What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using the workflow builder to design custom automation playbooks. Ability to add custom API and webhook steps to integrate with non-supported response actions. Learning curve was significantly smaller than comparable SOAR products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have as mature of an ecosystem as some of the larger SOAR vendors, but is quickly adding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate key security operations processes, including threat enrichment workflows and automated response into security tools. Slackbot workflows make it easy to integrate into collaboration tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The smooth ui, the easy of debugging and the widely running capabilities help get amazing and powerful results in very short development time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any feature I might need or miss is mostly be found in the next release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq help me with two main business issues:
1) the security team is not scalable and have limited time and resources.
2) maintenance of several tools and integrations.
