I like the VTEX Commerce Platform for its smooth, multi-channel administration, its straightforward connectors, and its ability to optimise operations while also improving the customer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

One drawback of the VTEX Commerce Platform is that its pricing and setup can feel complicated for smaller businesses. In addition, some advanced features may require technical skills to implement and deploy successfully.

VTEX helps us overcome multi-channel management and integration challenges, so we can run operations more efficiently and deliver a better shopping experience

It offers various customization options to meet the specific needs that are being raised.

The sales update sometimes occurs slowly.

The site is undergoing a restructuring to facilitate the tracking of our sales.

Being able to track my clients' orders, and also being able to view the items they have chosen, allowing me to offer options for more products not yet sold by them.

I don't like it when the system crashes, but it is very rare for it to happen.

It is well segmented into categories according to each need and this makes it easier to use on a daily basis. Furthermore, it provides very complete reports and has a very quick response, which makes it easier to use on a daily basis.

It's very difficult to say, but perhaps some pages could load faster.

Management of products available on the website, and orders generated.

API based, customizable, scalable, flexible and robust solution.

There are features offered by other flatforms that are missing and still being developed.

Since it is a SAAS based platform, there is no need to upgrade to the newer version. IT connects to the ERP quite seamlessly which reduces a lot of manual order entry efforts.

The ecosystem is quite interesting as it was designed
