What do you like best about the product?
Monday is completely customizable. It is user friendly and compatible with Microsoft Office. I receive notifications when tasks or projects I am a part of are added too. This program takes the elements of your project and allows you to assign them to certain members on your team or invite the client to participate in giving feed back or approvals along the way. It certainly has helped reduce the plethora of bunny trail emails that used to clog my email. Great for budgets too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike... well to be honest... I don't know all the details of the program so I think my answer is out there... but yesterday I was wishing I could select several of the fields in the same column and fill them with the same content. I know there must be a solution to this because they have thought of everything else. There is an incredible resource library and zillions of tutorials so I know this too will be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Monday to help with project management, social media management & publish/schedule dates, budgets, contact lists, and staff onboarding. I have realized that we need fewer meetings where everyone has to hear discussions about everything... if we are all able to have better communication through out the project.

Best way to keep track of the pending tasks and projects!

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really appealing how easy it is to use the program by having a visually intuitive interface allowing you to seamlessly manage your customers and see what steps your customers are taking. I also really like the few limitations that the free version has compared to the trial version.
It comes with a reminder option that can be quite useful in large work teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the points against it that I've noticed is the fact that it lacks customization by not allowing you to change things like design, appearance, etc. The statistics and analysis options are a bit limited for what today is the competition and although you can check the progress does not allow you to see the statistics of each user working on it.
Something to mention is the lack of development in the tools for importing and downloading data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been a very useful tool in my workflow by helping me to plan all my projects in a simple way fulfilling everything I needed it to do, keep track of tasks and activities for better organization and keep track of the progress of each of the projects. It has facilitated a good job management allowing me to have a long list of projects in execution without neglecting any of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who are interested I can tell them to do some research, because although the interface is intuitive it can be a bit confusing for users new to the subject of planning workflows through applications.
It is recommended that any inconvenience or dissatisfaction with any program error be reported through the support chat, the creators of Monday.com are aware of each problem and are improving with each update.

Best Project Management Platform I have ever worked on!

What do you like best about the product?
Platform full of possibilities with lots of features, easy-friendly, very intuitive, and innovative (new features regularly released)
This is a great tool to plan and communicate project timelines to teams & clients, organize your to-do lists or team tasks (as a manager). I like the different views you can have for your data (dashboards, Gantt, Kanban....).

Their newsletters are helpful and nice to read. But the best is all their tutorial videos!!! Full of tips and best practices to get the best of the tool. I'm a huge fan and recommend the tool to my peer, close friends and even... clients! From a very happy customer :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I spot a few (minor) bugs, but working in technology might be a bias. Nothing else so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization by splitting tasks to the team, collecting feedback or ideas, sharing project KPIs with the different dashboards, following team challenges, organizing my day with to-do lists, recording my client meeting notes...

I have reduced my time on meeting organization (preparing agendas, re-writing notes...) as having everything on the same tool helped a lot to be more efficient + better communication through my team as my boards are accessible at any time for them if they need any updates on a task/project

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy for me to track projects. I study monday.com So very easy to track projects, collaborate with my team and clients. I suggest this software to our team and client. So we are starting to use this software in jan2022. And this software UI is very clean so nice. The extraordinary adaptability for utilization across multiple fronts (HR, Planning, Project management, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is excellent software, and I don't see anything so far that I don't like. In my opinion, it is a perfect platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my side don't see any problem. Our team start working on this software in jan2022.

Easy Project Management - Even if you aren't a Project Manager

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it very easy for me to track projects that I am working on. I can create custom boards for each project or a sizeable omnibus tracker for multiple projects. The built-in templates are a great place to get started, and the built-in automations are not only intuitive but make the system fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great at making sure that you see when one of your collaborators had made edits or comments in a shared board. However it can be a bit challenging to get through all the notifications to find what is important. For example, if I'm overseeing one board, but don't really need every notification, I cannot customize when I'm notified of changes. This is fine when the board I'm on is one where I'm an end-user. On boards where I am managing the end-users, the notifications can get overwhelming, and it feels a bit like not seeing the forest for the trees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is vital to my recruiting efforts. In the midst of the tightest job market in a decade, I have to be quick and nimble when it comes to connecting with candidates. Monday.com allows me to not only track where I am in the recruiting process, but it lets me see where my co-workers are. It allows for any of us to assist a candidate who is calling in, even if that candidate is not someone we're actively engaged with. It allows for a seamless experience for our candidates.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it so easy to keep my team's workload organized. I can get a quick overview of our entire queue and filter by any combination of fields (i.e., status, owner, etc.). Also, customer support has been very helpful with creating different dashboards to create a high overview of things for our executive leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features on my wishlist for the platform. I would personally like just a little more customization in the MyWork view. For example, being able to see multiple date columns vs having to pick one (we use this as some items may have multiple checkpoints. Also in MyWork, if your looking at a subitem, clicking to view the details of the parents kicks you out of the my work view. Finally, in automations, I'd love to be able to pull text from either board name or group name into the name of a "Create new item" automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Workload view keeps us from stacking too many tasks on one person, and My Work keeps each individual in tune with their tasks. Also, having all our notes in one place has made it easy to reassign the task to another individual to pick up where someone else left off.

For some users, especially those unfamiliar with project management tools, there might be a slight learning curve initially. The extensive features and customization options might take a bit of time to fully grasp.

For me it's the Inefficient Workflows - we often have complex workflows that involve many different people and stages.
Monday.com allows teams to create custom workflows that suit their specific needs, which helps improve efficiency and productivity.

Streamlined, adaptive project management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been an incredibly helpful tool for collaborating across departments. The user interface is streamlined and easy to use, with an incredible degree of flexibility based on the individual needs of each stakeholder. Customizing each board based on what it is tracking has been easy and effective. Even visually, the platform feels sleek, approachable, and modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many possible functionalities, there is a bit of a steep learning curve initially. Setup takes some time for any sizeable organization, and training takes quite some time as well. Because new capabilities are often being added, continuing education should just be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-departmental collaboration is the biggest problem that I am solving with Monday.com. The ability to keep everyone on the same page in one central hub has massively reduced the need for repeated emails and unnecessary meetings. This ultimately saves a lot of time, and spares myself and my colleagues from potential tension or misunderstanding. There is never any question about where to go for the most up-to-date information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a strong collaboration tool, I don't think there is anything better out there at present than Monday. The platform is constantly being upgraded, so be sure to experiment with their test labs, where you can try out their beta functions; often, you can find gems there.
