User-Friendly with Room for Improved Resource Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for project management and appreciate the ease of use and the user interface. I find the automations particularly valuable for scheduling reminders for important tasks and modifying status in response to certain events. The initial setup of monday Work Management was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
resource management, the availability of the resources does not seem to be 100% accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for control of activities, resource allocation, and sharing information. The automations help me schedule reminders and modify statuses automatically, enhancing efficiency.
Monday Work Management Streamlines Enterprise PMO Governance and Workflow Automation
What do you like best about the product?
As a Head of PMO Governance, the platform’s strength lies in its ability to balance high-level strategic visibility with granular task execution. The automation engine is world-class, allowing me to standardize governance workflows and RAID logs across multiple departments without manual intervention. It serves as a perfect 'operating system' for the 400+ technical assets I manage, ensuring that project metadata is consistent and reportable at an enterprise scale
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is incredibly intuitive, the advanced permissioning and 'Guest' access levels can sometimes be restrictive for complex, cross-functional governance audits. Additionally, when managing extremely large datasets or massive portfolios, the dashboard load times can occasionally lag. I would love to see more native, deep-level 'out of the box' integration for technical documentation version control without relying on third-party widgets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it solves for me is decentralized governance. Before using monday.com, managing 400+ technical assets and ensuring they were correctly deployed across different teams was a manual, error-prone process. It has eliminated information silos by providing a single, automated 'source of truth' for my PMO infrastructure.
The benefit is a significant reduction in administrative overhead. I can now build automated Governance Gates and RAID log escalations directly into our project boards. This ensures that every project starts with standardized DNA and maintains compliance without me having to manually audit every status change. It has effectively transformed our PMO from a reactive support function into a high-velocity, data-driven delivery engine.

Efficient Collaboration, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the email automations in monday Work Management. They help us save a lot of admin work time by automatically handling updates and preventing the need to draft the same email repeatedly. The platform helps us work efficiently with better collaboration, and we've successfully integrated it with HubSpot, with plans to test the Zendesk integration as well. Though I wasn't around for the initial setup, changing our ways of working now seems straightforward. Within our department of 120+ colleagues, it's been quite effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connections with boards can be improved, especially with column connections like the date column which should only show what date has been selected in the connected board rather than picking the earliest, latest, etc. Also, it's a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday Work Management for campaign, project, and task management. It helps us work efficiently with better collaboration and the email automations save us a lot of admin work time.
Streamlining Patient Management with Versatile Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to build dashboards on monday Work Management, which has been super helpful for my team to utilize day-to-day. The dashboards are a significant benefit because they help synthesize complex information into digestible KPIs for our team members. I also love the little quote of the day feature, although I wish there were more quotes to avoid recycling through the same ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find limitations with the work management platform as our organization scales, especially without updating to Monday CRM. It limits the full functionality we could achieve. In referral management, the tracking is tricky because we only have the creation date column, and I’d love a simpler way to track patient status like Salesforce. The real-time nature of data doesn't keep it static, which makes strategic decisions harder. Also, the data entry is restricted to left to right unless using work forms, which my team finds inconvenient since they prefer entering data from top to bottom. This causes limitations in triggering automations. Lastly, the dashboard's quote of the day cycles through the same ones, and one is kind of offensive, so more variety would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps improve the patient experience and synthesize complex information for our team, enhancing our customer service and workflow efficiency.
Helps me stay on top!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visuals; the layout was helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A desktop version would be great for times when I’m not connected to the internet. The AI integration is a really nice touch, and I also appreciate that there’s a free version available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped me stay organized, manage my time better, and improve my overall performance in both my job and my academic work.
Intuitive Platform with Flexible Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to manage my team's workload and track what everyone is working on. I appreciate how it acts as a central repository for all our projects, ensuring nothing falls off our list and gets forgotten. I really like the interface because it's very easy to categorize projects, assign people, track progress, leave notes, and set due dates. It's incredibly flexible and intuitive, allowing me to create as many different categories as needed, which gives us a granular level of visibility. The flexibility to create custom categories exactly as we need them is very valuable. The initial setup was very easy, and despite the challenge in managing team members in the menu, setting up was simple. Overall, even though I feel we might be overpaying for its utility, monday Work Management is very helpful in staying on top of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not much a fan of its timeline dashboard, or whatever it's called. Maybe a Gantt chart? That kind of structure just doesn't work for what we do. Timelines aren't really possible to lay down as they are with many other jobs. Our projects rely on other stakeholders and we often end up waiting for them to move before we can. It can be a little tricky to add or remove people from the team because it's buried in the menu. I do feel like we overpay for the utility we get out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday to manage my team's workload effectively, keeping all projects centralized, avoiding forgotten tasks. The flexible interface allows us to categorize and track progress easily, providing essential visibility to manage workloads better.
Organized Workflows with Powerful Automations and Visual Versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of monday definitely its the organization with sophisticated automations and the visual versatility
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls Manu features that users considers essencial are locked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Se have a lot of process of production so we need a tool for organization visualization and management thats where monday enter he can deliver everything we need
Streamlined Campaign Management with Strong Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations in monday Work Management, especially with Salesforce. Although there were times when it was a bit limited in pulling information from Salesforce, overall, it streamlined my process in setting up campaigns. It helped by having a lot of information already preloaded, which I could then provide to our operations team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the integrations were kind of sometimes, it was a two-sided thing. It worked really well when I wanted to work, and then sometimes it would break for no reason. My team would have to go back in and reconfigure the setup to prevent it from happening again. That happened regularly, but it didn't hinder my ability to perform in monday.com. It took a long time, actually. It was about a year and a half to two years before we were actually able to get on to monday.com and use the software itself. I don't think that was necessarily monday.com's fault. I think we had a lot of internal tech issues which compounded and lengthened the onboarding time to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management streamlines setting up campaigns by preloading Salesforce data, reducing manual effort compared to Jira.
Easy Integrations, Custom Workflows, and Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace. The OneDrive integration specifically is our work around for the file storage issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication between different departments. information sharing among different departments. and real time adjustments to that information resulting in limited opportunity for oversights and human errors
Visual and Customizable, But Pricing Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual and highly customizable boards that make it easy to organize work exactly how my team needs it. The automation features save us significant time by handling repetitive tasks seamlessly. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration tools that keep everyone aligned without endless email chains. The initial setup was quite intuitive thanks to the ready-made templates that suit various team needs. Customizing boards and workflows required minimal training, allowing us to get started quickly. Integrations like Google Drive and Zapier help streamline file sharing and automate cross-platform workflows, which I find incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features and customization options. Pricing scales quickly, making it less cost-effective for larger teams or smaller budgets. Mobile app functionality still lags behind the desktop version, limiting productivity on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to streamline team workflows, organize tasks, and track projects. It centralizes communication, eliminates confusion with clear assignments, saves time by automating processes, and offers real-time visibility into project status.
