A robust and customizable platform for team communications and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Communication is key for our team, and over the last five years, we've used this service to do just that. Monday.com has been an incredible service that is more robust and easier to use than all other platforms out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the coding does seem to be superb, there are times when you post updates, but it doesn't show the update unless you reload the webpage. Also, when I click on a Monday.com link in my email, it will ask me to re-sign in (cookies are enabled).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used Monday.com for practically every process in our business use; we produce videos for internal company use and for all of our clients. From client communications to form submissions and excel spreadsheets - Monday.com is used in some way for all of it.
Monday.com makes work a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made my Project Management a breeze. Automations and Outlook Integration make simple or daunting tasks feel effortless. From setting daily notifications to forms or intricate sub-boards and sub-columns. Automating most of my workflow gives me ample free time to take on other tasks throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike about Monday.com. The automation features can sometimes be a little complicated to set up exactly how you want them, but a little trial and error, and you can get everything to work as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is a big problem all businesses and professionals struggle to utilize. Being able to save time through Monday.com and its helpful features has allowed me to grow and focus on other aspects of my business.
Invaluable with staff working from home

knowing exactly what staff are working on, seeing beforehand if staff are meeting targets so can identify any issues early and resolve

throughout lockdown and working from home this has been invaluable in connecting all staff together
Great Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's flexibility has been the best feature for us - it has allowed us to utilize a single platform for much more than just a task management system, which compared to a few other task platforms is leagues ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've really only run into two complaints: first being the flexibility on recurring tasks (ie. setting something to recur annually on a specific date is not very straight forward - or on a custom quarterly basis), and second it would be great to have additional review features (ie. being able to leave comments on an image asset, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use boards almost like spreadsheets, allowing us to add automation and rules whereas before just using spreadsheets we were left using multi-step processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've jumped around from several competing task management systems and Monday.com is so much more and a more reasonable price point than their competitors. Could not be happier with the platform!
The Best Way To Start Every Work Week - Monday!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Monday.com for its ability to add notes, tag other users, and automated reminders. As I always forget and need a trigger for my To-Do List.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for over 18 months now and I am happy to say that I don't have any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task scheduling efficiently, Notifying collaborators effectively, an overview of progress across tasks, groups, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has enabled our team to communicate changes with various projects across our entire organization, spreading across three states. Of all project management vendors we've tried before, Monday.com is by far the most user-friendly and easy on the eyes. The reminders and update notifications and invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to join projects together without having to recreate them. There are times when two projects may evolve into a more significant issue. This is the only suggestion I would have thus far. We are pretty pleased with Monday.com and the features offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com, we utilized Microsoft Excel to store and share data with our organization. The spreadsheet became so cumbersome and difficult to manage. Monday.com relieved all of these issues. We're able to assign tasks, keep track of notes, and even store documents within one comprehensive database.

Monday.com is customizable to fit a variety of needs. Be sure to consult with their advisors to ensure you're utilizing the software to benefit your team the most.
Exceptional organization platform
What do you like best about the product?
I simply love how easy it is to organize all of the documents between various projects. And I love that I can easily connect to Slack, to google doc, to word, and to email through Monday

I am not a fan of the constant emails I get sent with updates. I am on top of my work, so I do not need an additional email telling me about progress
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great organizational tool and it is so easy to keep track of progress on various projects, to communicate with my co-workers, and to have ti all in one space.

It is extremely easy to use and well organized.

There is nothing I dislike about monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday solves the communication problem between my co-workers and me. It is easy to see what has been completed on a project and what still needs work. It is also quite simple to find my assigned tasks and work on them. With monday, I don't need to send as many emails, I can just tag a coworker in an update.
Organized, User-Friendly, sometimes a little tricky
What do you like best about the product?
One thing my team really appreciates is how Monday.com allows us to breakdown bigger projects into smaller assignments, and subtasks. It’s nice to see each step laid out on a timeline—knowing what’s due and when helps us avoid last-minute stress. The calendar view for my workload is also super practical because it shows all my tasks for the week. This way, I know when things are piling up and can plan accordingly, or work with my team when I'm overloaded so we can meet deadline and manage client's expectations.
The automations are another solid feature. We’ve set up automations for recurring tasks, like weekly social posts, so they’re ready to go without us needing to create them everytime. It’s a small thing, but it saves time and keeps everything moving along.

Monday.com does have a few quirks. Sometimes tasks don’t show up in my workload unless I “favorite” the workspaces they were created in – which isn't very intuitive.
Also, it can be tough to keep up with all the new feature rollouts and figure out what will actually help us. It’s a little tricky to know if we’re getting the best out of the platform with all the updates.

With monday.com, I'm able to break down larger assignments into smaller subtasks means I can start working on things well ahead of their final deadlines. It lets me chip away at tasks over time, making it all feel much more manageable. As I've learned, it's easy to miss something until it pops up on the due date, which results in me scrambling to finish. With subtasks, projects stay on my radar from start to finish, helping me manage my time better and avoid a last-minute crunch.

Learn how to use automations and how to assign tasks to others using "deadline mode" so that they will show up in a person's work. Those are the two trickiest things with Monday so it's important to ensure you have a firm understanding of how to do those things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many automation Monday.com provides. It is an easy, clear way to communicate projects. The look of it is great, I like being able to customize the colors and pulse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could make the downloaded spreadsheets look nicer, or at least be able to customize them. I find myself having to do a lot of manual adjustments once I download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updates on projects were always static, now they can be seen in real time. There is also the benefit of my whole team being able to see where we are in a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it, there are so many uses. I think it is helpful to set your team up with sample Boards and uses. Starting from scratch can be hard.
