Very easy to navigate around and provides me with all the reports and details I need

What do you like best about the product?
The AP Bill automation is great for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sage employees that should be able to help us fix and figure out things have been pretty much useless on things that they should be able to help easily with. We have had a ton of issues with the way that our company was originally set up, most issues that would have been handled if we had been properly guided in our implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There haven't been many things that they have solved that we have had issues with. We have had to figure most things out ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The procedural workflow features are the best for ensuring company compliance. Every action can have a workflow step than carries it to the next link in the chain and supervisors can review and approve all moves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more basic reports already built into the report center that gives you all the common dimensions of interest for quick reviews. having to build a report while in a busy reporting period is time consuming and at times frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage provides a great system for multi entity companies that makes oversight of the whole organization a lot easier. Other accounting programs have multi entity capabilities, however the combined management interfaces tend to be more seperated in view and management and don't always allow for user restrictions to some entities over others.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly. It is real-time reporting, customizable reports. Its a very good platform for financial visibility and efficiency with teh accurate data. Its remote accessibility and customizable dimensions helps to provide details financial analysis. Integration-friendly with tools like BILL, SIMPL and Nexonia. Very well managed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Sage Intacct. Usinf this platform for more than 5 years and one of the most comfortable platform to be used by all the organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manula Interventions on the financial reports, custom report are reduced. Sage Intacct automates AP, AR, bank reconciliation, reporting to save time and reduce mistakes. Intacct also offers real-time dashboards, drill-down reports, dimensional tagging, and customizable reporting.

What I like most about Sage Intacct is how user-friendly and efficient it is for managing complex accounting tasks. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. I especially appreciate the automation features—things like account reconciliations and payment processing can be done with minimal manual effort, saving a ton of time.
Another big plus is the real-time reporting. Being able to generate accurate financial reports instantly helps a lot with decision-making and gives better visibility into the company’s financial health. And since it’s cloud-based, I can access it from anywhere, which is super convenient when working remotely or needing to check something on the go.
It also integrates well with other platforms like Salesforce, which streamlines workflows between departments and reduces data entry errors. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that makes accounting more efficient and less stressful

Also, while the reporting features are powerful, customizing reports can be tricky without some training or support. Firts how much time it saves through automation. Tasks that used to take hours like invoice processing or generating reports are now done in minutes. Plus, the realtime visibility into financial data makes it easier to catch issues early and make informed decisions. It’s definitely made my work more efficient and less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is that some of the navigation can feel a bit unintuitive at first. It takes time to get used to where everything is, especially when switching between modules. Also, certain customizations require admin access or support, which can slow things down. But once you get the hang of it, it’s a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping solve a lot of the manual workload and inefficiencies we used to face in Accounts Payable. Processing invoices is much faster now thanks to automation and smart workflows. It reduces errors, helps us stay on top of due dates, and gives us better visibility into vendor balances and approvals. That’s made my day today work smoother and has freed up time to focus on more strategic tasks.
Sage Intacct is a game-changer, an excellent tool that makes our accounting work easier.

I'm really satisfied with Sage Intacct. It's very flexible and I've used it in multiple industries and the overall flexibility of it makes it a very nice and good fit across the board. I love the user-friendly interface and the variety of options we didn't have in Sage 100.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service can improved, and for beginners, Sage Intacct can have a bit of a learning curve.

I love how Sage Intacct keeps everything in one place and well organized. I find it extremely simple and easy to use and for more than 4 years, Sage Intacct has simplified our accounting tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing. This is not progressive, impossible to navigate, research, edit, find. It is the worst accounting platform I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything! Reports - even standard have to be built. If you omit a GL account in error... your P&L is wrong and you wouldn't even know it! Trying to find anything is impossible. Everything appears a "batch" item so you have to open every transaction to see what is was. Example - you drill down on the PL account to see what posted to this account. you have no idea! you have to open every transaction.
Don't get me started... nothing is intuitive - it is a total waste of time!

seamless expense drilldown, easy to access anywhere on any device, has a intuitive interface and easy to use applications (AP, AR, Ledger), and you can automate reports and email results to outside users
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval hierarchy can be confusing, some automated reports using HTML do not work, unknown automated report arrival time (Sometimes 12-1AM)

Help team work in a cohesive manner all submitting entries/bills/adjustments to the same shared ledger and integrated systems, helps keep track of grants
