What do you like best about the product?
Torq's AI capabilities provide large time saving opportunities in development and when utilized in production. Recently their addition of the transform AI tool has been a huge help, so I no longer have to crawl the JQ documentation to deal with transforming JSON data. I can simply write a plain text prompt and have Torq figure out the rest. I also frequently utilize the AI prompter as a starting point for new workflows in torq. They allow you to prompt their generative AI with the basic outline of a workflow and for basic workflows it can complete it itself or more complex ones it can build the template for you.
In production I have seen their new Socrates AI analyst autonomously execute playbooks, write summaries, and escalate cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
My main pain point with torq has been the lack of a git-like version control system. Which can become problematic when publish sends workflows straight into production. The Torq team has helped us development a work around where workflows require approval to be published, but there is no easy way to follow any gitflow convention such as having feature branches and a main branch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has helped us consolidate all of our security tools into one place and removed the amount of windows an analyst has to click through to work a singular alert.
Cloud Security Automation at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
Torq is an amazing platform that integrates with everything that we use. We can automate processes across all spaces in our environment from the cloud to app sec. We are very pleased with everything that we have done when it comes to the platform so far. The customer support part has been great as well. There is always someone to help with a workflow at any given time.
Edit: I have used Torq for about a year now, and it is still in the top two of my favorite tools to use, right next to Wiz. Once you get the hang of the platform, you can make almost any automation you can possibly imagine. It is very easy to learn and use if you have a solid idea of what you're trying to build.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a dislike about torq yet. We are happy with the platform.
Edit: The company is growing so fast, which is great, but Torq needs to hire for support folks who help with questions. Support has been extremely slow to respond to any open tickets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything that we do in cloud security we are going to try and it helps out in all spaces.
Edit: After having torq for over a year, it has benefited without a doubt in everything I do In the cloud security space. The endless intergrations help a lot and the product is very mature and Im excited to see where the company goes next.

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed documentation, user-friendly, Different workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be beneficial to include additional integration steps, as i often find myself defining custom steps but it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated redundant threat intelligence tasks with torq by designing workflows which gets triggered by our on-prem SIEM using step runner which is great as torq is SaaS based solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Torq for more than 7 years now and it's one of the best and most trusted automation tool i have ever encountered. It's brilliant with incredible and reliable features that are easy to learn and understand. Its the best tool for automation business workflows processes. I really love how Torq security automation helps me to finish tasks and it saves much time and effort. In fact, it was easy to link Torq to our other platforms like Jira and Slack. Availability of customer support team is a great advantage.

At first, it was a bit tough for me to fully understand all the features but with time everything was as simple as abcd.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges is that Torq has a steep learning curve so it can be a bit confusing for new beginners. In fact, it requires users to be well-trained on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how Torq responds quickly to any threat to ensure no damage occur on your data in case of a cyber attack. Also, it has the ability to connect with other third-party applications and stacks with much ease.

For what its meant for, there's hardly anything to complain even though it's a bit complicated to enforce if you're not tech-savvy enough. User support is a bit wanting. But overall its among the best in its class. Few downsides.

n Torq, users might occasionally encounter minor UI bugs, such as buttons not responding on the first click or layout elements slightly misaligned on certain screens. These small glitches, while not impacting the overall functionality significantly

Torq solves the challenge of responding swiftly to cybersecurity threats by offering a platform where we can easily build automation tools.without any code usage. This feature is incredibly useful because it allows us to develop and implement responses to security issues much faster than before. By enabling quick creation of automations, Torq helps us to react to potential security risks more effectively, enhancing our overall security measures without requiring deep technical skills. The best Cyber Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest installatiom, Cyber Security platform which ensures the safety and security issues to not occur. It has everything automated and is a no code low code platform and incase any incident occurs it helps to respond to tjem quickly so that there is no damage which occurs and helps in email security as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a better technical documentation so that even a Non-Tech person can understand it can also hire good technical support people who have more clarity on how to serves and help the clients and end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is something fishy happening in the network or some kind of problem then it helps a lot to detect them quickly and helps to mitigate them. It has an amazing response time by which the reources don't have to waste multiple man hours to check that whether there are any anomolies in the network and once an alert pops in then only the resource has to resolve it and thereby increases productivity. and security.
