I like how customizable the tool is and how easy it is to adjust it to your liking.
What do you like best about the product?
Torq gives us a comprehensive view of our entire toolset. We also use it to automate repetitive tasks. I also like that we can quickly respond to security alerts through automation. Torq support is always fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has a slight learning curve. and the overall appearance tends to appear boxy and rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is solving the problem of repetitive tasks and actions. I like it and being able to integrate it easily with all the integrations with the pre-built plugins. I can navigate very easily and at the same time do my work efficiently. I can also use filters effectively to reduce the number of results when trying to narrow down to one case.

What do you like best about the product?
Torq excels in discovering, linking and automating a wide array of business and IT tasks. Its smooth integration with various suytems make it's setup straightforward and it effortlessly adapts to any environment. The process of creating new work flows is quick and uncomplicated. Moreover, Torq can manage substantial volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is nothing as if to dislike about the product, but users may encounter a learning curve when getting acquainted with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product smoothly integrates with a variety of third-party applications, enhancing our security operations. This capability results in swift detection and response to security incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user-interface of Torq which provides user to access most of features at one click. Torq's smooth onboarding process and robust project management tools have enhanced our teams collaboration. Also, Torq offers a great customer support, dealing with every query of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies with specific requiremnets might discover that Torq doesn't have all features they need, or those features might not work very efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq help us to provide a centralized hub for storing, organizing and accessing knowledge, making it easier for users to find the information they need.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to like, it's hard to figure out which one is the "Best". The UI is easy to navigate with many options for getting as granular as you want within your workflow. For options that aren't available, integrated steps allow you to drop into Bash, Python, etc and perform actions directly on your variables. The Support Team has been amazingly responsive to requests for help, recommendations on more effective ways to conduct an action, and even short-suspense creation of new capabilities for major tasks I was trying to accomplish. After researching and testing several different SOAR platforms, Torq quickly became the obvious answer for our organization. We have already saved thousands of man hours on repeatable tasks, and I've barely scratched the surface. I'm looking forward to all of the amazing automations I will be able to continue doing with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Torq development team seems to be in my head. This is worrisome. Every time I think of a capability I'd like to see in the platform, they publish that solution in the next feature release. It would be great if they would wait for me to reach out to them and request it, so I would have more time to spend working with their amazing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive tens of thousands of alerts on our EDR, and Torq helps out by mitigating and resolving the "low hanging fruit" so our analysts can spend time focusing on the threats that are more serious. We also use the platform to "sync" data between external platforms by using webhooks to trigger when an event occurs. There are also scenarios when we have one platform that won't tie in easily to another platform, but Torq has all the answers, so we use it as a man in the middle to relay information through the vast number of built-in integrations that are so easily implemented.

Simplify the complex stuff
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is very engaging, constantly adding new features and integrating with existing toolset is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes requried to get acquainted with the "torq" way of implementing logical flows for someone who comes from code background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopped maintaining bunch of lambda functions and debug code, especially when new team members onboarded it is much easier to get them in the loop and start using it than to dig into proprietary code base.
Great Automation and Response Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Torq plays a vital role in minimizing cyber security threats. It provides a user-friendly interface, eliminating the need for coding skills. Also, it integrates with various third-party applications, streamlining security operations through automation. It enables swift detection and response to security incidents, effectively reducing the mean time required to resolve any incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any problem while using Torq, as it consistently performs as expected and fulfils its intended functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to perform administrative task manually and is susceptible to errors. Ineffective communication channels may impede collaboration among teachers and students.
The biggest advantage is its extensive connectivity library

The interface provides a fantastic method to visualize the stages we are developing, and gives me units with advanced capabilities to manage and automate security operations. And reference sets are very useful. It is also a good platform when we consider automation in process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is powerful but takes time for proper setup. That's why me need more guidance on how to configure guides, the use of functions and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows you to create and use a very useful dynamic workflow. Very userful for incident response and, above all, to obtain orchestration and rapid responses. Also organizes incident response and facilitates the presntation of information to leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual graphs are very useful in real time to detect problems. and I like that the automation of workflows saves time and that detailed tracking and analysis of suspicious events is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a very high priced tool, the normal user cannot afford it. But regarding its application I did not find many disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me scale my containers in a very easy way. It also helped me meet my requirements compared to other tools. Plus, it does away with security resolution in a single tool. And threat visualization is the best.
Anomalies are no longer a problem, implement Torq in your company.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Torq.io is amazing I love all the functions to which I have access, setting a penalty timer is very simple, it is possible to configure workflow templates with variable times, the integration with CloudFlare for command management is very complete. By integrating with slack I can detect anomalies for example in messages, obtaining the IP address of the anomaly and a lot of information for network blocking. The service directly blocks the addresses that contain harmful elements and eliminates them, always executes the same route, it is very easy to configure and implement, it is possible to obtain statistics where we can see if the IPs that have been analyzed represent a threat, everything is organized in such a way that we can detect if the IP is harmless or malicious, I think the program is essential for computer security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information about errors on the website does not always provide the solution, I have had to resort to consultations with external agents to solve problems within the platform, I think the support team should take more seriously the solutions for users. On some occasions when I have wanted to recover an event, it tells me that the Token to the carrier is not valid, I don't know what I am doing wrong, I hope for a solution. Importing workflows from another account can be the most complicated task if you are not familiar with the program, they only use one format and it is very ambiguous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we provide services in web technology and mobile technology, as well as server configuration and administration, so we always face situations where some malicious software wants to solve our security and that of our users, or wants to harm the projects we work on, with Torq.io we have managed to detect all software that may be harmful, channel and remove it, maintaining a secure network for all our workflow.
