What do you like best about the product?
Generally the ease of use, it integrates well with our current custom platform build.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we have a lot of room to grow, I don't think we are taking advantage of the knowledge base and trainings to make sure we are taking full advantage of the conga options

We are also having trouble with corrugated pages or setting custom page order or generation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles our contract generation and management very well.

Flexible for customizations. Has advanced Pricing functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
A complex solution, takes time to learn it.
Customizations requires a developer.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps the salesreps to increase the speed of the sales process by knowing their pain points and implementing a solution around that problem. The Cart UI, features and the ability to make complex customization helps creating a robust sales system using CongaCPQ.
Also loved implementing product & pricing, PAR rules, Forms/template creation, Bundles,etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is integration with external systems, the procesing of cart sometimes ends up getting stuck, or in a loop and takes unusually long time to complete the Pricing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the lead to cash process by reducing the time involved in between them and also helping the salesreps to increase the sales. Ability to build complex implementation around our system helps increase the business value.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it works as intended. Quotes are created and uniform contracts sent out without unnecessary effort or delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This product has a specific purpose and works great for that purpose.

Speed to revenue from lead generation to contract execution.

We can have 10k quote lines.
The ease of disability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see discount matrices on the QLE page so that sales rep can easily upsell.we dont have that feature as of now.

Great Software for Generating Quotes! Extremely Useful!

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to integrate it into our Salesforce platform and it has been extremely helpful. It syncs up seamlessly and we rarely face any issues when we are generating our quotes.

I, personally, didn't test out other CPQ quote generation tools, but I know our executives reviewd other options and still believed Conga was the best tool for us. We use it every day and I, as an admin, never hear any issues from our users related to Conga or our quotes. It is firmly in place with our CPQ model and I believe we will continue to use it for the forseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any dislikes I have related to Conga. Sometimes, we have troubleshooting issues, but that is related to our Salesforce and not Conga. It's a pretty unique and awesome sotware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues getting Users to completely use our Salesforce platform, because they thought it was too complicated. However, now they see it as extremely useful and I believe it has made us more profitable as we can get more quotes out the door and to our customers.

We have two separate business units and we already have it in place for one and we are about to set it up for the other business unit. I will be involved in that integration and I am looking forward to getting the softwares to integrate and communicate. I wasn't involved in the first integration, but I had to help our users get accustomed to the software and I don't believe we ran into any serious issues since we went live with the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely use it. We've found it very useful for our organization and don't have any serious complaints with the software. It has already been very benificial and I wasn't involved in the setup, but I believe we have already gotten our return on our investment because it is so customizable and we are able to get quotes to our customers in a much more fast-paced manner.
