Sage is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy jounral entries are to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could search any transaction for a vendor or customer from one scree.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do multiple things for one invoice in one system. I have to use Intacct every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how long it initially takes to get to the needed pages. Having to open multiple tabs makes searching easier and cuts down on the amount of time I spend waiting for the page to load. It would be easier for me if everything I needed to do with one invoice could be done from the same page. I frequently have to refund invoices, and this can't be done from Intacct. I have to go to Intacct to find the information and take it to Braintree (both EFT and CC versions). There's about a week's waiting period for everything to process and sync; then I have to use Intacct to verse on one page and reprocess on another. It isn't very easy to learn at first either. Since there are so many back and forth steps, a lot of manual fixes, one thing at a time, it takes a lot of patience and asking questions. The terms are more geared towards accountants and not a billing support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find copies of invoices for customers and reverse and reprocess invoices. All of these tasks help the customer get invoices paid and make sure the right customer is paying. Seeing all of the brand invoices in one spot helps show patterns and if any invoices aren't paid.

Few reportings are not supporting, every time we have to download and run in escel

It helps lot in all aspect

The development in sage is not at a very good pase, the ideas take time to get implemented, some of the idea are useful and need a quick turn around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping users to take an informed decision on recording their transactions as it allows an AP user who is processing a PO to make ammendment to the PO via change management and specifically in the construction module its really benefiting us.

Very easy to use, good customer support and has a lot of difference features

Not consistent between accounts payable and receivable screens.

Sage has an easy to understand interface. It also has out of the box integrations with several other high profile software providers that are very useful.

Some of the reporting is sort of clunky. Line items don't always sum up to subtotals in various reports.

Sage makes our accounting process stress free. We are completely reliant on its easy to use features.
Sage Intacct Makes Things Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an awesome cloud-based accounting solution that makes managing finances super easy. It’s great for growing businesses because it’s flexible, automates a ton of tasks, and gives you real-time insights into your numbers. I wasn't here for implementation but it seems like it was fairly simple with the help of the folks who onboarded the team. The reporting features are top-notch, and it integrates smoothly with other tools, so everything stays connected. Plus, it saves tons of time by cutting out manual work and reducing errors. With strong security and compliance features, it’s a solid choice for businesses that want better financial control without the hassle. If you’re looking for an easy-to-use, powerful accounting system, Sage Intacct is definitely worth checking out!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I really don't have any complaints about my time using the platform. Like any new tool, it took me a little while to get used to... But that's normal and definitely not a negative. It's simply a fully built out tool with lots to learn.

Sage Intacct helps solve a bunch of accounting headaches, like manual data entry, slow reporting, and disconnected financial systems. It automates key processes, giving real-time insights into finances, which means way less time spent on spreadsheets and more time making smart business decisions. What do you dislike about the product?
The consolidation module. In large group scenario when using the same COA across the group and having multi currencies, there is no way to hold each of the historical FX transactions at a specific rate given you only have one GL account for Share Capital etc.
The consolidation module converts P/L transactions at a monthly avg rate but for a UK GAAP consol the P/L in foreign currencies should be converted at a yearly avg rate, there is no easy work around for this.
There is no easy way to export FX rates out of Sage.

AP Automation and OCR tools
User friendly and easy to pick up and navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
Prepayment module and fixed asset module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts receivable and accounts payable payment module, can be difficult if multiple currencies are used

Problem it solves: user friendly not a lot of training needed or required to use the basic features, saves time and manpower.
