Nothing at the moment. We're just going our feet wet but enjoying so far.

Ease of use from an end user perspective. Capable of managing the decentralized environment I work in very well.

Scripting is not my strong suite so I do not leverage a lot of the platforms capability

Security in an enterprise network can be challenging.

I love the ability to do complex things. Using the API we are able to automate and customize lots of things.

Their support has been entry level recently. It used to be great, but not anymore.

I love the support I get when I run into an issue. JAMF NATION ROCKS!!!

Updates :-(. This may be more of an Apple reflection though.
