

Monday.com Has Solved All Of Our Organization Problems

  • May 12, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As small business owners, we were tasked with the job of staying organized. My team and I tried many similar companies but seemed to have some sort of issue with every site that we tried. Monday.com has worked great for our company across the board. We love how simple and easy it is to use! It is fairly customizable and works great for what we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before using Monday.com, we kept a lot of our organization on Google Sheets/ Docs. It would be great if there was some sort of program that allowed us to copy this data onto Monday.com, without having to do it manually. It could be a tad more customizable. There are some tabs that I don't use that would be great to just have "disappear".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely organization. Like I said before, we were keeping a lot of our information in Sheets/ Docs and it wasn't working as our company scaled.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a shot, you won't know if it will work for you/ your company unless you give it a try!

Stay on top of all the things!

  • May 12, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's so user-friendly! It's great not getting so many emails (because everything is on Monday.com) and being able to keep up on projects several people are working on is a huge benefit. Very few things slip through the cracks! We have been working in the building but the few times we have had to go virtual, this has been such a huge help especially staying on track with projects/services that we provide as a public library. Moving items, changing the status, and marking things as complete are done in real-time! Their support team and training library are phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to find the structure process that works for the team. Which is a workflow issue. One board may not function like another. Your company needs to make the decision to structure/automate the board to work for them. This is truly a trial and error process. We have had Monday.com for over 3 years and still find new ways to make our boards more efficient for our daily use.

We are a tax-exempt nonprofit and we have to keep getting the tax reimbursed when paying the annual invoice. It would be nice if they could have a process that allows us to upload our tax-exempt paperwork. Then when invoiced the taxes wouldn't be charged through their payment portal. Monday's support is wonderful, and we have had the tax amount refunded each year, but that next step would bring it to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less email, more deadlines met, more services provided, more projects completed, more staff engagement. It's a one-stop place to see what is going on with the internal processes of the library. When you have several staff members to follow up with, instead of being in meetings all week a quick status update or video message added to the item update can benefit the supervisor and the staff member.
