Great tool with a great team behind
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy-to-use tool with a lot of functionality provided out of the box. On top of this, the team is super supportive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When following a particular framework, ISO 27001:2022 in our case, it makes it difficult to get a clear overview of controls required within the framework, statement of applicability. So we had to develop a different overview we used for audit purposes to show the controls, whether they are applicable to us or now and how they are implemented (where we linked all relevant Drata controls). So was a bit of a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated monitoring, risk management, controls management, evidence library.

Excellent platform, all my security and compliance data in one solution, perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can conduct all my GRC activities on one platform, and get instant feedback and dashboards to show my current level of compliance. In addition, the automation has helped increase efficiency exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be usefull to be able to manage all my risk in one area, however, I am informed that an enterprise risk module is being released shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating and therfore making security, risk, and thrid party management more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although it integrates with various applications, its performance in certain apps, such as Rippling, is suboptimal. Specifically, it fails to retrieve certain policies set on devices and experiences delays in updating, with some updates taking longer than 24 hours to reflect.

Drata makes the entire process for compliance reports not only easy, but repeatable.

I'd really like a built-in dark mode. :)

Drata makes it easy to stay organized. There is far too much to keep track of manually or in spreadsheets, and Drata keeps the tasks more streamlined with reminders and follow-ups.

Drata has been invaluable with getting our SOC2 and GDPR compliance in check.
What do you like best about the product?
Nice UX, Easy implementation process, great support, easy integrations, enabling easy automation and streamlining many processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to sync with our MDM.

Excellent customer support and is making SOC2 a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Honeslty the customer support has been the best thing about Drata. Additionally the amount of integrations fits our flows very well. It is fairly ease to use with a bit of coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI choices are hard to navigate and the pass/fail results could be easier to read for the monitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk Assessment, Security Reviews and SOC2 are all made much easier. Easy to manage policies and controls and see what we need to do for HIPPA and SOC2.[
Great Platform and Easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
Drata is easy to use, easy to implement, and has a very well made web application. Elizabeth has walked me through all my complaince needs in a very straightforward way. The development team does a great job at keeping the app up to date and adding new QOL features. Overall, I am very happy with their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a bit high for a small company, and some menues can be a little confusing to navigate if you don't know what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to get started with Drata and I use it every day. Pushbutton navigation, the knowledge center is very useful and I like that there are easy to digest videos. I really appreciate that I open up a template or control and they've marked for me what is required for which frameworks. This is super helpful if you are pursuing multiple certifications. Really like how connected everything is and how easy it is to integrate Drata with all of my tools. I also really appreciate the rapid response from their experts and the whole team. We never have to wait for them to get back to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small, startup I wish that Drata had checklists or a roadmap or some means of spoon feeding me what I need to do on the Admin side to operationalize all the controls. The system controls are easy. Connect and go. It's all the other aspecs. Not sure if I'm explaining this right and its entirely possible its a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a small business with limited resources new to compliance. Drata is helping us understand and execute faster and more accurately than we could ever do ourselves.
