Wonderful Project Management Platform!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to stay on top of your tasks, whether you're looking to run a global campaign or a simple project for your internal, it is so simple to keep on top of... think of it like a digital diary where multiple people can access. The fact that we are able to tag our colleagues in the tasks that they are required to complete or any tasks that we would need any sort of assistance with is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you don't look after all the boards you have created it can get a little messy, so my advice for any future users would be to designate 1 or 2 project managers who will be in charge of Monday.com and consistently updating it for the team. In addition to that, some not so techy users may find it a little bit difficult to comprehend and get to grips with managing the system without any training provided beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay on top of all the projects our company is currently running. Seeing what my other colleagues are up to, as well as being able to tag them in real-time and at any time without the need to hit them up on their phone in after-work hours - No updates are ever missed

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is excellent for team organisation and task prioritisation. It's helped our content team stay on top of tasks and allocate certain jobs to people in the team. We are now working to implement Monday across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps too many features and options sometimes can be overwhelming. The features we've not used are perhaps not explained fully as much as they could be. I would have prefered to have a call with a customer team member about how to use all the features avilable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content planning and organisation. We're now on top of content plans and schedule easily upcoming content. Monday is excellent for team organisation and task prioritisation. It's helped our content team stay on top of tasks and allocate certain jobs to people in the team. We are now working to implement Monday across the company. We've since been able to implement a higher standard of content updating and creation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very visual tool that helps me to distinguish between different tasks with colors, this helps me to separate out tasks, their important and the order in which they should be completed.

I love being able to share my Monday board with colleagues and clients, so it has become a central working doc. Both clients and myself can make updates which we get informed about meaning theyfeel part of the process as well.

The ability to quickly make changes, when I need to repritoise tasks I can simply drag, drop and move anything around and alert other users of the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I wouldn't say I like as the tool does everything that it sets out to achieve.

Perhaps an improvement for the future could be to add images to lines so that we can see a preview of the task that is being completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization - within our team, we share several Monday boards with our clients so that we can have a list of tasks; this means that nothing gets lost between different team members, especially as we are all working from home.

Another problem it solves is giving visibility to our clients to see what is being actively worked on. They like to be kept informed of cahnges and like to feel like they can have an impact which is easy for them by leaving messages and comments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend trying this product, it is so easy to use and within no time at all you will be organising your day and business much better.

Useful for project management ans social media planning

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it works a bit like a social media and it's useful to organize by team, to attribute tasks and see only the one I'm noticed on.
I also like the fact that I can switch from a calendar view to a list. It's useful especially with out social media schedulling stuff ! Automation are also very useful when you are able to make good ones : you earn precious time ! I also like the system of notifications cause we don't miss anything. Plus, the fact that we can parameter a lot the tables is a very good thing to make the tool fit to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still discovering the tool everyday. Some bugs maybe, but Monday's team is reactive and correct it fast. By my social media work, I think that the import of Facebook campaign is not optimized cause it's not synchronised and there ara not all the information I need, nots details, and so on... Maybe we can imagine to improve some things for social media and soething integrated which can allow us to publish directly in our social media accounts !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize tasks, exchanges of ideas my the system of comment, likes... It also reduced a lot our exchanges of internal email of at about 30%. It also permits our chiefs to see what we do with a global view and they don't have to switch between different tools. Automatisation allowed us to change our validation processus !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to see that as a tool to centralize exchanges

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, a simple user interface to create workflows and seamlessly with 'if this then that' integrations with other software I use making my life and my team's lives more productive and less stressful. There is a lot of tutorials available on using the system with ready-made boards that can be easily tweaked, but I prefer now to build from scratch. I have never been good with excel or spreadsheets but the ability to upload an existing spreadsheet into Monday allows me to create workflows without technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking of boards for using 'if this then that' automation sequencing when integrating from other providers is a bit tricky. If there were more specific training videos for my purposes this could be of benefit. The pricing also can quite expensive with big jumps when team members are increased and need certain features. If I was a self-employed single user for instance I would have to start with 5 user license at the most basic package but not able to get the use of private boards without jumping higher category. Monday.com is clearly designed with teams in mind but does not provide a low-cost entry point for the solo user that can use this system effectively to scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using Monday.com allows me to create workflows other existing software provides but at a much lower cost than multiple software programs. I use monday.com for so many different areas of the business and it's always quite easy onboarding new team members with little experience or technical knowledge. Its kind of like my own app playground to be creative without a large investment in time and money with no coding expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing my work and having a clear view of what is left to do. It really helps when you need to estimate the time required for a task/a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing how everything works, I would like more tutorials and templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share updates on boards with several teams working on the same topic and it helps us have a clear view of the steps. This helps the customer service evaluate the amount of work needed to drive X or Y project and thus define Success Plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the chart-like design of the workspaces- it feels really intuitive to update and change, just like a spreadsheet. I also really enjoy the collaborative features, like assigning tasks to individuals or multiple people, leaving comments & updates, and the integration with Slack.

It did not take long for me to figure out how to use this platform at all! Again- it's pretty user-friendly and easy to maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many cool integrations and automation that I haven't tapped into yet. I'm not sure where to begin with improving the automation of my workspaces. I wish the tool gave some periodic suggestions so that I can learn about its capabilities.

I definitely get a sense that my team and I aren't using all the incredible features of Monday yet- but I hope to become a Monday master soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of creating annoying google docs with long lists of protocols and checklists for folks to follow, we've been able to create tasks with dropdown menus of sub-items that we can easily duplicate for repeated tasks (like our webinar production!) That has been such a game-change for keeping track of our progress on our weekly webinars, blog posts, etc... I also love how folks assigned to a task get notified quite regularly with updates and changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Building a single board for my invoicing, deliverable creation processes, complete with timetracking and more? For the first time, I can say a resounding YES. I've tried spreadsheets, free project management tools, and I've even used some of the biggest names on the market when collaborating with my clients. For my needs, the intuitive modular design of Monday.com feels unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Offline capabilities are more limited than I'd expect. Time tracking is completely unavailable without an internet connection. Not ideal, as I use monday.com like my primary work hub. Cloud availability is wonderful, until there's an internet outage and no failsafe to use these tools.
2) Some features like subitem time tracking have yet to fully integrate with the Dashboards tool. While I fully expect these features to be integrated in the future, it's disappointing that I can't view my productivity in Monday.com's widgets.
3) I wish there were a 1-person pricing tier. I don't use this collaboratively, although I know it's designed for that. I think there is a market for sole proprietors that would be glad to take this tool up at a more affordable rate. Almost $50/month for Pro just to get time tracking is a bit steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solo contractor copywriter, managing my invoicing, billing, and project workflows in one view has felt impossible to me. So much time between platforms and a lack of visibility meant very important things were bound to be overlooked. Monday.com finally gives me the tools to make a reliable hub for all my work progress, resources, and platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use; I can create anything I have in mind. Automations are just tremendous; Dashboards and Reports are an excellent complement for having a complete vision of day-to-day work and goal achievement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still challenging to Generate Reports with Subtasks; it would be excellent to use those properties 100%. I hope it arrives soon; I'm sure it will because of how quickly Monday evolves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have achieved better communication and cohesion between the different teams, we have also been able to significantly reduce the omission of tasks and important dates since the planning is more precise and organized and as if that were not enough, automation reduces so much work.
