Never drop the ball
What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives my small but mighty marketing team the space to map out all of our objectives on a month-to-month basis. We may not use every function that Monday has to offer, but we almost never miss a deadline or feel confused on how to delegate when using such an organized workspace. It's also great to look back and see what we've accomplished over such a long period of time! We also have it set up to slack which is wildly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm personally not a fan of the emails that Monday sends me showing an overview of my day since I already receive so many emails. I also don't check or use my "inbox" and would rather have notifications show when looking at the overview of the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving: Delegation, timelines, marketing sprints, organization, project collab, task management, and many more. We also happen to love it when Monday implements "snow" when we press the complete button :)
Great Program, User-Friendly - Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I love how collaborative and user-friendly monday.com is. My favorite thing about it is that I am more organized than I've ever been. I create project specific boards and set deadlines. I love that I can assign tasks and send messages to keep everyone on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't always find my tasks when I'm looking for them. If tasks are different boards, they are hard to find. I would like there to be an option where you can see all the tasks in one spot even if they are on different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of collaboration while working remotely. There is no questioning what tasks belong to wo because it's laid out so clearly. Everyone is on the same page and ready to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is worth the time and money. It's user-friendly and easy to collaborate. All organizations should use it. If you are a part of any sort of team, you will find some type of benefit from this program.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps you organized and sends reminders when there's an update. It allows for coworkers to tag you and lets you attach large files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy.

Monday.com solves organizational problems and encourages you to meet deadlines. It also holds everyone accountable for their jobs.

Monday is a tool our company uses to manage workflow, so jobs can be completed in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use. The UI is easy to understand. The tiles are a nice touch, and when tasks are complete, there is a scene of accomplishment. The only task manager that comes close is Microsoft to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything wrong about Monday.com. My only complaint is that when there are too many tasks in the queue, it can become overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an Industrial Panel shop, and we use Monday for tracking jobs in our shop. At the begging of the week, our purchasing team tracks missing parts and reports long lead times to Monday. If a part has a long lead time, someone might source a replacement, and we can get assemblies to our customer quicker. Also, we save time by updating the customer instantly because we are proactive with our update weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
In my company, I can say that working with Monday.com helps us every day to organize our day and to prioritize the tasks. We use it to allocate jobs and to manage processes that I, particularly, can't see it happening without Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the functionalities of Monday.com, but I genuinely find it hard to work there without a chat between coworkers. I think it would be awesome if we could chat about the jobs further than on the cards!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved a problem on the organization of the tasks on the Creation and Concept team. Because we have a lot of demands, is hard to manage all of this and Monday.com help us a lot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I used before other apps of tasks organization, but I genuinely like Monday.com the best. I think that's because It's easy to use and everyone can see everything happening.
I absolutely love using Monday because of it's ease of use & collaborative functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality in general is great. Being able to write updates for each individual task so quickly makes project management easy, not frustrating! I've tried multiple project management software in the past, and nothing beats Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much that I dislike. I would just encourage the developers to continue to focus on user experience & putting the customer at the center of your functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and cross-team functionality are incredible. The ROI my team and I receive from Monday.com supports the cost and then some! We've been able to increase internal efficiencies and help improve business operation functionalities overall.

Look no further! This product does not compare to other project management software. It goes above and beyond to put the user first!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is the flexibility you have to organize your data the way you want and need. For example, I have created a template for my projects that I can duplicate and then customize it for each project I am working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one feature Monday.com doesn't have and I would love it to have is the integration with tracking carriers. It would be so helpful to track packages from FedEx, UPS, etc.
Another thing that doesn't work too well is that I have created automations for my board template, but when I create new boards from that template, it won't carry the automations I created (because it involves outlook integration).

I am using Monday.com to manage 80+ projects, tracking costs, different activities from different vendors, project overall progress and much more! Everyone in my company complements me for implementing Monday.com here! We can't live without it anymore!
The only Work OS. Can't be beat!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the flexibility of the platform and the speed it runs. The customer support is second to none! We try to stay on top of the new features because they come frequently and add tremendous value with every release.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com lacks a good chat feature to improve employee engagement and communication. I would really like to see this feature added. I'd also like to see some of the column types and automation work better together but I know improvements are always on their way with Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are an inumerable number of things being solved by the Monday.com platform in our business and personal lives. We use it for project management, announcements, sales and relationship management, simple task lists, communication automations, equipment inventory and booking, grocery lists, and much much more. The tool is incredible!

Find someone who knows the platform to help you map and plan your processes with Monday. But, most importantly, have no fear. Monday is the answer.

Nothing I dislike really. It would be nice for Monday to integrate with ProofHQ to make it easier to see a proof within a Monday task at a glance.
