Functional but could use more intuitive navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track the progress of a project and automate systems to balance project management functions better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited by specific table formatting options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the remote team working situation. We can all track the progression of things simultaneously, which allows us with overall workflow. It also organizes the many categories in which my position oversees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore your options on the platform and utilize the variations because it helps keep a team (large or small) in sync.
It is the best team and task management platform I have found to manage my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The panels are super didactic and adaptable to the team's needs. Since we started using Monday, I have complete control of all the tasks the team is doing; the deadlines are, wherein the process is, everything becomes more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing on Monday I dislike. Sometimes my team and I have some difficulties finding some done task, but within some focus, we get this done. But overall, it's a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that we solved with monday was the control of all the tasks of the team, from those in planning, through the one in execution, to the tasks already carried out, all of this controlled by date, responsible and sector. All this made our control of projects and demands more control and security to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As we say in Brazil, "you can hire with your eyes closed." I'm sure it will help a lot in your projects.
Monday.com makes my job so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Monday's automations and integrations, as well as the dashboards, the different views it offers and versatility. It keeps our team organized, on track, and it is all visually pleasing for everyone involved. It helps us save time by automating recurring emails for clients and team members. It saves us so much energy and keeps data organized and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation recipes are a bit stiff and we could still use some automations that do not work yet. For instance, most of the Mirror columns coming from other boards are not recognized by automations and it can be tricky to find a way around that. I believe there's a way to customize actions and triggers, but if you are not a developer, it's hard to understand how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us solve logistical issues, organization matters, inventory, task tracking, team onboarding, statistics, financials, and team management. It's been a dream using it and every problem has a solution within the platform. We automated employee onboarding processes, requests to different teams are managed and done on time, and everyone knows where each specific project is. The status of recurring tasks have reminders and notifications so nothing slips past us.
Excellent Platform for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility into what everyone on the team is doing. Being able to quickly look at the history of what has been done in the past and what is needed moving forward. Reliable platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have more functionality in terms of reminders for tasks. I would like to see a task and move it over to remind me at a later date. The current reminder functionality seems to get lost in the shuffle for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where the other team members are with tasks and what my role is with the tasks. I am also able to quickly look at a client's history of what has been done.

I like the setup and in general, everything is very convenient. The colors and the idea itself of monday.com

For now, there was nothing what i disliked, so far, so good.

I am working as a recruiter and have a card for each individual. To me, all looks convenient.
Monday.com has been the best project management tool I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked full time in a creative agency as a graphic designer for the past 4 years, using Monday.com as our project management software. It is so clear and simple to manage projects, keep track of deadlines, and I have loved using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more simplified way to archive past events, but not get rid of them fully. Wish this was easier to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving ordering and keeping project specs well... also working right now with timelines and the my work settings
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a project manager or a designer that is just getting started with trying to project manage on your own, this is a great simple platform for file usage. I would recommend it... our team started on it in June and we are all fluent in it now.
Monday.com makes work a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made my Project Management a breeze. Automations and Outlook Integration make simple or daunting tasks feel effortless. From setting daily notifications to forms or intricate sub-boards and sub-columns. Automating most of my workflow gives me ample free time to take on other tasks throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike about Monday.com. The automation features can sometimes be a little complicated to set up exactly how you want them, but a little trial and error, and you can get everything to work as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is a big problem all businesses and professionals struggle to utilize. Being able to save time through Monday.com and its helpful features has allowed me to grow and focus on other aspects of my business.
Invaluable with staff working from home

can be tailored to not only your own company's needs but to individual staff needs

notifications but you can turn these off

knowing exactly what staff are working on, seeing beforehand if staff are meeting targets so can identify any issues early and resolve

throughout lockdown and working from home this has been invaluable in connecting all staff together
Great Task Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's flexibility has been the best feature for us - it has allowed us to utilize a single platform for much more than just a task management system, which compared to a few other task platforms is leagues ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've really only run into two complaints: first being the flexibility on recurring tasks (ie. setting something to recur annually on a specific date is not very straight forward - or on a custom quarterly basis), and second it would be great to have additional review features (ie. being able to leave comments on an image asset, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use boards almost like spreadsheets, allowing us to add automation and rules whereas before just using spreadsheets we were left using multi-step processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We've jumped around from several competing task management systems and Monday.com is so much more and a more reasonable price point than their competitors. Could not be happier with the platform!
The Best Way To Start Every Work Week - Monday!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Monday.com for its ability to add notes, tag other users, and automated reminders. As I always forget and need a trigger for my To-Do List.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it for over 18 months now and I am happy to say that I don't have any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task scheduling efficiently, Notifying collaborators effectively, an overview of progress across tasks, groups, etc.
