What do you like best about the product?
The level of security is top notch and the features are fantastic. The customer support are active. The learning curve is simple to understand for Torq.
What do you dislike about the product?
Torq doesn't have any problem, it has advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has dealt with all my security problems that I had because it has advanced features which make surfing through the Internet safe and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I can say that adding Torq to our tech stack has helped me do my daily works at lot. Responding to issues takes less time now that now that they are automated. It also feels like we're fixing problems before they happen.
It was easy to link Torq to our other tools, like Slack and Jira. They fact that I won't miss any important news makes me feel good.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was tough for me to understand all the parts. A book called "Torq for Beginners" would have saved my life.
Those more difficult steps can be hard to do without the picture to walk you through them. It would help a lot to get some more direction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem for my team was how to slowly problems were found and fixed. The time our system is down has gone down since Torq sped up our process. We can now find problems while we sleep.
Getting people to follow the rules felt like a never ending paper chase before Torq. Thanks to automatic reports, that's a breeze. They save us a lot of time and make sure we always follow the rules.
