Simple to use and great that it's cloud based
What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct is simple to use, has the features accounting teams need, and is cloud based which is much easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be made simpler and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bookeeping, reporting and general accounting. Multi-Entity is a massive bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sage Intacct is how the different reports are presented. The customization options are super helpful for tackling various challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like is that it can be a bit tricky to understand all the features at first, but I wouldn’t call it a real problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue we had before was needing to use multiple tools and platforms. Now, with Sage Intacct, we have everything in one place, which makes things so much easier and saves us a ton of time.
The best tool to manage your franchise.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is that it has all the features you need to keep your business under control. You can generate all kinds of customized reports to meet whatever needs come up along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn’t say it’s totally bad, but the learning curve might be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us easily and efficiently keep track of the numbers for different stores independently.

I am new to Sage Intacct and I find the application easy to navigate

Would be helpful if there are training video available. I am sure there are a lot of functions that I am not aware of.

Easy to post journal entries during month end close process.
User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has an intuitive, user-friendly interface that simplifies accounting tasks. Even for clients who are not particularly tech-savvy, the software provides a seamless experience. Navigating through different modules like general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and project accounting is straightforward, which helps save time and reduce the learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
For clients who are new to Sage Intacct or transitioning from simpler accounting systems, the learning curve can be challenging. While the basic functionalities are user-friendly, mastering more advanced features such as custom reporting, integrations, or configuring workflows often requires a deeper understanding of the platform. For me as an accountant, this can be time-consuming, especially when I'm trying to get new users up to speed quickly.

Many businesses still rely on spreadsheets or legacy systems to manage accounting processes, which can lead to errors and inefficiencies. The time spent on manual data entry and reconciliations can be overwhelming.Sage Intacct automates routine accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations. The system’s automation reduces human error and frees up time for more strategic work, which is especially beneficial for me as an accountant. I can focus on higher-level analysis and financial advising, rather than spending time on repetitive administrative tasks.This automation boosts efficiency, reduces errors, and allows me to dedicate more time to providing valuable insights to my clients rather than getting bogged down by manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities are on point for sure.

It is not as user friendly as i would like.

What do you like best about the product?
The menu is easy to navigate. Information is fairly easy to find, even if it is related to a different team member's area of expertise. I work in AP, but it's easy to find information under AR and cash management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently started using software with AI to help process invoices. We still use the Bills section of Sage and process payments through Sage, but we wanted AI to help speed up invoice processing and give our approvers a more user-friendly platform. Sage Intacct is easy for our finance team members that use it everyday, but it's not as user friendly to other departments.

the need to have an integration for everything such as processing payments

We had outgrown quickbooks and sage makes it a lot easier
I have had a great experience using Sage.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Sage is very friendly, in a way that I am able to get around without many problems. Sage also has a lot of great features that make it easy to upload templates to make work even faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Sage. I currently have no problems with the things that I am doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems with a lot of older programs is that they aren't updated to be very effecient. Sage has a lot of new features like uploading templates and downloading customized reports that make everything I do quicker.

Sometimes when you want something to take affect, you have to save it, close it and open it back up again. like vendor 1099
