I love to personalize each board with a unique filter, box, and status.
It keeps me organized, and I love the reminders I get every time there's something issued.

It takes a few months to get used to the platform entirely.

It takes less time to make my follow-up and know-how our team project is going.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has eliminated the costs of other platforms we used to use as we can track all aspects of business with the boards that we have personilized in our Monday account. It is also effortless to navigate through, and they are constantly adding new stuff that keeps our business forever evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have much negative to say about Monday.com. The only thing that would be great is to integrate with Instagram without having to use Zapier. Also, we had to do some workaround for subitems; although I know they are still evolving, I think it would be beneficial to use most or all of the automation on Subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a board for all aspects of the business. Whether it expense tracking, marketing tracking, standard work, employee time tracking, business projects, team collaboration; We have it all with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is the use of different boards for organization, and the use of forms to thoroughly cross function between teams and departments. I also love how you can assign roles and it can be set up to automatically go to that team members board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times that the descriptions don't make it through once a form is sent, requiring followup to provide information that didn't make it through. This is not every time, but it happens on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us stay accountable by being able to write everything down in one place, give due dates and reminders. We are more productive this way and have increased our performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can assign tasks as well as add links which make it easier when everyone on your team is working on multiple projects. When you are assigned a task and have all links in one spot it is a more organized way to get your work done in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for time tracking that you are able to download an extension that links your google calendar so that you can block off time for specific projects and it would reflect in your Monday workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Monday is being able to have all my tasks in one place. Working with multiple clients and doing different tasks for each can be a little confusing, so having an overview is really helpful to keep me accountable for what is due next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend a day or two getting used to all the details and assets to allow yourself to be fully immersed in the organization world!

I like saving multiple views for different people in our company. We also love being able to track projects and share them with our clients so they can have access to our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation would move dates back if we adjust a date. Currently, it only moves them forward automatically (which is helpful), but sometimes we need to change dates to be earlier, which requires updating the full chart rather than just one item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep our tasks organized and track the progress of each project individually. Some of the main benefits are that we get work done on time because everyone is aware of all the tasks that need to be completed.

We're able to customize things to fit our exact needs. It helps us track all aspects of the projects we work on.

The upsell of other products like the CRM. It was a little too easy to activate and some of our users activated it without running it by decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is fully customizable, easy to use and also compatible with Microsoft Office. I receive notifications when tasks are added or projects I am involved in. This software takes elements of your project and allows you to assign them to specific members of your team or invite customers to participate in comments or approval along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has problems managing communications between different computers and sends a lot of spam via email. In addition, it does not have the ability to record task time. It lacks a lot of integration of tools and services in its mobile version, and sometimes it is very useful to be able to make changes from the phone. When you change the date of a project or task, in some cases it seems that the app treats it as a new project and your progress may be lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely helped cut down on most of the Bunny Trail emails that clutter our emails. It's a great tool for planning and communicating project timelines to teams and clients, and for organizing a to-do list or team tasks (as a manager). I like the different views you can have of your data. Perfect also for small teams with small budgets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is generally recommended to activate the My Tasks tool to keep you always informed of the actions your team is taking in your absence, or to keep you informed of your progress on existing projects. Another great feature for those who are more comfortable with a good graphical representation is the ability to use kanban boards. These allow you to divide the project into columns and categorize tasks, creating different boards for each column. Simply drag the panels to change their position.

Monday.com is a wonderful project manager for companies, it allows you to build complete boards to manage specific projects and deadlines for your team; boards that can either remain visible or private to the rest of the team with the options it brings to control what information is shared and when.
It also contains a fairly large amount of editable features that make it possible for a board to be customized and very specific based on the needs of you and your team.

I must point out that for companies it is a bit uncomfortable the fact that it does not have certain tools necessary for communication between the staff of the team forcing you to have to use some external apps, for example:
Sharing and downloading files does not have much efficiency having to use external programs to share files between the work team such as Dropbox instead of Monday.
Despite being a tool that facilitates teamwork it does not have chat or video within it, so you have to use other specific means of communication such as Skype.

This app was handy for me to create a more organized work environment being almost essential in my job, saving me a lot of time assigning tasks and seeing the progress of my entire team with the projects.
I developed a clearer organizational vision with this program and can now produce more complex strategies. Although I know that there are competing apps considered better, I recommend that you at least give Monday.com a try.

Although Monday.com is a decently complete project management tool, you should take into account that you have to set up other types of media within your workspaces as it falls down quite a bit at this point.
A little bit of digging into the program is recommended because as nice as the interface is and as intuitive as it is, it doesn't make it any less confusing if you haven't used program managers before, plus you can get more out of some tools by knowing what they are capable of doing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you adapt to the program is a plus, although when you start using the program can be a little confusing, I rarely felt very complicated to understand what each tool is for or how the panels were organized; if you have already used a project manager, Monday.com will be quite intuitive and easy to use.

A large part of its functions are available depending on the type of license you have of the program, and although it is something common this type of limitations, personally I do not share this idea at all; I prefer to reduce the number of users by licenses than by functions.
Another problem with this app is that immediately you start to exceed the number of guests allowed for your license, they start a process to upgrade you to a more expensive version without notice, it would be much better if at least a warning or error message was sent to the user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Monday.com I have become more efficient in my work by making it easier for my team to manage tasks and projects, I have been able to create a very active and vigorous workflow where everyone can work in an organized manner. I work with a reasonably large number of clients and I can control everything they do and keep track of the progress of their activities using Monday.com. It is undoubtedly one of the best options if you need a project manager that is easy to use and doesn't go to such high costs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend in any free time, to take the initiative to register in some kind of course of the program or simply follow the tutorials that the same Monday.com website offers, because yes, this is quite intuitive and without much preparation can be used for the essentials, but there are certain things that knowing the program in depth allows you to take greater advantage and efficiency.
