Incredible tool with a learning curve, but a ton of possibilities.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of use. We're able to deploy all kinds of configurations and policies to fit what our CEO and users need and want out of their machines. It has more options than competitors and offers a ton to IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a steep learning curve and while the flexibility is great, I feel like it could make things more streamlined given Jamf's relationship with Apple. Jamf Catalogue is a huge step in the right direction!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CEO and executives are always recommending ways they want our deployment to be handled, and Jamf is able to deliver what we need when we need it. There's seemingly limitless possibilities.

I wish Jamf catalog was able to be scoped to self service and to all instead of just smart or static groups

Remote management has helped our business with remote work and ability to manage those devices are crucial

What do you like best about the product?
The security and versatile use of jamf pro functionality. Great features when setting up mobile devices and managing iOS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart group creation update detection is not real time triggered but based off inventory cycle schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ipad configuration for conference rooms.Also the ability to use shell scripts and plist for app and OS automation configurations.
I am a massive advocate of Jamf Pro due to their innovation and support.

Mac management is unprescidented. Customer support and zero day features.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the check in can become broken. It can be difficult to get a device re-enrolled without user intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro is solving our ablility to keep devices compliant and updated. One huge benefit is the zero touch enrollment process. I am more productive with more hands off devices.
Jamf Pro Cloud has proven to be the best management solution for macOS time and time again.
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro provides a purpose-built solution for our Mac management, which shows during our day to day use. We can deploy our complicated configuration using Zero Touch and maintain our strict security standards, thanks to the capabilities of the Jamf binary. We absolutely love the new features coming to Jamf Pro that revolve around DDM and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only thing that we've run into would be the lack of support for other platforms. While that does make Jamf the purpose-built solution we love, it provides a little less diversity in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf is allowing us to scale our macOS environment. We require less admin staff to maintain the environment because of how capable Jamfs binary, and we can achieve our security goals.
Fantastic learning experiences and networking

The helpfulness of the staff and vendors for anyone new, plus the experience of the sessions for experienced users

I don't have much issues using jamf all the information I need are available to me

I'm having all my problem solved of remote wiping intern machines using jamf, before I was lost with giving the user instructions

Zero touch deployments and device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far, still in the process of reviewing all the options and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting device information and configuration. Very helpful in a large organization. Looking forward to the Intune integration.
Top of the line MDM for Apple devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the JAMF admin interface makes it easy to manage Apple devices on a school network. This saves tons of time from the old process of manual management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for JAMF Pro can be high depending on needs. However, JAMF training courses help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management and deployment used to be a time-consuming process. JAMF's ability to push out policies or configurations at the click of a mouse saves so much time.
Powerful, but easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro is easy to get started with basic policies and just infinitely flexible to really get granular with how you want to build out your mobile device management experience. Reporting in JAMF is one of the best features, as is the same-day support for new operating systems. The hosted version of JAMF Pro is very solid and I cannot think of any real downtime we've had with it. Deploying apps are a breeze, especially with the App Store and building out policies is dare I say fun and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jamf Pro can be a little difficult to set up the first time. There is required training and onboarding that you must do. I wish it was more of an appliance when getting it set up like Apple Business Essentials. I wish the JAMF Apps that they host supported more than just 1x smart group at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF Pro helps us to inventory, track, manage, patch, and secure our Apple devices at my college. Not having to be on our internal network is great because it allows us to meet people where they are in life with technology and use it to improve their experience.

Makes managing 4000 iPads easy and cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do Home Screen layouts
