Generally good features and pretty happy with how things have worked
What do you like best about the product?
The features are great and super easy to understand. Plenty of uses for a basic user but then when you get to grips with the more advanced stuff, it opens up a whole new world.
What do you dislike about the product?
No recent big issues and been relatively happy with everything I've need to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management is significantly easier, quicker and more easy to keep track of. Keeping track of projects as well as creating dashboards and forms for clients has been a godsend.
Setting up boards and projects across the team and with partners has also been very helpful and removed the need for shared spreadsheets, messy e-mails, chats,etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ultra-customizable nature of monday Work Management, which allows us to tailor the spreadsheets to our specific needs, making it an ideal tool for managing our diverse real estate operations. The user-friendly setup was a breeze, ensuring a smooth transition from our previous workflow. I'm also thrilled with how comprehensive and beneficial each component is, from transaction logs to associate logs and creative workflows. It has become an integral part of our workflow, ensuring continual efficiency and compliance, while fulfilling all our operational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to note that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to maintain a reputable database and track employees, simplifying audits and enhancing workflow efficiency across our brokerage.

Customization and the ability to project manage and discuss details in one platform. My team integrates Monday.com with Slack, and the board automations help.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization is a non-profit and it can be time-consuming to modify existing templates for our type of work. Would like to see more ideas for non-profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team grows and our financial goals grow, it's easier to see the big picture of where we are all spending our time. This allows us to adjust and talk about better managing our time and resources. I believe this will ultimately make our organziation better!

Really do your research on how to use Monday.com to its fullest. Be upfront with your team about committing to learning and using Monday.com so it's an asset to you.

I love the automations that make connecting different departments and boards so simple. It really saves a lot of time in my day-to-day. Monday is much simpler than other project management platforms in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love using Monday! Some people who aren't used to an online project management system have a bit of learning curve, but I've never run into a person that just doesn't understand. It makes everyone's jobs so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves project management issues and really improves accountability between and within teams. I love how you can see when people viewed, updated, or ignored a task you sent their way. I think our projects get done much quicker and more accurately using monday.com.

monday.com is very powerful and versatile. I'm using monday.com for my day-to-day operation.
Everyone in the team can cooperate with each other on monday.com.
We can tag team members and assign tasks on certain boards. The team members will be able to view and change the status of the project, so that everyone on the team can get the updated information.
The customer support is awesome. The representatives are patient and knowledgeable. They have helped us with a lot of problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit difficult for our senior software engineers to import and export projects from other management tools. Some detailed tutorials for advanced users would be great!

Not a Perfect System, But a Very Good One
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Monday is that it provides a central hub for project tracking where all people involved with a particular project can provide details and updates that everyone else can readily see.
What do you dislike about the product?
If one of my colleagues creates a subtask and assigns it to me, the email notification I receive tells me that I've been assigned a subtask, but the name of the main task to which the subtask belongs is not given (just a project number), so I have to then go into Monday and see which main task the subtask is related to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem or challenge that Monday solves for is bad communication—when people rely on email or in-person updates, inevitably something gets missed, but if everyone is properly using Monday, things don't get missed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you and your organization need to implement a project tracking system, Monday is an excellent option.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the price is affordable and that one can work on it with 10 as with 1000, it is just as easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of the boards can be a bit hard (but because I made complex boards), except if we have simple tasks.

With Monday, we aim to save time and have daily benefits in customer relations. All our clients, from all sectors, are connected to the platform. Our teams as well. We have 50 users.

If you need a project management platform, turn to Monday.com. With plenty of ways to integrate with other apps and services and very quick setup, Monday.com is a great choice.

I would like to see my flexibility with setting up automations.

What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to collaborate and include deadlines and trackable accountability is highly valued in any organization. I have yet to see any other tool that offers the quantity and quality of features that Monday does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has so many Monday pulses that it gets difficult to find the one you're looking for when you need it. Is it possible to automatically tag the user and everyone connected to each pulse every time an update is given? I shouldn't have to tag everyone (@name) every time I make a comment in a pulse to ensure that they get a notification of the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, the ability to track comments and hold people accountable to deadlines is super valuable to each department in our organization. Setting deadlines and receiving auto-reminders is a great feature as well. I also like using Monday for meeting agendas and adding the timer feature as a column to keep us moving forward in our discussions promptly.
