complex for new users , certain workflows may require technical support

Consolidation module is good, which help is auto elmination of intercompany entries.
The best accounting software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is simplified and accessible. You can do a lot of things that in other sofwares you cannot do. It makes daily tasks as well as month end tasks very quick, especially with some automation features it has introduced for bank reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything I dislike. I always see they keep adding and improving things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting and revenue
The software is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate.

I enjoy how simple it is to print reports and how easy it is to navigate through the software.

I dislike that I am unable to make certain changes when I make a minor mistake with billing.

It helps keep all of our projects and budgets all in one place.
Sage Intacct: A Helpful Tool with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Sage Intacct because it makes managing financial information much easier and more organized. The cloud-based system is user-friendly, and I find it convenient to access from anywhere, which is helpful for keeping things up to date. I like how it provides clear reports and detailed insights that make it simple to track expenses, revenues, and overall financial health. It has definitely streamlined processes that used to take much longer, and I feel more confident knowing the information is accurate and reliable. Overall, Sage Intacct has been a positive tool for me, and I appreciate how it supports efficiency and better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I’ve found is that some of the reporting functions can be a bit complex at first, and they take extra time to learn.

Sage Intacct helps solve several problems related to managing financial information and reporting. It centralizes data in one cloud-based system, reducing the time spent on manual tracking and eliminating errors from using multiple spreadsheets. It also provides detailed reporting and real-time insights, making it easier to understand financial performance and make informed decisions
Sage Intacct - For everyday use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Sage Intacct is very user friendly. All the menus are very easy to comprehend. It is not very difficult to navigate the software. The menus are very organized, and they complement the process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike about Sage Intacct, maybe a recommendation. Every time we load on a child view, the data will reload on the next tab. Also, for the General Ledger view, I can recommend highlighting the total amounts in presentation view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to summarized data and generate reports very quick. In accounting, having a report on time is one of our main goals. In Sage Intacct, after we encoded all the data, we can generate many reports as we like. It saves us time to do the report manually. With the help of Sage Intacct, we have the ease of having a correct report on time.

It's fairly easy to use and understand how to use the software

I don't think it is always easy to trouble shoot an error when it throws a error code and how to fix it.

It solves our needs for a accounting software.
Review of Sage Intacct Software
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses Sage Intacct primarily for managing time cards, and overall, the experience has been positive. One feature I find especially useful is the ability to duplicate previous time cards—this saves time and reduces repetitive data entry. Additionally, the record search functionality makes it easy to generate reports based on my logged hours, which helps with tracking productivity and project billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn’t the most user-friendly since it takes a while to figure out where everything is. Some tasks feel more complicated than they need to be, with too many steps to complete simple actions. I also wish there were more flexibility in customizing time card views and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps streamline how we manage time cards and financial records. Before using it, tracking hours and generating reports was a manual, time-consuming process.
Good but klunky

Fast easy to use, lots of features organized in an efficient way
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching for a company you can only use the first word of its name. It would be easier if searches also worked with the second, third, fourth word or even part of a word, sometimes we only remember part of the name but not the first word exactly right

Sage Intacct makes our accounting way easier. It lowers down on manual work, keeps everything in one place, and gives us good reports so we always know what’s going on. It’s super helpful as our business grows.

What do you like best about the product?
The AP Bill automation is great for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sage employees that should be able to help us fix and figure out things have been pretty much useless on things that they should be able to help easily with. We have had a ton of issues with the way that our company was originally set up, most issues that would have been handled if we had been properly guided in our implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There haven't been many things that they have solved that we have had issues with. We have had to figure most things out ourselves.
