Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow and digital attachments. modules for every step of the accounting cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
Not booking transactins using debits and credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct workflows automate approvals. Digital Document attachments provide support for transactions

Sage Intacct is easy to use and a wonderful software!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy the software is to use and the fantastic reporting capabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there is so much to learn about the software that it never feels like we are using it to its fullest compacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us solve our reporting issues to department managers, senior leaders, and the board. It provides quick and accurate reporting to all stakeholders!
Highly accessible with Limited Integration Issues
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible customer service support. Fast product. Adaptable reporting for multi-entity consolidation
What do you dislike about the product?
Some controls have restrictions that do not align with my companies existing processes. AP Automation requires the audit trail feature to be shutoff, but it is required for HIPAA compliance. GL Outlier detection requires journal entry approval configuration which is an unnecessary step for our company to enact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an inflexible GL system prior to Sage Intacct that required lots of manual excel reports for multi-entity consolidation. With Sage, the flexibility is built into our custom financial reports.

very user friendly and implementation was easy

many add ons needed to achieve our goals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solved out major manual allocation issues and eliminated a dated access database that we were using to recognize revenue
Migration
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated from Sage 100 and the change has improved financial reporting significantly and streamlined processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't a dislike; we need more day-to-day time to understand more about the functionality so that we are using everything to its full capability.

Streamlining reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly powerful! It can handle all of needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too powerful that it is hard to understand everything it has to offer. Good thing they offer specialists and account managers that walk you through everything and have Sage Transform conferences!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Milti-entity reporting
My experience with Sage Intacct has been good thus far, but there is much more for me to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of capabilities and functionalities is large and wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of services and capabilities that I cannot access as the Senior Accountant unless I am assigned the specific permission ans as I'm doing new work or tasks it become a hassle to have my manager fix my access and permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined my company approximately four months ago and it seems to be helping consolidating our data and increaase our reporting capabilities.

So far it has been an exceptional experience. The partner and sales team did an excellent job navigating our requirements and manange expectations. The implementation partner has been a wonderful fit and we are very excited to go live. When

As of now there hasn't been any dislikes. Our experience has been really postive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping us manage project balances and reporting. Realtime dashboards with consolidated reporting. We are extremely excited to provide comprehensive realtime reports to our leadership.
Customizable, streamlined, modern, and growth-oriented
What do you like best about the product?
We're only a few months into our go-live after a guided implementation through a VAR and we can already take advantage of its features. We converted from Quickbooks Enterprise for our multi-entity shared company and already cut chore work out of our days to be able to focus on leveraging the platform further to get to our ultimate desire - core analytical work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibilities are seemingly endless, which can make the design and configuration daunting! While we appreciate being able to do beta and early adoption programs, improvements can be on a long roadmap.

Multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, console and instances for many users

Customizable to our unique clients and their multi-generational and multi-entity families.

not yet Family-Office focused or tailored to Individuals. Can't change the name for quickstart categories!
