Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It has been so amazing with streamlining processes and allowing for more productive time to be better used by my staff! With a multiple entity company, having them all in one platform, avoiding the due to due from entries, the reporting aspect has all been great and I am excited to see what new programs will be added as we are continuting with implementations,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently not a lot that I dislike! Most issues we are having is more on our end and what we have chosen or will be choosing to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More professional reporting which has helped with our Banks to secure proper financing.

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The approval process for journal entries and the smart rules to help with matching
What do you dislike about the product?
We went live on age 8/1/23 so we do not have any dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is has helped our purchasing workflow. It has reduced the amount checks we cut to vendors which has made it easier to monitor
User friendly and lots of support, although underutilized system for us

There are many options for integrations.

So many different things to learn about the system, and little time to sit down and learn/ play with the system!

Reporting, GL management, AP automation

Extent of services and applications available to use and integrate, which is very handy for choosing any type of industry
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of API calls allowed. The package constraints to use unlimited calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to onboard customers using Intacct and allow them to use Mineraltree product to the best of its capabilities.
Sage has something for everyone

I like the ease of use of most of the features

There is nothing I dislike so far. Just getting started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the Prepaid Schedule functionality and ease of it creating the amortization schedule for you.
Sage Intacct just keeps improving
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly with features like duplicating entries to save data entry time. The other thing that i like best about Sage Intacct is that it is constantly improving the system and adding functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i dislike about Sage Intacct that I cannot contact Sage support directly, and I have to go through our accounting firm that we purchase Sage through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solve a big problem for our company when they added the Construction module. Being able to enter the project contracts and having the change management to track change orders has give us some much more visiblity and accuracy.

different capabilities like use of dashboards and reporting. very efficient compared to other softwares we have used

the reporting seems to be too technical.

Sage is very efficient and everything seems to be timely,

As an analyst I appreciate the ease of reporting financial data. I also appreciate that Sage recognizes the importance of story telling, that it is not just about the numbers.

I find submitted a customer service request frustrating and the turnaround time takes to long

Sage Intacct is easy to use. And is very flexible to meet specific industry and company needs.

Because everything is integrated, a seemingly easy tweak in one area can be complicated because one has to consider how that tweak affects other areas.

Automation in different areas, such as bank feeds, AP, etc.
