Promising Potential, Exciting Performance Gains
What do you like best about the product?
I like Conga CPQ for its accuracy, speed, efficiency, and consistency. These are the four main points that stand out for me, especially when it comes to pricing and handling upgrades from different versions. The consistency while upgrading from a lower version is especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suspect that the overall performance of pricing with a high number of line items can be improved. There's also some requirement for improvement in the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ helps us streamline the approval of deals, improving performance and increasing revenue. We appreciate its accuracy, speed, efficiency, and consistency across versions.
Smooth Conga CPQ Integration with Fast Platform Response Times
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ to platform integration is smooth, as the Conga team handles everything from tenant provisioning to integrating the tenant with Conga CPQ. Request and response times from the platform are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use AI features, it requires us to purchase additional licenses and a platform tenant, which adds additional cost to the use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ now provides support for AI features on the Conga Platform. The Conga Platform fetches Quote, Configuration, and Line Item data and provides a detailed analysis of the quote on the CPQ UI. These features help us gain quick insights into large deals.
Reliable, Scalable CPQ with Seamless Salesforce Integration and Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant at Align tech, I work extensively with Conga CPQ. I found it has realiable solutions for managing complex product configurations and pricng models. We use Conga CPQ on daily basis. from implementaion and suppoet perspective Conga CPQ provides strong configurability to adapt to evolving business requirements. Once implemented corrects it scales well and supports long-term growth. The toght integration with salesforce is a major plus point. It enables seamless data flow across Accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, Assets and downstream processes which improves transparency and spees-up the Quote-To-Order lifecycle. Sales team gets benefits from generating faster and more accurate quote genartion while finance gain confidence in pricing compliance. Through out our implementation and the on the going business whenever we are in need of assistance Conga Customer support is assisting us with all the queries and suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a consultant, my main concern is that with Conga CPQ is it's steep learning curve and maintainance complexity. Advanced pricing rules and configurations requrie strong documentation and it's time consuming in troubleshooting and fixing the issues. From a user experience perspective, Conga CPQA feels functional but dated. NAvigation isn't intutive for sales users, it needs multiple clicks often requires training that natural usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ solves the problem of complex, error-prone quoting by automatic product configuration, pricing, and discount goveranace within salesforce. It benefits me to enforce business rules consistently and reduces manual correction, improves quote accuracy, shortens slaes cycleand give me relaible, structured and scaled framework to support enterprise growth and compliance.

What do you dislike about the product?
When issues arise , finding the root cause can require significant effort, patience, and a systematic approach. The process can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, especially when the symptoms of the bug do not clearly indicate its source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using a legacy CRM system with complex pricing and bundling for 25 years, our organization decided to modernize by migrating to Conga CPQ. We required a flexible and comprehensive CPQ solution that could accommodate our intricate quoting and pricing models, and found that Conga CPQ was the only product in the market capable of supporting our needs with its advanced configuration options. The implementation process, expertly led by Sachin Behl and the professional services team, was smooth and efficient, thanks to their deep technical and business expertise. Their guidance ensured that the transition addressed our unique requirements and allowed us to replicate and even enhance our previous system’s capabilities. Throughout the project, the team was proactive in understanding our processes and delivering tailored solutions. As a result, we now benefit from streamlined, accurate, and scalable quoting and pricing operations. This migration has brought modernization without sacrificing the complexity our business demands.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the configuration and pricing rules in Conga CPQ powerful. They don't feel heavy-handed and guide sales users toward valid options without blocking them unnecessarily. This helps in reducing errors while still allowing flexibility for edge cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
As product catalogs and pricing logic expand, configuration and pricing rules can become difficult to manage and troubleshoot. Small changes often require deep analysis to ensure there's no unintended downstream impact, especially in mature implementations. The initial setup was not easy due to it being a fully leveraged tool, which often required experienced administrators or developers. This created a learning curve and could slow down change requests when resources were limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ to streamline and automate the auto cash process, configure complex products, generate accurate quotes, and ensure seamless proposal delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the guided selling feature in Conga CPQ because it stands out for its intuitive workflow. It helps our sales representatives navigate through complex hospitality bundles without overwhelming them. This feature enhances workflow value by embedding intelligent context over prompts that adapt in real-time to specific scenarios, such as hotel booking, constraints, or peak season availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the guided selling is good, the reporting dashboard in Conga CPQ lacks depth for our hospitality matrices like seasonal occupancies, trends, or per event profitability breakdowns. Also, during implementation, some steps to install or configure the product bundle structure or other core functionalities were not documented well, causing challenges for our team.

Conga CPQ helps bring structure to the quoting process. It manages product configurations and pricing rules in one place, which makes quotes more reliable. The tool connects well with Salesforce and other Conga products like Composer and Approvals, allowing a smooth flow from quote creation to documentation. Customer support has been useful and responsive when assistance is needed.

The system can feel complex during initial setup, especially for organizations with detailed pricing or approval requirements. New users may need time and training to become comfortable using the tool. Ongoing maintenance also requires careful testing.

Conga CPQ replaces manual quoting and spreadsheet-based pricing with a controlled and automated process. It helps prevent pricing errors, supports approval workflows, and keeps data aligned within Salesforce. The integration with other Conga solutions reduces handoffs between systems and improves overall efficiency for the sales team.

Super-Fast Conga CPQ Platform Pricing with a Smooth Migration Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ supports three pricing engines now: one on Salesforce, one on Turbo (Microsoft Azure), and one on their Conga Platform developed by Conga. Conga allows us to choose any of the engines, but the Platform is the fastest in terms of doing the pricing and giving the results, as it is developed by the Conga team, ensuring more options for pricing with accurate results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if we utilize Platform Pricing, the pricing data first needs to be synced to the platform, and the sync timing is slow. Conga should work on improving this, as syncing new data takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ Platform Pricing is super fast, and one thing I like is that Conga themselves help you move from your legacy pricing engine to the Platform. The Platform UI experience is good and has many features for quick navigation.
