Sage has been a great asset to our company.
What do you like best about the product?
We have a better method to track our grant revenue and expenditures.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the new features are great, but I need to come up with additional funds. Being a nonprofit, sometimes it is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting good audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the reporting capabilities and ease of use. Appreciate the ongoing support. Implementation went very smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, just slow going to enter historical data. I'm getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily made the switch from QBO to assist in consolidation and now realize there are so many more possibilities.

comprehensive finance functions built in for all finance users whether you are an expert or not

apis are not broad and comprehensive though they have now come up with rest Apis

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the platform is to use. I am really impressed with how extracting data is easy and always in the format you want/need. There are a variety of add-ons you can use to taylor the system to meet your organizations needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The parts I dislike about Sage mainly have to do with our company setup and not being knowledgable enough to know better before hand. Implementation partners of Sage could have been more helpful. The AP approval process could be improved to include an invoice routing feature. The current options that were presented to our company was use the purchasing feature or approve each individual invoice prior to payment which has been very time consuming. Currently we are using Bill.com to route AP invoices for approval, but they also leave some things to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to be able to attach all backup to AP, JE, AR transactions so nothing needs to be found outside of the system.

We just went live this month, however the entire experience has been great. From vetting to implementation, everything went smoothly.

I'm not sure. We are just learning the product, but so far so good!

Reporting! I am very excited about the various reports that I will able to generate efficiently.
I love the product, the only module I have problems with is the deposit module.

The product is very user friendly, and it.

The deposit module does not allow you to sort by item.

We work with one of your partners to create our PO intergration, and it was a pleasure to work with our rep.
Presenation of the product
What do you like best about the product?
That is communicate with a lot other ERP systems. The implamantation and transisition to get data to Sage should be more seamless and more accurarate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the upbeat energetic presentation unfortunately is not enough of those. most are very monotone and boring. The product is great and deserves a proper representation. Make it more entaractive and more fun.

I love the Copilot cant wait for that to be implemented in my company

One data base to hold basic info into regarding finance

Requisition approval tracking is lacking

Slice & dice - Drag & Drop and easy dimesnions recording and retriving information

Nothing as such as they are already committed and invested in continuos improvement

Sage has elimated lots of duplication and reconcilaition issues specially for inter company transactions. We have reduced our GL Accounts form 3000 to 500 and its working great for us
Automation is key to efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Love how Sage Intacct is continuing to improve processes. Over the year we have used Sage Intacct, we have been introduced to new processes to help our process. The biggest improvement was AP automationn. This has been a game changer in reducing data entry and increasing accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is still a little clunky. Not always intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating data entry through AP automationn. Giving more access to end users to see their own data with Dashboards - eliminating the need for us to print reports monthly.
