'Torq abiut a Quantum Leap in Security Automation'
What do you like best about the product?
Its all for hyperautomating security, reducing time-to-block malicious traffic, end-to-end cybersecurity protection, leading to improved workflows and roi. It improves efficiencies, business processes, boosts productivity like wow! thanks to exceptional online protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what its meant for, there's hardly anything to complain even though it's a bit complicated to enforce if you're not tech-savvy enough. User support is a bit wanting. But overall its among the best in its class. Few downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its good for security automation, orchestration, management, threat intelligence and response. Which improves processes and workflows. Leading to better time and resources saving and better roi.

What do you dislike about the product?
n Torq, users might occasionally encounter minor UI bugs, such as buttons not responding on the first click or layout elements slightly misaligned on certain screens. These small glitches, while not impacting the overall functionality significantly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq solves the challenge of responding swiftly to cybersecurity threats by offering a platform where we can easily build automation tools.without any code usage. This feature is incredibly useful because it allows us to develop and implement responses to security issues much faster than before. By enabling quick creation of automations, Torq helps us to react to potential security risks more effectively, enhancing our overall security measures without requiring deep technical skills. This balance of simplicity and functionality means we can stay ahead of security threats with less effort
The best Cyber Security Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the easiest installatiom, Cyber Security platform which ensures the safety and security issues to not occur. It has everything automated and is a no code low code platform and incase any incident occurs it helps to respond to tjem quickly so that there is no damage which occurs and helps in email security as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a better technical documentation so that even a Non-Tech person can understand it can also hire good technical support people who have more clarity on how to serves and help the clients and end users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is something fishy happening in the network or some kind of problem then it helps a lot to detect them quickly and helps to mitigate them. It has an amazing response time by which the reources don't have to waste multiple man hours to check that whether there are any anomolies in the network and once an alert pops in then only the resource has to resolve it and thereby increases productivity. and security.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for scheduled search queries. Provides multiple predefined connectors to integrate. It has a very easy to use user interface. I like its incoming threat detection features. It is a fantastic tool for reviewing logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their customer service takes a long time. Integration with other applications is sometimes complicated. It also takes a while to learm how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps analyze large amounts of data to detect any threats. Its is a good tool for monitoring. It has given us a secure platform. Can connect with multiple data sources. Provides a unique solution for detection.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is excellent and the integration with Torq logic apps is the best part. And it has a great user interface and also very beginner friendly. I can also add additional connections to other third-party services and systems, it is also quite easy and quick to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the user interface is generally intuitive, creating highly customized queries and manuals can require a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq provides multi-tenant security posture and compliance ratings. Additionally, we were able to integrate data from various sources, which included different on-premises and cloud environments.

Torq has a steep learning curve so it can be a challenge to beginners to use it at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The UI is very easy to navigate around with many options for getting as as granular as you want within your workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
With Torq We are able to carry out phishing campaigns. Plus with its automated rules and tasks, it has become very easy to manage. It automatically and with little effort resolves the need to categorize and inform our users if an email comes from a legitimate source.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like. Our network uses it and it has helped our staff. So far I have not had any negative experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me recognize problems/scams and keep our network safe from phishing attacks. Plus, it saves help desk staff a lot of time by managing the constant flow of threats to the inbox. AND provide training to help prevent future compromises.
Torq is a great way to assess an organization's needs
What do you like best about the product?
The plataform is easy to use to meet your needs. I also like that Torq is extremely thorough while maintaining flexibility. And what I like the most is that their product uses real-life scenarios to make it seem more legitimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I would personally have is that some of the teaching videos can be a little long, nothing more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that the system helps you and teaches you how to detect email fraud and scams more easily so that no one hacks your computer, and we have been able to remove phishing attacks from other users' inboxes based on user reports.
