Torq has been very responsive
What do you like best about the product?
They have been easy to work with and their customer service has been excellnet. It also helps resolve network security problems. And I consider that it does not require much overhead from an administrative point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more trainig on how to handle emails that the system was unable to process automatically, and Perhaps more tips scattered around the user interface would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to enter and search for messages in user folders, plus when a threat arrives, we can see it very quickly and decide a course of action.

I love the simplicity of the user interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the customer service is excellent, plus It´s easy to set up and easy to manage. It´s also nice to be able to request and get analysis of links and attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I´d like to see more out-of-the-box actions included, too. It would be nice to have a quiz at the beginning of whether people can pass the exam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is great for teaching employees basic security principles, as it allows us to report suspicious emails with the click of a button.

We are using it since several years and never faced any issue with it till now.

Day to day Torq Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the platform and the fact that it allows us to integrate every internal flow and also to add external feeds through the use of APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more information in the platform may be helpful for some situations. Especially when configuring blocks there may be a bit of struggle until understanding how a flow can be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of the flows that can be created help up speed processes which were very time consuming.
Managing accounts and gathering information using Torq saves me a lot of time.

The fast time of receiving information using Torq.

It is not very user fiendly for new users. You need to know what you are looking for, a drop down of options would be great.

Torq can be used to automate the process of creating new employee accounts, assigning permissions, and providing training materials.
Without having coding experience you can use it without problems
What do you like best about the product?
This software is excellent for me because of its ease of use and without having to enter codes, it can be used fluently. In addition, the multiple integrations are excelent and the experience provided by the interface is amazing. In addition, functions with different APIs, security orchestration, and cdocumentation it is extensive improves learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cna be somewhat slow in certain functions and is somewhat uncomfortable to navigate between threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq is amazing for creating workflows, automating processes, sorting them neatly and easily connecting to Saas tools, solving many problems at work and everything has been positive because anyone can use it and you dont need to be an expert.

I like the flexibility and that it helps automate processes, it also eliminates heavy lifting and its integration are excellent.

I dont find anything wrong with it, so far everything is going in the rigth direction.

Excellent tool to create automation and improve workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fluid this tool runs and I loved that its easy to use and offers a lot of integrations and automation of things that help us and have a big impact. I also loved that it changes they way we work because it works with different types of APis, which is effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be a little confusing and the user interface doenst help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product addressed our processes, which we were able to automate and save a lot of time by improving security and end-to-end processes and the improvement in workflow and security is notable, which was also beneficial because we did not strain as before.
Simple automation product with great flexibility and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use and that its features are excellent and the support is effective and responds quickly to resolve questions. I also liked that it is reliable so it is used safely with a lot of confidence.

The admin interface can be a bit dated and is also glitchy is certain areas that become inaccessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits was saving time with the automation of processes and having greater security in the cloud. It also helps us a lot with incident reporting and everything related to security orchestration.
