Helpful and flexible support for direct communication with the team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use and some pre-designed commands for some tools. also the ease with which payloads, authentications can be created. Torq also offers an incredibly easy-to-use interface. And what I like most is that it allows us to quickly automate solid tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to understand the meaning of the website documentation. y Some tasks can be difficult to debug, plus it can be frustrating to figure thigs out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it gives me easy integrations with many of our providers, as well as autocomplete functionality. Apart from its simple automation, clear view of stories, quick action templates, it helps me carry out activities faster.

beacause it is so easy to creqate automation we jump into configuration without design

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps us automate and optimize our incident response processes. And the connectivity with other apps is really amazing. Plus, the customer support seems to be very responsive. and the technical support team is easy to talk to, they will be happy to help you understand and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dont't like, but the learning curve can be a little steep, and I also find it to be a little expensive but it makes up for it with all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use has allowed us to build numerous stories in short time, and is solving our need for a security automation tool. and if we ever had problems, we could always rely on their support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Torq Hyperautomation threat intelligence capability is my favourite aspect as it allows me to quickly hunt threats and to proactively search malicious security activities.I use this tool to automate repetitive security tasks hence saving time.It also enables me to detect and resolve security threats.It enhance rapid investigation of security incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently having the best experience with Torq Hyperautomation and there is no challenge that limits it's performance capability and efficiency.

Quick integration with most applications used in our organization thus improving performance and efficiency.It reduces MTTD and MTTR.It strengths and improves our organization security posture.

It's simple and fast to get started with Torq because it doesn't require any API or coding knowledge.It allows me to quickly detect,investigate and respond to security threats in real-time thus cutting down Mean Time To Detect and Mean Time To Resolve security incidents.It automates with almost every application that use in our organization.

I got no disregards concerning this tool as it exceeded my expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization's interaction with Torq has been great, allowing us to initiate and utilize the tool without requiring extensive coding or API expertise. It facilitates the handling of security alerts, stramlining the response process during security incidents. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the automation of repititive tasks and intricate workflows, contributing to heightened efficiency and productivity. By automating the detection,investigation and response phases of security incidents, it effectively reduces the mean time to detect and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of Torq can be complex and demands expertise to ensure its proper functionality. However, once properly configured, there are no drawbacks then.

What do you like best about the product?
During our research we ´ve already test several products like XSOAR, FortiSOAR also amazing opensource projects like N8N, and one of the most loved option in TORQ by our team is the ease of implementation of new integrations.
With N8N we had to develope new integrations using Typescript, in TORQ you can do it in a few minutes, using de web UX, also if the integration is not API REST, you have the option to use pyhton or another programming languages.
The costumer support is amazing, they are totally focus on help us in order to use TORQ ASAP, they can help you with the custom integration and how to deploy the runners in your infrastructure.

- Amazing and clean UX

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the time the ROI is positive, you have to choose carefully what are you going to automate (Pay per flow active), they help you with amazing KPIs to solve this problem. It´s the best product for automate incident response (Fast and you can scale up), but for another automations related with the business, maybe you have to find a cheaper alternative (Azure logic functions, N8N..)

I like the integration capabilities it has. Provides security and theat detection. Use advanced technology to detect. Helps my organization in terms of incident response.
What do you dislike about the product?
High technical expereince is required to use its functions. It may take some time to understand the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect data from different advocaste. There are a good number of connectors to integrate records. It is an excellent enterprise security analysis platform. It has provided a centralized workspace for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation engine that Torq has is one of the most powerful I have tested and the data orchestration system is very complete at the enterprise level, since the implementation of the program we have reduced the generalized fatigue of our server alerts, obtaining a better response time. The repetitive actions in question have been reduced thanks to the automation of all those tasks that are performed on a daily basis, in general it is very easy to configure and all options come with a manual and training from the support team. The automations are code-free, the understanding in question is simpler. Suspicious activity is no longer a problem thanks to the security protocols provided by Torq. The architecture of the entire interface fully prioritizes the user's basic understanding for a better use of the platform, providing ease of implementation at all times. Automatic flow management is simple, understanding data and getting solutions is always easy when using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with security vendors could improve in breadth and service, with better integration we can have better command of threats and more robust security updates. I would like more flexibility with the program would improve a lot for us, resulting in better data manipulation. The customization of workflows needs a more comprehensive upgrade, I think Torq is a great program, but it still has a long way to go to be the service we all users want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Torq workflows to streamline all security monitoring and management of events, using tickets that are sent to support teams and managed from the platform's network, thanks to these synchronizations between all workgroups we can keep all environments secure, repositories, and automate the entire system without fail. Torq provides a complete identify verification service, if it detects suspicious activity the program detects it and sends us alerts that are then handled by our specialized security team. We can handle bugs, IPs that are suspicious and manage for example a user's membership that was breached or stolen can be restored.
