What do you like best about the product?
I like best that We can edit how we want to use it in so many ways. Track sales leads, work progress on many levels. I even used it to organize our Christmas party.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con is sometimes i find it hard to navigate to different boards but that could just be my.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a check-off list and gathering point for every construction job, so multiple users can log in edit status and see what progress each job is at no matter where they are, from staff in the field to workers in the office. I even use it for myself to track my sales and Christmas party list.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface looks great and makes it easy to use. My company is able to organize projects and loop everyone involved. We also keep directories and contact information available to all who need it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally my review said I wanted more organization and they have added that in since I made my previous review! There are so many things to do with Monday and it keeps improving so I don't have anything negative at the forefront to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, To-Do lists by team, Training platforms, Contact information available to all in the company, updated easily and by multiple users in case something is missed by another

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the site. Very easy to customize for our business and make our own. Monday.com has made it simple to organize our contracts and add all the necessary subitems to keep track of our information. The message feature makes it so easy to communicate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is maybe how we have to scroll to the right to get to our item's end, then scroll back to open the subitem. That takes away from the ease a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved our problem of having too many spreadsheets. With Monday.com, we are able to keep everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use, and easy to get solutions if there are bumps. The open access to workflows, documents, and projects has made it easier for our school to function and increased the efficiency of our admin staff.

We have built our processes, training, and communication around it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps, the default notifications are set to notify all users with each update. You'll have to turn it off so it doesn't overwhelm the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Monday to create workflows that will enable all new staff to onboard in a shorter period, and with less training. Our staff are onsite a few days a week and work the rest from home. Monday enables us to be transparent about progress and communicate easily in our model.

We use Monday to create simplified weekly and annual workflows for positions in the school that can be overseen by supervisors

We track key measures through dashboards so managers and upper-tier managers have access to key data.

Monday.com can be used for just about everything

What do you like best about the product?
We love the flexibility of the Monday platform. Almost any piece of data can be stored in Monday, and we have everything from our main order system, through to individual work plans, staff leave requests and much more stored in different boards in Monday. Some of data sets are very large, so the ability to manage the views, so that the different teams can see just the data set that they want is super helpful.

We feed a LOT of data in automatically via their API which has been upgraded over the years and is now quite powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday platform can become slower when there is a huge data set. We have one of our main order management systems in a single board, and on the end had to start archiving items as they became too slow to use.

I also wish there were different themes, particularly something that looked a little more formal. The Monday system is very colorful and has a few buttons that I don't constantly want on the screen. In the end I use a CSS editor in Chrome to remove the parts that I don't want. But it would be nice if this could be done within Monday.

If you have a team of people that you're trying to get on the same page, then try Monday

Monday combines functionality with great integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Monday does the work of at least 3 or 4 individual products and keeps getting better. There are also many integrations and they keep updating and adding regularly. It combines spreadsheet with todo list and project management functionality. I also love that I can use it it on desktop, iPad, and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being web-based it is occasionally slow or down for short periods. This can leave you without access to your workflow. We regularly use the map function and it can be a bit buggy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped to streamline my workflow and communicate better with colleagues throughout a project. Previously used 3 or 4 other programs to do what Monday does. We recently eliminated a huge, unwieldy spreadsheet and replaced with a Monday board and the transition has been great. Streamlined workflow allows much more to get done with out entering info in multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been relatively easy to implement and set up and been instrumental is connect our team virtually. It took us some time to get used to using it but now it is really helping us automate tasks and create workflows

You are not able to get as many users without paying a higher tier.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an accessable and user friendly platform for teams to collaborate over multiple projects, share information, and share timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about all the "add-ins" or "apps" that can be linked to Monday.com. I have not used them because I feel like Monday.com gives me/us all the platform options we need and the extra apps might be too many "cooks in the kitchen"?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessable and easy to update and maintain in real-time. A great platform for our team to collaborate, share information and share timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love the new Gantt chart view. Easy to update and manipulate.

Powerful project management tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multi-faceted ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams. It is simple enough to handle my complicated to-do list and robust enough to do the heavy lifting of integrating various approaches of project management within our team. I switched over immediately once our team adopted Monday.com and I've been happy ever since!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a robust product with a decent learning curve. It has built-in redundancies that can be a bit much, so if you are looking for clean, quick, and simplified, Monday.com is going to give you more than you are expecting. For example, there are multiple ways to stay connected and get notified. If you are not careful, you'll get updates, emails, notifications inside and outside the platform. The volume can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between our production, communication, administration and executive teams, there are a lot of communication and coordination needs. The ability to notify and assign multiple people to various aspects of multiple projects and calendars is handled with ease through Monday.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to learn the nuances of Monday.com. It's a powerful tool.

Versatile People & Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizations, templates, and automations. We use this tool on everything from hiring flow to task and project management to contact database for vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too few automations per month for basic plans. We finally upgraded to a Pro account, but would like to see the Basic have at least 1000 automations per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had communication issues between leaders who work different shifts. GroupMe can’t solve project management issues and the complex levels of communications that revolve around keeping things moving and accountability for action steps along the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The trial period gives you plenty of time to set some boards up. Use the templates and watch a couple tutorials. If you have issues, reach out for help to Monday.com.

Pro Tip: Go for full implementation in your organization on at least two or three areas (HR, task management, repair and maintenance, sales flow, etc.) and get full buy-in from end users in your org. After that, there’s no going back!
