What do you like best about the product?
I like its robust threat protection, which includes defenses against malware, ransomware and zero-day attacks. The application is accessible on various operating systems so its easy to scan the network and detect even the slightest possible threat remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Torq performs well enough to quality it as an excellent vulnerability management tool and it has the functions we need for endpoint protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are secured against network viruses, malwares and any other online risks so the tool reliably protects our system from the large number of threats that endanger our organization information.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like the most about Torq is that even if I am not good at coding, i can still complete my tasks very easily. Torq is easy to use, and there is already a ton of pre-built templates to choose from that addresses our automaton needs. Additionally, the importing and exporting of templates is a handy feature allowing us to share them with other teams or contribute back to the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Torq for a couple of years now and i haven't encountered any aspects that i do not like or find unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has a clean and clear interface. It increases productivity across the board and lets us concentrate on many more important things than repeating tasks. Torq has really helped us close the gap on connecting our security systems to gain meaningful results.

What do you like best about the product?
This program handles endpoint security monitoring and detection better than any solution available. Every detail about our network transactions is readily available along with any vulnerabilities there may be. It is very good at remediating security risks keeping our organization as safe as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to mention as con but improving on how it groups findings could be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It detects malicious behavior as well as protecting endpoints from malware and ransomware. Being able to investigate vulnerable cloud instances helps establish prioritized lists for mitigation efforts.

Torq is the next level security tool for cyber protection offering the best incident analysis and instant alerts when we have high level security issues in our cloud infrastructure. The tool is continuously providing insights into the overall network performance and what can be done to mitigate risks.

I have no cons on this product. Cybersecurity is a very important concern for our company and this is the best tool for reliable cloud security.

What do you like best about the product?
Torq is incredible and very easy to use, even without a coding knowledge. It is very easy to implement and the customer support replies promptly. Torq is highly flexible and it is also highly scalable across teams. I like how it allows us to build powerful automation workflows without writing code which speeds up our response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating advanced workflows, especially for users new to automation, there is a slight learning curve.

Torq has been an invaluable asset and their support truly sets them apart. I've been using Torq for a while now and it's honestly been a great and powerful tool for automating our security workflows. Torq saves us a lot of time when it comes to automating our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool offers flexible features on log analysis, alerting and reporting that we have not been able to find elsewhere. It monitors our firewall from a single console and consolidates all network analysis helping us to proactively identify the threats and vulnerable traffic coming in.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major cons although because not all firewalls are created equal, this tool has better configurations for some firewalls over others.

Quickly identifies indicators of compromise on our network, brings exposed assets into a co-related threat view, and informs us of predictive security controls streamlining enhanced response.

This tool reliably identifies all our network vulnerabilities in a manner compliant with what is decided at the IT infrastructure level, offering protection from all kinds of threats and helping to confidently access sensitive data in the cloud.

I am a regular user of Torq and I haven’t faced any issues with it, I consider the tool as an ally of the IT team for securing our network connections.

Torq offers very good protection to our internet traffic, protects application access, and secures cloud transactions. It is particularly very effective at thwarting fresh threats and the encryption of all computer storage brings extra security to the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The network monitoring functions are simpler to set up, and the log data is displayed in a far more appealing manner. It is a complete software since it not only protects the network but also email with anti-spam and anti-phishing protection. I like that it scans endpoints without significant slow down or unnecessary disruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven’t found any feature that is unusable or unfriendly, but know that customizing it needs understanding of how endpoint protection works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It monitors devices and blocks threats quickly and warns us when we are about to access dangerous programs. It provides the best protection to our workstations by its file protection and network protection.
Comprehensive network analysis to facilitate the review of firewall rules
What do you like best about the product?
The tool covers most of our network analysis requirements, manages all our firewalls, and gives us a single centralized dashboard which is very informative with network security audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never faced any issue with this product, the log analysis is definitely great and it’s working accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The detailed network traffic and bandwidth insights highlights security breaches (if any) in advance, and if it finds a vulnerability it still gives us a clue on how to resolve it.
