Great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The learning curve was not as bad as I thought it would be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features available that it can be hard to utilize all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intercompany transactions are much easier to work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that the product is great, and the amount of features available can make your life a lot easier.

Review of Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy of use. It's not difficult to learn or anything. It's so simple it was pick up within a matter of minutes versus hours.
The tabs are very useful and it's navigation is super easy. There is ease of use and the colors of the website are nice as well. It's formating is simple to understand it's nice when the forms will automatically click back when you are trying to delete somethin almost as if it is trying to have you double check to make sure you want to delete what you actually have tried to delete.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The code is great. There's really nothing else more to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for accounting work and there's not problems that are needed to be solved I think. None that we've had to solve at least.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the Contracts Module. Avatax Integration is easy to configure and use. Constantly coming out with new features and functionality that make real impact on ease of use and streamlining processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report building and functionality is a little tricky. Issues with data/record limits. Integration support could be better. Custom rules/field automation is a little complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contracts and renewals is very easy for us and our customers. Most of our contracts are now "set it and let the system do the work".

Explore all modules and areas of functionality to find if solution is right for you. Ask about Dimensions and how they might benefit your business and reporting. Ask about integrations with other solutions your business uses.
Highly Recommend Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and GL accounts are very well explanatory made them easy to use. Intacct has a great web interface, is much more cost-effective, and allows for the importing of data. It's very easy to create reports. We use Intacct for accounting and reporting. It's very easy to create reports. It has streamlined our accounts receivables, account payables, and financial reporting. The audit trail becomes much clearer and easier. Overall is very easy to use. I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed with Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one dislikes AP and AR adjustments you have to do manually. Sometimes very hard to do the manual bank reconcile. Sage Intacct continues to improve and add features, which allows us to continue to grow with the software as the company grows. Overall is very easy to use. We are very happy with the integration but wish that we're able to do more with the core product in Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to Day Accounts payable and receivable, Multiple Bank reconciliations, General entries. AP and AR adjustments. Very Simple to use and User friendly. It has streamlined our accounts receivables, account payables, and financial reporting. Highly recommended!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very User Friendly. Sage Intacct has been a wonderful accounting tool. From the ease of application and going live to everyday use, you will not be disappointed in choosing it. We have also been freed up from requiring IT support on the software since Sage manages all updates and that has been a huge benefit to us to allow our company to focus our resources in other areas. It's very easy to create financial reports and bank reconciliation. Highly recommended.
Very Positive for Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use... so easy for me to enter time on a weekly basis.

The UI could be updated to a more modern look and feel.

Weekly time entry is a pain for our staff, Sage Intact makes it easier which results in higher rates of compliance.

Easy to learn and use, lots of options and plug-ins. Multi-entity option makes managing various family companies easy and less time consuming. annual user meeting to learn new functions and exchange ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far we are quite satisfied with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have various operating companies to manage. Using intacct we are able to use one log in to manage all of them at once, we can even book journal entries to serveral entities at the same time saves time and energy. We also use prepaid module, sales order module which makes it much easier to manage and monitor our prepaids and invoices. Integration with Bill.com, Yooz also streamlined our AP process.
Bang for your buck
What do you like best about the product?
The customized reporting abilities and customizable dimensions, along with software integrations. The software is very affordable for what you get if you work with a Sage Intacct Accounting Partner. The dashboards allow for customizable transparency that can be tailored to each client's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is completely customizable, you have to know what you are doing or work with someone that knows what they are doing. It can be expensive for full use pricing. It can be expensive to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find the largest benefit that Sage Intacct provides to our clients is reporting and transparency via real time dashboards. The reporting we can create for them provides additional information they did not have previously, much more efficiently. Additionally, Sage integrates with several softwares allowing us to improve efficiency of the AP, AR, and expense reporting system.
