Great tool for automation and reduce SOC burnouts!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup automation workflows, lots of build-ins integration and the ability to custom add in house applications and APIs

Can take a while to learn how to use all the build-in tools and build a workflow fit for your needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation enrichments and extra checks for every security event in the case management system,

What do you like best about the product?
We have received consistent, excellent support from Torq at every stage. Even now that we're fully set up, we have a dedicated team that I know we can rely on anytime that we're running into bumps in the road. Workflows execute without issue, quickly, and the platform is super intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
My ONLY piece of critical feedback revolves around the integrated AI agent. It does a decent job at reccomending workflows, but the steps seem to run into issues when actually executing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq helps solve for repetitive workloads in our day to day, we get time back by being able to spend an hour once to automate a task instead of spending an hour per day handling it

What do you like best about the product?
Torq has been a game changer in our team! We have automated so many of our workflows. It brings peace of mind knowing we have mechanisms in place that keep our organization secure because Torq is on top of everything. It's easy to use, and implement in our everyday work. Customer support has also been incredible, and Alberto has always been there with his incredible experience to guide us when we find problems that seem impossible to solve. Even though I'm a security engineer I come from a very different background (visual arts), and I never had a lot of experience with programming, but Torq is helping me learn the programming logic necessary to solve problems, and has changed how I think about many things. I've been using it more and more frequently lately because as I'm gaining experience I'm also pushing the boundaries of my knowledge and doing new things every week. Now I want to automate everything! It not only has made us more productive, it has also changed my mindset, and I'll bring that with me everywhere I go :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I know some senior colleagues have found bugs but honestly I haven't found any yet because I'm not as experienced using the tool yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the boring/dull tasks, improving our cloud security posture, doing the brunt work of incident response and allowing us to manage incidents not only from a distance but also, largely, from our phones when we're out and about.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Torq is its no-code automation capabilities, which allow us to streamline not only security workflows in our SOC but also any process that requires automation. It’s incredibly easy to integrate with various tools, and we can create workflows in minutes. The intuitive interface, combined with its flexibility and scalability, makes it a valuable asset for any organization looking to optimize its operations and reduce manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I particularly dislike about Torq. It has been a reliable and efficient automation platform for our needs. If anything, I would love to see even more integrations and advanced customization options to further enhance workflow automation.

Torq is helping us automate complex workflows, reducing manual effort and response times in our SOC and other operational processes. By seamlessly integrating with our security tools, it enhances incident response efficiency and ensures faster threat mitigation. Additionally, its no-code approach allows us to create and deploy automation in minutes, improving overall productivity and allowing our team to focus on higher-value tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Torq has quickly become one of my favorite tools for security automation. Its no-code approach, combined with a highly intuitive visual interface, makes it incredibly easy to build, test, and deploy automation workflows—without writing a single line of code.
What I appreciate most is how much time and effort it has saved my team. Tasks that used to take hours or required custom scripts are now fully automated, allowing us to focus on higher-level analysis and response. The drag-and-drop workflow builder is powerful yet user-friendly, and the wide range of built-in integrations with SIEMs, EDRs, ticketing platforms, and custom APIs makes it highly adaptable to any environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Torq is an incredibly powerful platform, there are a few areas where I think it could get even better. For example, the debugging experience for complex workflows can sometimes be a bit challenging — especially when you're dealing with nested logic or multiple branching paths. A more advanced visual debugger or simulation environment would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in modern SecOps: manual, repetitive tasks that eat up analyst time and delay response efforts. Before implementing Torq, many of our alert triage and response processes required human intervention, scripting, or jumping between tools. Now, those workflows are fully automated — from alert enrichment and correlation to ticket creation and notification routing.

What is there not to like, with Fareed and Lauren on my team... anything is possible.

No downsides were found at this moment..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is changing the way automation is used within companies. With friendly UI's , to in depth reporting with AI.
A positive choice that has enabled our SOC
What do you like best about the product?
Torq's platform is very friendly to the automation creator which is rare in the security automation space. Additionally, our implementation team has been the most responsive support team we have ever worked with. The library of pre-built integrations has sped up our timelines and the flexible custom options have allowed us to innovate beyond pre-packaged solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little downside so far. Documentation could be enhanced but I understand they are already working towards this.

Torq has allowed our SOC to completely replace several technologies used to deliver our services to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, with the simple and easy-to-use interface, top-notch support, and leading-edge automation features I believe that it is Torq's company culture overall that shines. Whether it is building a workflow, troubleshooting an issue, or getting their perspective on your automation strategy it is the best feeling when you know the Torq team is right there with you. Working with Torq via a case or Slack, it feels like they are an extension of your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the price we pay for Torq is reasonable but if there were an option to reduce the cost or have a more diverse plan that would help when deciding how to scale up/down based on market trends.

Torq removes a lot of our day-to-day small tasks that come in to our queue in high volume. Additionally, with automation in mind, it is easy to go and test something you feel might save you, your team, or the company time.
Cloud Security Automation at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
Torq is an amazing platform that integrates with everything that we use. We can automate processes across all spaces in our environment from the cloud to app sec. We are very pleased with everything that we have done when it comes to the platform so far. The customer support part has been great as well. There is always someone to help with a workflow at any given time.
Edit: I have used Torq for about a year now, and it is still in the top two of my favorite tools to use, right next to Wiz. Once you get the hang of the platform, you can make almost any automation you can possibly imagine. It is very easy to learn and use if you have a solid idea of what you're trying to build.

There isn't a dislike about torq yet. We are happy with the platform.
Edit: The company is growing so fast, which is great, but Torq needs to hire for support folks who help with questions. Support has been extremely slow to respond to any open tickets.

Everything that we do in cloud security we are going to try and it helps out in all spaces.
Edit: After having torq for over a year, it has benefited without a doubt in everything I do In the cloud security space. The endless intergrations help a lot and the product is very mature and Im excited to see where the company goes next.
