Customization: The platform's out-of-the-box automation capabilities may not cover all specific use cases, which might require additional customization. We often invest extra time and resources to adapt the platform to our specific needs if it's by Python steps or generic HTTP steps.
Training and Adoption: As with any advanced technology, there may be a learning curve for employees who are new to Torq. Ensuring proper training and support must be provided to help users quickly adapt and make the most of the platform is essential.

Some UI bugs, especially with big workflows and multiple changes in a short time.

Torq is a Ultimate Solution for Security and Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Torq for some time now and I am extremely impressed with its ease of use and native integrations. Creating automations on Torq is a breeze and the platform has a wide range of native integrations that make life a lot easier. The tool has saved the security team a considerable amount of effort and time by automating my manual work processes. Furthermore, the Torq team and support are exceptional. They are always on hand to offer guidance and assistance whenever needed. Overall, I highly recommend Torq to anyone looking for a reliable tool that can help improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Torq is a fantastic tool for streamlining workflows and automating processes, I did notice that it lacks certain incident manager capabilities. However, this does not detract from the fact that Torq is an incredibly useful platform for managing security and operational processes. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the level of support provided by the Torq team is excellent. Overall, I would still highly recommend Torq to anyone looking for a powerful automation tool.

No Code /Low Code Automation that Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using the workflow builder to design custom automation playbooks. Ability to add custom API and webhook steps to integrate with non-supported response actions. Learning curve was significantly smaller than comparable SOAR products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have as mature of an ecosystem as some of the larger SOAR vendors, but is quickly adding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate key security operations processes, including threat enrichment workflows and automated response into security tools. Slackbot workflows make it easy to integrate into collaboration tools.

The smooth ui, the easy of debugging and the widely running capabilities help get amazing and powerful results in very short development time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any feature I might need or miss is mostly be found in the next release.
