Awesome product a must have
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life easy to manage all my devices in one place. Being able to patch devices and track is important in my line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be a little more user friendly but knowing that 11 will be out soon with these improvements will be great.

Jamf Pro has been one of the most robust and intuitive systems to use for device management.

Because it is robust, the system can feel very daunting when starting out

Previous positions have not had any MDM support for macOS. This has allowed out IT teams to come in and support and manage these macs while maintaining user experience
Zero Touch Perfection
What do you like best about the product?
The day Apple releases Jamf is ready every time. Beyond the amazing product the people behind the company & in every aspect follow the mantra of supporting Mac!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the product. I'd like to see the demo of Remote access and the further improvements and developments around remote access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf solved the issues we had with the previous mdm product allowing us to continue down the path of a true Zero Touch wprkflow
Jamf Pro is the Only MDM for Apple
What do you like best about the product?
It has ALL the capabilities for Apple products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI in 10 was not so great and old, but 11 will be awesome!

Jamf Pro allows us to manage our small business clients to secure their devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro allows me to support my students and colleagues across our district from a centralized location. After providing support, the staff I support often calls it "Jamf Magic!" because things just work for them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website for Jamf Cloud often errors out and forces me to log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large scales device deployment and management. I am using smart groups and prestages to automatically push apps to devices.

No waiting for smart groups to calculate for needed configurations to be applied. Items are deployed to devices as needed.

Support for new Apple management features can be a bit slow to be added at times.

Device management for students, faculty and staff. We can apply configurations tailored to specific use cases.
