Astounding program for cloud based financial management.
What do you like best about the product?
Presence of comprehensive and robust features which are easy and intuitive to use. It's easy to streamline all financial processes regardless of the complexity. Flawless report generating amplifying crafting of tailored reports which fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the platform can be sluggish. All other aspects/features are doing well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apparently our reporting is more accurate and easy to manage. Business wise, sage intacct has fully met client requirements.

The difference between Sage and our old ERP system is staggering.

The best part for me is the job costing and work in progress features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some dedicated work on the front end to set up; however, once that is completed the day to day is 10x easier and faster than other ERP systems I have used.

Sage Intacct is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very easy to use with many features. It is easy to implement as well

Customer Support is what I dislike sometimes they give very fast resolution but sometimes its very delayed.

Initial setup process is a bit complex.

It hlps orginization overcome issues related to manual data entry, complex fiancial reporting, and lack of real time insights. The benefits include increased effieceny, improved accuracy, timley decision making and scalability as businesses grow.

What do you like best about the product?
If your business is a medium or small enterprise, then Intacct is the best financial tool, intacct provides extensive standard and custom features, its platform where you can do recording, reporting and consolidation and the best is its communication with the 3rd party integrated systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct should have duplicate vendor or customer data input warning message trigger and must not allow users to create customer/vendor ID with same information input twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is providing seamless recording of transaction and its subsequent reporting , which really helps client to finalise their periodic or annual financial.

What do you like best about the product?
Being to quickly evaluate our customers status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to drill down to aging, not having easy access to our customers history, not having an ability to activate an alert when accessing a customer's profile(from all points of access).
I am new to SAGE and would like access to customize our customers intormation, as I need it. Perhaps my counterparts have not needed or shared these abilities/accesses. I have not found a tutorial/operating manual at my company to create a more user friendly features for my needs.

Best Accounting Software Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is super easy to use and very user friendly. The customer support is top notch and they are always available when you need them. We use Sage Intacct every day. This is because of their seemingly endless list of useful features. Sage Intacct was very simple to integrate into our company and it's implementation is even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve but Sage University was extremely helpful in learning how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of our accounts and making sure our AP and AR are being filled out correctly and in a consistent manner with the helpful templates.
Much easier to use than Sage100
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is a lot more modern, and we can get approvals from within the software which is awesome. I use it every day at work. It easily integrates our approval process with AP. It was easily implemented in our daily routine and Chad from Sage has been great in giving us the Support we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything other than the fact that I have to change my password every 100 days but that is an understandable security requirement.
