Best tool for accounting
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful to upload invoices and import them with ease

Loading time for processing cash applications can be minimized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves the time and most efficient in checking the errors for failure upload of invoices

Sage Intacct is largely intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is largely intuitive to use, and a significant improvement compared to our previous system. The availability of funding streams is a really helpful addition when accounting for lots of different grants and funding sources. The report building function enables the creation of entirely custom reports and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboards function is a brilliant way to showcase data, however it would be really useful if the individual dashboards could be saved down as a PDF file to be shared with budgetholders. The printable version currently available is much less accessible and aesthetically pleasing. Report building can be complex to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved recording functionality for multiple locations, fund accounting for a range of grants and funding streams.

What do you like best about the product?
Reports are easy to export and customize for our requirements. GL shows the information in a simple format which is great for showing non finance team members information without getting into too much detail.

inability to allocate DR/CR on balance sheets

Sage is super user friendly and the edit function is huge when it comes to reclassing entries

All the different windows you have to click through.

What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using Intacct, and it is very easy to use. We have a user helpline, and even as a fresher, I am easily performing cash applications, pulling ledger reports, and aging reports. and easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
while pulling ledger reports takes a bit of time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps me streamline my workflow by automating invoice generation, enabling a paperless process that saves time and resources. The AR Aging report allows me to easily track overdue payments and send collection follow-ups to customers, improving cash flow management. Additionally, the cash application feature enables me to process payments electronically, reducing manual effort and ensuring accurate, real-time updates to my financial records

What do you like best about the product?
Faster to create payment runs in one space
What do you dislike about the product?
Not simple to view ledgers, 6 hour window is frustrating, could make it at least 8 hours for a usual work day

Saving me time creating payment runs, simple and fast to do so now
Flexible and intuitive system which enhances decision making for our organisation
What do you like best about the product?
The financial and custom report writer tools are brilliant and allow you to produce ad hoc reports or more standard reports and management account report packs to run on a monthly basis. The dashboard view also always a more visual representation of our data which aids decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if the dashboard view in Sage Intacct could be exported in an easy to read format so that it could be distributed to key stakeholders in a paper form rather than relying on self service. At the moment when the dashboard is exported the formatting changes significantly to a poorer format
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct allows us to tag transactional data using multiple dimensions. This helps us to report in a more detailed way which in turn helps with decision making for the organisation.
Its just alright.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can pull data from Sage to Excel with ease, your company makes it very easy to do this, and I greatly appreciate how it centers the database around the user. I am a huge fan of doing my data work in Excel, so this makes Sage a very good software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular stands out about Sage. It is just kind of bland, not excited, and part of the daily humdrum. With the fun exciting interface and designs Salesforce has, it makes things less arduous and maybe you can learn from that.

it is doing a good job steamlining storage and assess of my data for the grants my company manages.
Reports are robust and accurate up to the minute details
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature helps me on a daily basis to make key descisions on financials. I love how with one click I can get details of transactions happening in real time or even do an aging report and find out where something went ary.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Sage on a daily basis and I need it to be quick and accurate. this was one of my key issues I was complaining baout my old system. Implementation took a bit and customizations, but it was well worth the wait. Customer service was a key help to all things timeline related. Our old system was integrated with ease and did not take long at all. Im glad we took the leap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated reports can really transform the way you handle financial data. They not only save time but also ensure accuracy and consistency in your reporting. I really appreciate the detailed financial statements that can be generated with just a few clicks.
