What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is an excellent macOS endpoint management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf releases often have bugs that are discovered after release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maintaining software currency and keeping our Macs compliant.

The future of Jamf looks to be multiple product like Connect/Protect with separate licensing. May be better if it's Suite license to show value

Love the control in all of the management possibilities available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some figuring out to really maximize my effectiveness with the GUI. Feel like there are many places where unnecessary click/steps could be avoided.

Slowly taking more and more work off our our computer technicians troubled with repetitive tasks on user devices.

Managing 3500 devices with only 3 people on staff effectively while still managing day to day priorities.

Some lag time with apps loading or profiles stuck in pending.

Works well, not perfect but nothing is

The ability to manage and access computers remotely through the system has been a benefit especially when ARD has failed to connect to the machine in question.

The updates that they have implemented, seem half baked.
The fact that the community has to come up with alternative work arounds to make things work seems somewhat backwards. It feels like they have gotten to big, without figuring out the details that are required for their end users. It sometimes feels like they are trying to make things harder to do vs simplier so that we can complete the other work that is needed.

Managing multiple sites at once and being able to be hands off using polices allows a better use of time.
